I went here yesterday to get my eye brows done. I had a friend tell me about them and thought that I would give them a shot. I was a walk in at about 2pm on a Sunday. I waited about 15 minutes which I didn't think was unreasonable given the circumstances. Once I got seated it took about 7 minutes to get both brows done. While i was sitting there i was talking to the lady and i mentioned that i am a student and she told me their student rate was $7 for brow threading! I was in shock i typically spend over $20 to get my brows done. I will definitely be coming back!! They did an amazing job! read more

The reason why I'm giving 3 stars for this place is because my eyebrows did not come out messed up. Where to begin? Driving there was no problem, but when I got there, the plaza was small and the store was hard to see from the main streets. I get it, I have a bad navigation problem. Things begin to happen when I arrived. I walk in, no smile, no hello, no greeting. There was another lady who walked in before I did and you know I waited like I am supposed to. She signed in because she had an appointment. She sat down right after they helped her out. Assuming I was next, I waited in front of the desk because I had no appointment and have never been there before assuming they would ask if I had an appointment or if I have ever been there. Nope! They staff kept walking by me like I wasn't there and another girl came in and said they had an appointment. She signed in before me. Noting that I wasn't told to sign in or anything, they walked out of the store and past me. About 10 mins passed by and I asked if I had to sign in and that I've never been there before. Waiting 10 mins for 3 people who were just standing there talking was ridiculous. At that point I was debating whether or not to leave. So once I was helped (finally) i sat down and waited to be called up. While i was sitting there, there was a gold up because apparently they had messed the other girl's schedule up, so they spent about 5 mins trying to figure out who the appointment was booked for. They booked the girl for the wrong day and so.... the girl left because it was an event she needed to get ready for. Me sitting there by myself, I waited. About 3 mins past and the lady calls me up and she sits me down on the chair. I asked her about tint and she was telling me I couldn't tint my eyebrows, which was completely understandable. So I proceeded with regular threading. I had shaped my eyebrows and they came out great. The whole process of the threading and everything was smooth. Now here comes the end.... I go up to pay for it. They girl charged me $14... which was supposed to be $9 for threading. This was after she swiped the card that she told me it was $14... I was like okay... so the lady said to refund me. The girl who was handling the money... should honestly not be handling money if she couldn't do $14-$9... on top of that, she was counting up to 5 with her fingers. It would be an exception if the girl was 5 or 6.... she was more like 15 or 16... who couldn't do simple subtraction... and she was handling money? What an atrocity! They overcharged me and took forever for the girl to refund me the money she overcharged. At the end... I still have a tip because they had fixed my terrible eyebrows. At the end of the day. I would not go back because I did not feel comfortable at this place and customer service was horrible! read more

I've been living around here for my whole life and I never heard of Perfect Brows until a month ago! I decided to try and find it, which ended up being right next to a Vietnamese restaurant I use to go eat at (not that great of food) and less than 5 minutes away! There weren't that many people when I walked in, so they asked me to write my name down and had me seated right away. All the other threaded shops I've been to, they weren't that friendly and they would just thread your eyebrows and charge you. However, at Perfect Brows, the workers ask you about your day and want to have a conversation (which makes me feel more comfortable). You can tell that the workers do care about each individual customer they serve. Fahzana (spelling?) made my eyebrows uneven today. She's messed up on me before too. I've given her a lot of chances, but this is it. I'll still come back, but Fahzana is not touching my eyes. Also, she did not let me use the check-in coupon on yelp. Her English isn't that good, which sometimes makes interactions awkward. I like the way my brows turned out but minus 2 star cuhs they threaded my lips and I didnt ask for it. The girl did it so fast I didnt even get to tell her I didnt want my lips done. See Farzana! She's a brow pro (and licensed Esti). I've been going to her for almost 3 years and she never disappoints. If you go to perfect brows around lunch time, expect to wait for at least 15 minutes. I have gone to other brow places that are much closer to my house and have left dissatisfied. I'd much rather make the 20 min drive to get a better shape and clean up by someone I know won't mess up. read more

