Ate here today for dinner after work. I definitely ordered and ate the hornado cuencano (slow roasted pork, crispy potato patties, rice, hominy, pickled onions, avocado and mixed greens) as a dish followed by fried banana for dessert that it had tasted really good and delicious. The service there was also attentive and super friendly and understanding when I spoke some Spanish of what I wanted to order. I couldn't agree more about it. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

Some of the best and most authentic Ecuadorian food I've ever had! The flavors at Leticia in Queens are like fireworks in your mouth--bold, vibrant, and true to Ecuadorian tradition. We tried a mango margarita and a mojito (mocktails) to start, then shared the ceviche de chicharrón and the La Jama dish. Both were amazing! The pickled onions and corn nuts, staples in Ecuadorian cuisine, gave everything that extra authentic touch. The ambiance was warm and lively with great music, and the service was perfecto--attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic Ecuadorian food in NYC.

Big portions, nice space, friendly service. They speak minimal English but we were able to communicate with google translate. I really enjoy their soups and their steak with shrimp plate. This is a great spot for a lunch before or after the hall of science museum!

If you're in Corona and in the mood for fun drinks, casual vibes and great music, Leticias is definitely a great spot to check out! Leticia's rolls out warm hospitality that transports you straight to an Ecuadorian family home. The dining room buzzes with the hum of conversation, playful décor touches, and a bar dedicated to craft cocktails. It's friendly, energetic, and never stuffy. Prompt, attentive, but never rushed--the servers feel like they're sharing beloved family recipes, not reading from a script. Expect warm smiles and helpful dish recommendations reminiscent of the homegrown hospitality. Their take on tropical cocktails is a standout--vibrant, original, and strong enough to hold their own. Certainly a lot of flavor and personality to each expertly crafted cocktail. Overall, Leticia's offers more than just food--it provides a cultural embrace. With its classic dishes cooked in traditional style, an inviting atmosphere, and standout cocktails, it's become a neighborhood gem in Corona. You don't just eat here--you share in a family story, passed down through generations and remixed with modern love.

Great food, good atmosphere. The food was well worth it. I was lucky enough to get a table as a walk in.

Big shoutout and thank you to Leticias for accomodating and taking good care of my party of 11 for my birthday celebration. Food was delicious and I am making a return to try more of their dishes. The presentation of the drinks are spot on and by one drink I was already tipsy. Thank you for that!

Great service and tasty fresh Ecuadorian food at a great price. I really also enjoyed their fun cocktails and ordered a few different ones while there. I will definitely be returning with family as they have large tables to accommodate them and I just know they'll enjoy the culture and ambiance that Leticia's provides. They also have bar seating for those that don't care to sit at a table or want to have a meal. Despite Leticia's being family friendly, it was perfect for date nite.

From my initial visits, fast forward to now & it seems like they have put in some serious effort to update their menu, drinks & the whole restaurant in general. We stopped by on a random Sunday drinks I had the Carnaval de Muerte , drink looks cool in the skull cup the drink itself was pretty good decent taste & strong. La Cholita was good & strong drink as well & a Margarita flight passion fruit, mango, blackberry & lime this was great nice & strong.. Taste wise in that order , fun presentation. We got an order of the Chicken wings come w fries, good size wings they were quite tasty, good fries. Next time HH specials we tried the Mojito not bad, decent on the alcohol. Tostones & Chorizo were very good, great tasting chorizo & tostones. The Tacos de churrasco were good, nice taste to the meat not bad, tacos also had fries? We think they got mixed w another taco but it was fine the meat could be a bit better since there were quite a few hard pieces. Next time around, we came for dinner , HH specials we had Mojito & Margaritas not bad. Skipped appetizers this time I had the Pechugas en salsa de limón , this was very good nice tasting chicken , good w the rice, avocado & maduros. Hubby had the Hornado cuencano also very good pulled pork, w rice, salad , mote & mixed greens we also had a side of Tostones they are so good! Service has always been good, prices have changed like many places , HH specials help w the drinks if not the fun cocktails range between $12-15. If u live in the area u can probably walk here it is also easily accessible by the 7 train. Cute little place, simple but decent decor good music playing. I do like the upgrades it's made the restaurant nicer to visit we enjoy the food & drinks worth the try.

I came here for restaurant week and liked it! I got 4 courses for $50 which is a good deal. I love the decor, reminds me of the motherland. The waitress was attentive and changed our utensils after each course. My favorite was the Llapingachos and ceviche. The lomo saltado was not the traditional Peruvian dish, more reminiscent of beef stew. I think the onions could have been cut more finely. Sad that the quimbolitos ran out early in the day, I will return for them! Honestly I liked everything. Keep in mind that the food is Ecuadorian with a Mexican twist.

They have two different matcha grades to choose from and I always "forest it" so it comes with maple syrup and cinnamon. The matcha is strong and I love the overall vibe in this store. They have a list of year round items & a couple rotating seasonal lattes that you'll have to wait to see on their wall as well. However, It gets extremely busy there -- so if you're wanting to sit and chit chat with a friend, you might find yourself sitting outside or constantly checking for a chair because it gets busyyyyy in here on weekdays despite the abundant seating, while I do love a little coffee & study session, it really sucked that nearly all of the tables inside were taken by customers with laptops! Perhaps it's better on weekends as they have signs that implement no laptops on weekends. Anyways, onto the orders... My sister and I ordered off the seasonal menu and tried the Strawberry latte, Pistachio latte and a Pistachio Waffle. Unfortunately, I just felt like neither of the lattes were really lived up to the hype. The strawberry latte is literally just strawberry jam layered with milk and a shot of espresso & the pistachio drink was not very sweet or pistachio flavor forward, it had a bit of a nutty taste towards the end, but honestly just tasted a majority like milk. I definitely think it could benefit from more pistachio flavoring or some pistachio cream smeared on the side of the cup. Also, not sure if they use two different roasts for the drinks, but the strawberry tastes much more burnt than the other. The pistachio waffle was probably the best part, but even then, you cannot really mess up on a waffle that is smeared with pistachio butter. Not sure if it is house made though. I didn't like it, but my sister really likes this place, so it is definitely a matter of opinions. I would definitely recommend stopping by & trying it out yourself!

I was actually at the area to grab a couple of other items, including bubble tea and found out that they were having a promotion for their app. If you download their app and log in using your phone number, your first drink from the shop is $0.99! I took this opportunity to sign up right away and try their Strawberry Crema Latte. This was definitely the right move! We ordered this as 50% sugar (I usually drink my bubble tea with 30% sugar) and it was perfectly sweet. I would definitely recommend trying this if you like strawberry milk, the 50% sugar also allowed for the bitterness of the coffee to sneak up as well which gave it the prefect balance of lightly sweet and bitter. It tasted like a melted Strawberry Coffee iced cream. The service was very quick and I would definitely be back to try more drink items!
