Instead, their reply blamed me entirely, offered no solution or compensation, and ended by telling me they were no longer willing to provide me with any services simply because I complained. I have full documentation of all email communication showing that I remained professional throughout, and that their "we'd like to make it right" response on Google was simply for appearance's sake. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and honestly insulting. I would strongly caution others to think twice before spending thousands of dollars here. They promise results they don't deliver, and once you express any concern, they completely turn their back on you!