For first timers:: THE NAME OF THIS PLACE SAYS IT ALL! First of all i am 21 & NEVER had my eyebrows done let alone threaded! Part of me was scared that they would do it too thin or it wouldnt shape my face correctly. I dont wear a lot of makeup so i wasnt planning on drawing in my eyebrows, but i gave it a try. I came in on a Sat at 2:15pm & didnt have to wait at all. I was greeted immediately & told the ladies that it was my first time ever getting my eyebrows done let alone threading them! They sat me right away & i explained to my lady (Farzana) what i would like for my eyebrows. My eyebrows dont have thick hair, they have thin hair. & i wanted to shape them also. Farzana did just that! She walked me thru the process telling me kindly to tilt my head please or place my hands here please. We talked & she was very sweet. As for the threading, i LOVED it! Very minimal discomfort! I thought it would hurt a lot more. The process was quick, efficient, & well done! After she put complementary rose water & it felt perfect after the threading. I did the $7 yelp eyebrow deal & tipped her as well. She gave me a punch card so that on my 10th visit i get eyebrows done for free! I love deals! Saving money is always helpful! Going to perfect brows you'll literally leave with perfect brows! I love this place! The atmosphere the people make it that much better. All the girls are super sweet. It was the first time I went to an actual brow bar. I normally go to a nail spot where I get my nails done but the work can't compare to the brows I left with yesterday. Farzana is my go-to girl. My cousin started getting her eyebrows done here and I really liked it but had never done threading before. I've only done waxing and with waxing, the results came out different every time I went to get it done.She convinced me to try Perfect Brows and I was hesitant so she told me to go on yelp and read the reviews for myself. I read and I was convinced. My cousin sees Pooja but I took whoever was available at the time since I was told that everybody does a great job. I had Farzana my first time and I made sure she knew that I wanted my brows to be shaped naturally and not too thin. What I like about Farzana is that even after going to see her for months now (with her remembering me every time), she still holds up a mirror for me to check my brow after she finishes each brow rather than just doing the whole thing and me seeing it for myself after sitting back up. It shows that she cares about her work and she wants her clients to be satisfied with it. I LOVEE my brows now. I go back every 2-3 weeks to get them touched up and come out of it completely refreshed and satisfied. read more

I heart Pooja! There are a lot of threading places popping up in Orange County that offer very similar services...quick cheap eyebrow threading, waxing, and facials. By far, Perfect Brows is my favorite for eyebrows and my brazilians. For sure, they aren't as large as Ziba's and probably not as busy...but for me, those two factors are a plus. I like the fact that I can request Pooja and it's no problem. None of this "she's double booked" bull that you can get at other salons. Also, when I come in, she actually remembers me. Now, who doesn't like that, right? Anyways, Pooja knows what she's doing when it comes to eyebrows. I've been trying to find the perfect threader for years. I actually found one at Vinitas, but everyone seemed to find her too. I'd have to wait 45 min. just for an eyebrow threading! No thank you! Pooja is very consistent when threading and I trust her. Hey, when it comes to your face, trust is a major factor. I also get my brazilians from her as well. She might not be the fastest I've been to but she is definitely the gentlest I've had. One time, I was reprimanded by my waxer at Ziba's since I couldn't relax. My waxer said "If you don't relax, I won't continue".....I'm like "hey, i'm not used to spreading my legs on a regular basis, lady. Please have some patience...hmmph!" You will never get this kind of tone at Perfect Brows. She is incredibly gentle and I actually think my hair is growing slower than before. I'm not sure if this is something she did or a placebo affect occurring, but in the end, I left a happy, less hairy, customer. That's the main point, right? Women put a lot of time and money into regular upkeep. I think Perfect Brows completely justifies my monthly indulgences and I actually look forward going there. For the kind of pain involved with waxing and threading, I think this says a lot about the business they've got going here. read more

So my advice is that if you go during peak hours and you want a specific person, make an appointment or bring a book because the wait can be up to 1 hour on Saturday/Sunday mornings. I cannot recomment a specific person to go with for eye browns. Every single one of them is great. I started out only going to puja, the owner. However, when Puja opened multiple locations, she wasn't there as often. I have gone to every girl at this location, and they never disappoint. They also do great hair. read more

Love this place ! I was Looking for a good eyebrow place where the ladies actually spoke English and it was clean and this is it! They are really professional and for some reason my eyebrow always takes a little longer to grow when I go with them! That's always a good thing so I don't have to take so many threading trips and of course it's always good to save money! I went to this location again after having such a great experience the first time, however, this was not the same at all. The person that worked on my actually pulled up skin and then put alcohol on my face which burned the area so badly that I had to see a doctor. It has taken days for it to stop hurting and now I still have to go to work looking like this. I would not return to this place. read more

I've been to Perfect Brows about 3 or 4 times now to get brazilian waxes and I am so impressed! I used to go to European Wax Center in Anaheim but they always left huge chunks of hair behind and it was not worth the nearly $50 I paid so I decided to look for a new place. I found Perfect Brows through Yelp and I'm so happy I did! They can always take me on last minute notice and when I get there I am taken back very quickly. They are also fairly inexpensive for a brazilian compared to other places which is great since I'm a student! For a while, they even had discount flyers for Chapman students which made me love this place even more. I've had Annie a couple times and I love her! She is so attentive to detail and never misses a hair. She is quick and thorough. She makes conversation the whole time and always asks whether or not I need a break. I have also had another woman wax me but I cannot remember her name. She was great too! Every time I've gone, I've felt incredibly comfortable and both women clearly knew what they were doing. The wax takes place in a closed off room that is separate from where the threading is done in the front.They use strip wax which I like much more than hard wax.They also apply a soothing oil after the wax is complete. I do have some reddness and soreness afterwards but I do whenever and where ever I get waxed because I have sensitive skin but it goes away in a couple of hours. When I first started coming here my brows were pretty thin and out of shape. Farzana gave me some advice on where I should grow it out and avoid plucking in order to have a better shape.
