The tools used on me were NOT properly sanitized. They were pulled from a drawer, lightly sprayed with alcohol, and used immediately -- which is NOT proper disinfection by any professional standard. That is reckless and unsanitary. She aggressively cut my cuticles and sliced me MULTIPLE times, leaving my fingers red, raw, and painful. I now have several open cuts and may need bacitracin just to prevent infection -- all because of their negligence and lack of basic hygiene. This wasn't just a "bad manicure."
