Per a deal I came back to try out a highlight with Jennyfer and it is by FAR the best I've ever had! She is super knowledgeable and friendly. I highly highly recommend her! Whether you've never done highlights/color before or you have and want to improve on it, she is your woman! The results are so natural looking! In addition to this service they offer SO MUCH more! They have one of the most talented nail design artists I have EVER seen. Her name is Stephanie. She can do the most amazing free hand designs. I saw a picture of the Grinch she did, first try, and her own nails were stunning. She did a nice polish change for me that made my nails look like a sparkly winter wonderland! There is a huge boutique retail as well as salon products. I also had a nice eye brow wax. From the moment I walked in for my appointment every stylist that walked by asked if I had been helped. They have complimentary beverages while you wait. Just great all around service! Please check them out!

Brides -- you NEED Dawn on your wedding day! For reference, my mom does hair (30+ years) and is…read moreVERY picky about hair stylists. Dawn was incredible, and the best of the best in both of our eyes. Check her availability ASAP - you need her! I got married in Cincinnati but live out of town. Dawn was a dream to work with the entire process. She was so communicative many months out and gave me fantastic advice (like trying on my dress same day as hair/makeup trial to see how it looks). I met her the first time for my trial and she was full of knowledge, gave me so much confidence, and treated me like a longtime customer/friend. She did a great job on my hair at the trial, and told me what she will do additionally on the wedding day to make it even better! On the June wedding day she was a SAVING GRACE. It was a chaotic morning, and she kept me calm. Her positivity is contagious! She kept our party on time, dealt with different hair types, and came over prepared. It was 90 degrees that day and my hair stayed in place, hairpiece in and all, until I went to bed! Not only that, she left me with plenty of hairspray and product if need be. She knows all elements, all hair tips, everything - she is the best of the best. Book her! Dawn worked so very well with my AM vendors - Makeup by Heidi Hinken, Samantha Joy Events, Megan Noll Photography. I cannot recommend her enough!

Was referred to her by a very close friend to do my hair for my wedding. At our trial she did an AMAZING job. Unfortunately I was not happy with my hair color because I'm terrible at getting my hair done and it had been about a year since I cut it or dyed it last. Dawn got me into her schedule quickly to ensure my cut and color were EXACTLY BUT BETTER of what I wanted. I cannot sing her praises enough. I have enjoyed every moment I spent with her in the salon which is not something I am used to? Every time I leave I think "wait did we just become best friends?!" And that is something everyone needs in a hair stylist that maybe they didn't know they needed.

As someone who is a journalist, they should want to do what their website says they do. Interesting how their website gives them 5/5 when the real truth is far from that. The turret is everywhere else. Pretty obvious who's writing the reviews. If you want a special day, choose a special team. It's just not worth the risk. Maybe they've done good jobs but I haven't found those people, only the ones who've had their day ruined by the lack of professionalism and disrespect Janay Beauty displays.
