This used to be my go to place but now that Nadia isn't there I'm not going to be coming back. Her sister is also great but the other girls were just ok. One time I made the mistake of letting another woman do my brows and I had awful scabs under my eyebrows and it hurt terribly. When Nadia does my eyebrows it never hurts as much as it does with other people. I honestly only came for Nadia or her sister. This place only got my business because of them. Now that Nadia is at another place, they will be getting my business. Recently came back to the area and found this gem.. I've gotten my eyebrows threaded by Miriam and What Can I Say I've Found My Girl She's very personable (and so is the owner) I have felt very welcome as it is a warm friendly environment.. I spoke to Miriam about my concerns of my brows not being full and she had recommended tinting. I'm on week two since that process and am still very pleased how full my brows are. Good job Girl! Ive been here numerous times and the first few times the lady that did my face kept insisting I put her name down or she would not get credit or something. Granted I hadnt been back in a while but when I went yesterday I got my face waxed and brows threaded. Now normally she does not put any type of ointment on my face cause I have told her multiple times my face is extremely sensitive. Due to my face being slightly dry she put something on my face that caused immediate burning and she knew cause she asked me if it burned. Then after every wax strip that was taken off she put MORE ointment which caused more burning. After everything was done she told me not to touch my face. I immediately went home and washed my face with water till the burning went away but it kept coming back. And today my face is still red and irritated and slightly burning. I am so unpleased. On top of that it costed 35$ when my visit used to cost 30$ not including tip. read more

I've been here a handful of times and do love the way they shape and clean up my eyebrows, but unfortunately I do have to give them 3 stars. Ok so minus one star because the passed couple times I came the girls doing my brows were super nice and talkative, but had the worst breath! I can understand you know a little bit of a stench, but idk it was horrible to have to lay there praying for her to stop talking and keep going so I can take a deep breath! If you are working in a place where you have to be close to people's noses, give your mouth a little scope action after lunch! it's just courtesy. Minus another star because this passed time i went, I decided to do my sides and she she kept breaking the thread. OK whatever, but she kept going over and over again and ended up leaving me with a burn mark. It hurt and looked like a hickey on the side of my face! ew! I've been living around here for my whole life and I never heard of Perfect Brows until a month ago! I decided to try and find it, which ended up being right next to a Vietnamese restaurant I use to go eat at (not that great of food) and less than 5 minutes away! There weren't that many people when I walked in, so they asked me to write my name down and had me seated right away. All the other threaded shops I've been to, they weren't that friendly and they would just thread your eyebrows and charge you. However, at Perfect Brows, the workers ask you about your day and want to have a conversation (which makes me feel more comfortable). You can tell that the workers do care about each individual customer they serve. The service is phenomenal and the results are perfect :) This is my new regular spot to go to whenever I need to be groomed :) read more

Fahzana (spelling?) made my eyebrows uneven today. She's messed up on me before too. I've given her a lot of chances, but this is it. I'll still come back, but Fahzana is not touching my eyes. Also, she did not let me use the check-in coupon on yelp. Her English isn't that good, which sometimes makes interactions awkward. See Farzana! She's a brow pro (and licensed Esti). I've been going to her for almost 3 years and she never disappoints. If you go to perfect brows around lunch time, expect to wait for at least 15 minutes. I have gone to other brow places that are much closer to my house and have left dissatisfied. For first timers:: THE NAME OF THIS PLACE SAYS IT ALL! First of all i am 21 & NEVER had my eyebrows done let alone threaded! Part of me was scared that they would do it too thin or it wouldnt shape my face correctly. I dont wear a lot of makeup so i wasnt planning on drawing in my eyebrows, but i gave it a try. I came in on a Sat at 2:15pm & didnt have to wait at all. I was greeted immediately & told the ladies that it was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done let alone threading them! They sat me right away & i explained to my lady (Farzana) what i would like for my eyebrows. My eyebrows dont have thick hair, they have thin hair. & i wanted to shape them also. Farzana did just that! She walked me thru the process telling me kindly to tilt my head please or place my hands here please. We talked & she was very sweet. As for the threading, i LOVED it! Very minimal discomfort! I thought it would hurt a lot more. The process was quick, efficient, & well done! After she put complementary rose water & it felt perfect after the threading. I did the $7 yelp eyebrow deal & tipped her as well. She gave me a punch card so that on my 10th visit i get eyebrows done for free! I love deals! Saving money is always helpful! She also wrote down her name & told me her schedule & to come back within 2 weeks. IM COMPLETELY SATISFIED & IN LOVE WITH HOW MY EYEBROWS TURNED OUT!!! read more

Farzana is my go-to girl. My cousin started getting her eyebrows done here and I really liked it but had never done threading before. I've only done waxing and with waxing, the results came out different every time I went to get it done.She convinced me to try Perfect Brows and I was hesitant so she told me to go on yelp and read the reviews for myself. I read and I was convinced. My cousin sees Pooja but I took whoever was available at the time since I was told that everybody does a great job. I had Farzana my first time and I made sure she knew that I wanted my brows to be shaped naturally and not too thin. What I like about Farzana is that even after going to see her for months now (with her remembering me every time), she still holds up a mirror for me to check my brow after she finishes each brow rather than just doing the whole thing and me seeing it for myself after sitting back up. It shows that she cares about her work and she wants her clients to be satisfied with it. I LOVEE my brows now. I go back every 2-3 weeks to get them touched up and come out of it completely refreshed and satisfied. read more

I heart Pooja! There are a lot of threading places popping up in Orange County that offer very similar services...quick cheap eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials. By far, Perfect Brows is my favorite for eyebrows and my brazilians. For sure, they aren't as large as Ziba's and probably not as busy...but for me, those two factors are a plus. I like the fact that I can request Pooja and it's no problem. None of this "she's double booked" bull that you can get at other salons. Also, when I come in, she actually remembers me. Now, who doesn't like that, right? Anyways, Pooja knows what she's doing when it comes to eyebrows. I've been trying to find the perfect threader for years. I actually found one at Vinitas, but everyone seemed to find her too. I'd have to wait 45 min. just for an eyebrow threading! No thank you! Pooja is very consistent when threading and I trust her. Hey, when it comes to your face, trust is a major factor. I also get my brazilians from her as well. She might not be the fastest I've been to but she is definitely the gentlest I've had. One time, I was reprimanded by my waxer at Ziba's since I couldn't relax. My waxer said "If you don't relax, I won't continue".....I'm like "hey, i'm not used to spreading my legs on a regular basis, lady. Please have some patience...hmmph!" You will never get this kind of tone at Perfect Brows. She is incredibly gentle and I actually think my hair is growing slower than before. I'm not sure if this is something she did or a placebo affect occurring, but in the end, I left a happy, less hairy, customer. That's the main point, right? Women put a lot of time and money into regular upkeep. I think Perfect Brows completely justifies my monthly indulgences and I actually look forward going there. Never had a brazilian wax done SO FAST! PATEL is amazing and is very professional. Holy cow. The very first time I got my wax done was at a school and it was done with hard wax and it was VERY PAINFUL LOL. And took over 30 minutes.
