Every time I go in to this place I call ahead to pick up my order and tell them exactly when I will be there and every time I watch the person ahead of me take some or all of my order and I'm stuck waiting another 10-15 mins if they aren't out of egg rolls for the week.... very frustrating! The egg rolls here are huge and awesome. Two plus rice makes a great meal. I agree with other reviews that they can be a bit slow if you order something that isn't already made. I usually agree to go here if my family is willing to take what they have; chicken, vegetable, or pork. We've tried the rangoons which my wife likes and the sweet bread which I like. We prefer the white rice and usually one order is plenty to share. Their home made sauce is also great and comes with the egg rolls. read more

I received a recommendation from the front desk of the hotel I was staying at. My co-worker and I decided to take a chance. What a great surprise. Egg rolls come in vegetable, chicken, and pork, and are packed full! They're not completely cabbage and the meat is always juicy. Ok mylees used to have great egg rolls. Now they taste like they have too much pepper. But the chicken fried rice has never been good. It's tasteless. No flavor whatsoever. I've given her place try after try and it just keeps getting worse. Yes the crab rangoon are awesome. But that's it. I have made Hmong eggrolls before and I can do it better.But that chicken fried rice is so bad last time I couldn't even eat it. No Flavor at all. I have been going here for years now. When I was younger my dad would buy these for us after swimming and it was always just what we needed after a long day of swimming and activity. First off my lee is so friendly and sweet, she is always smiling and makes you feel like she's your grandma or something. The egg rolls are great, flavorful and hot, crispy skin just heaven honestly. I can never get enough. The only criticism I have is that the wait is normally pretty long. It's not too bad but if you want boba then it takes a good 15 minutes to create, honestly a bummer but it's so good I can't stop ordering it. Hands down, this is the best place for egg rolls in Appleton. They are always fresh and crispy, whatever time of the day I've stopped in, and they are never miserly on the meat. The egg rolls are always full to bursting and I am rarely able to finish more than two of them! The crab rangoons and the raspberry longcheng bread in particular are also quite delicious, but honestly, the main star here is the chicken egg rolls. The owners and workers have always been really kind and friendly when I've come in as well, and while it isn't the fanciest establishment, it always feels really warm and welcoming.
