I am completely shocked over the service I received from just simply saying Merry Christmas.... not meaning any harm by it. My only little pet peeve is when I ask where something is and get an "I think it's over there..." Costco is HUGE and can get super busy, so being sent in the wrong direction can turn into quite the adventure! I'd much rather someone double-check if they aren't sure. What really stood out during my last visit was how kind and accommodating the staff was when I lost my keys. My husband ended up having to bring me my spare, and I didn't get the call that my keys had been found until about 7:30 the next morning--but I was SO relieved they were found! Definitely saved me the hassle and expense of ordering another spare. This Costco is consistently clean, nicely stocked, and has a great team. Definitely my go-to location!

I had to rescan everything in my cart. Rude service horrible staff and just the worst. We don't pay membership fees to be treated like this. The disrespect is so serious and good luck if you wanted one item from the food court it's a 30 mins wait minimum and that's with calling ahead for our pizza last time as well. Think of Costco Gas Station at noon on a Saturday. Or the gas station right off the freeway or by the airport. One reason or another they can be more expensive, not worth the hassle, or simply difficult to get in and out. The location at 4700 North Eagle Rd is a good location. There's a right hand turn into the Albertsons shopping center and the Stinker is to the left. There are four wide lanes and it's one way pull through. That means you're not in a battle royale for positioning. ( Think of the gas station off the freeway in Anywhere US ) Cars and trailers facing all sorts of directions with gas tanks on the wrong side of the pump. My only gripe is the number of questions I am subjected to when I just want to get gas. It's not an inditement of Stinker but they do have a lot of questions when using the pay at the pump option. I feel like I'm being up-sold on everything from Monster drinks to Car washes. The pull out goes around the car wash. There are vacuums and theres bonus points for free air.
