This is now my go to for donuts and the ONLY place I will get amazing delicious Kolaches! Oh and the donuts are amazing and delicious as well. I have tried many different donut shops around Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa, Caldwell etc and this is by far the BEST! Donuts are the perfect amount of sweet, fluffy, soft and big. When I found out they have Kolaches, after trying them I can say I would buy at least a dozen or more at a time. Pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds and taste as fresh as when you bought them. The bread is soft and hot dog comes in two flavor, spicy and non spicy. Both are equally delicious. They have many drink options. Right when you walk in they are ready to assist, very friendly and welcoming vibes. They are very patient while you look and decide between their many variety of flavors. They are quick, get you in and out. Small quiet little shop with limited seats but it's also nice to grab and go. I would definitely recommend! read more

DK Donuts are delish! We were visiting from out of town when my kiddo had a hankering for a sweet breakfast treat, and nothing could satisfy but doughnuts. DK donuts is a classic donut shop; no wild flavor combos or toppings, just good old-fashioned doughnuts. We picked out a dozen to bring home to the family. This donut shop reminds me of the ones I used to frequent as a kid. The lady working inside was so sweet and very friendly. Great customer service. The donuts were very yummy. I really liked the blueberry cake donut and the donut holes. I bought a couple dozen for my daughters 5th birthday party and she gave me a cute little number 5 to stick in my daughters donut to make it special. We don't eat donuts very much but I would definitely come back and recommend this shop. read more

Update: My earlier review pointed out the odd taste of the donuts that suggested to me either old or burned deep-fry oil. I decided to try My Donuts again and was pleasantly surprised. This time the donuts did not have the "old oil" taste to them and were quite good, actually. So, they go from 2 stars to 4 stars. I will go back for more. The doughnuts certainly looked delicious, but there was a problem. Each one that I tried, had an underlying taste of either burned or old deep-frying oil. Were they palatable? Yes, but not worth the cost of $25 for 12 doughnuts. I would not go back and will try another doughnut shop next time. read more

DK donuts is literally right around the corner from my house...this can be a really good thing or a bad thing! Lol. Each time I have gone to DK the store is clean, smells delicious, & the donuts are delicious and fresh! The people at the counter are always very friendly and welcoming. I have noticed that when a child comes in and is super excited to get donuts the staff engages with the child and helps feed their excitement! It's really sweet! They are also very patient when there's a little one trying to choose the perfect donut!! The prices are very fair and the quality is above par! I only wish that they had a little more variety....they don't carry the French crueler and that breaks my heart. But, I still manage to find that perfect donut to satisfy the craving. I 100% prefer DK over any of the local specialty donut shops. This shop is perfect and carries the nostalgia of donut shops I visited growing up. read more

Now called "My Donuts!" The couple that owns this shop and run it daily are wonderful kind to the core genuine good people. It is always enjoyable walking in and seeing their smiling happy faces. The donuts are always fresh and delicious and they create special donuts around most of the holidays. Pink heart shaped for Valentine's, candy "monster" donuts for Halloween, green for St. Patrick's Day, etc. We love the donuts but keep returning for the people. This is the kind of donut shop I grew up going to and am so glad my children get to enjoy this one with the same hospitality of yesteryear. What a treasure we have right here in Eagle. read more

Great donuts and great customer service! They always had our 4 dozen donuts ready for us every Sunday for church.

Grand Opening today in Eagle and they were sold out of all but a handful minus of donuts, plain cake donuts with neon pink frosting and sprinkles (imagine those not selling) by noon time. Maybe that is because they distributed a coupon in the newspaper for one free donut. Never one to pass up free, that's what my husband was there for. We were going to come back another day to redeem our coupon but the nice guy owner offered us two of the three remaining donuts on the house and locked up soon after with a hand written 'sold out' sign on the door. In the meantime we saw at least a half dozen cars pull in with folks heading toward the donut store door as he turned the lights out. I think they can look forward to a booming business in this Eagle strip mall location. We don't eat a lot of donuts so I offer that to frame this; we'd say these donuts were so-so. Not worth going out of one's way, but if you're in the neighborhood, there they are. THIS N THAT: 1) PARKING: Private lot. 2) ACCESSIBILITY: No accessible parking in lot. Not accessible as step up over curb to sidewalk required. I feel compelled to offer sililoquy here so folks don't think this is OK. It is not. This building was constructed within the last 25 years when the ADA requires accessible parking proximite to all entrances to a building and a curb ramp cut in so the minority population of people with disabilities can get in the door like everyone else. That is not the donut shop owners bad, it is the fault of the strip mall owner. But it is a bad for sure. 3) SO YOU KNOW: The free donut with coupon offer runs through March 31. Plan accordingly for early out unless they plan accordingly for increased freebie traffic. read more

This location has been open almost a year and it's time for an update. Today, the case was completely full -- even though I came on the late side after a 10:00am doctor's appointment. All of the donuts looked terrific in the case. There were different shapes and sizes, and lots of pretty colors of glaze and sprinkles. I ordered a Boston creme for me, which was delicious. Tasty chocolate topping and a generous creme filling. I got a raspberry filled for Dad, and I got a taste. It was fresh and tasty, too. Hubby chose an apple fritter, which was humongous. He ate half on the way home and saved the other half for later. I don't know what his second donut was, exactly. It was shaped like a croissant, but it had glaze on it. He enjoyed them both very much. The dining room didn't seem to have been updated since we were there last. Very sparse tables with chairs. I'm sure they're expecting the vast majority of their orders to be to-go. read more

I thought I'd take donuts into the office this morning... I stopped into the Eagle shop 6:45 am--prime donut time, right? The parking lot was empty, the shop was empty, case was mostly full--but the selection was weak at best. The young woman who helped me was rude--she basically "tossed" my donuts into the box knocking icing off & squishing the donuts together as she went. I asked if it had been a busy morning & she just said "no," cramming a lid covered with her greasy handprints all over it onto the top of the box base... There are two other locations for DK here, don't go to this one. Donuts & donut patrons deserve better. I chucked this box & will go for a fresh box in Boise next week. read more

Hate to say it, but I had the same experience as some other reviewers: not enough donuts! I made a special trip to this shop today to try their donuts, but when I arrived at 11:00 AM, they were almost sold out. They only had about a dozen donuts left and they were mostly one kind - bar donuts with chocolate glaze - plus a few cake donuts with chocolate glaze. Nothing else -- not even plain or glazed, or even donut holes! I find this very strange, especially for a weekend morning, which I would expect a business to be prepared for. I would understand if it was almost closing time, but they don't close for another two hours. Not sure I would drive out to this place again since they don't seem to be consistent in their offerings. read more

Excited to find this shop, I soon discovered that English may not be a second language there. My wife and I went in there this morning as we headed out of town. I ordered two Apple fritters and my wife ordered a couple of perishing and a couple of cake donuts. We paid and were given our sack. Donuts are always good. They are classic style, not over thought, over priced like many newer places. Go early for fresh, if you go late don't complain about limited selection. Classic donut shop with a great selection of favorites. At 8:30am on a Saturday, the shop was packed full of happy children eating their donut of choice. The display case was full of wide variety of beautiful glazed, sugared, sprinkled, coconuted and berried donuts. Great service, very friendly and quick. The two dozen caked and yeast donuts were delicious and were a hit among the volunteers at a local event. Would and will come back to enjoy these yummy donuts. read more

There are very few places to get donuts in Meridian but this place is top 2. This location is very clean, has color on the walls and a nice layout with plenty of seating. I always love the frosted cake doughnuts here and my husband loves the apple fritter. read more
