The salon is always clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. Best of all, there is rarely a long wait, which I really appreciate. What sets this salon apart is their honesty and customer care. When I first came in, they were upfront about the condition of my nails and explained that the style I wanted at the time would not last because of the health of my nail bed. Instead of just taking my money, they recommended what would be best for my nails and helped me get them healthy again. That level of professionalism is hard to find. My nails always turn out exactly how I want them, and the staff consistently does amazing work. Most recently, I brought my 2-year-old daughter, Kehlani, in for a manicure and pedicure. As you can imagine, getting a toddler to sit still long enough for her nails to dry was not easy! It took three to four staff members working together, and even the gentleman at the front desk stepped in to help. Everyone was so patient, kind, and encouraging throughout the entire process. They made my daughter feel special, and her nails and toes turned out absolutely adorable. The entire team goes above and beyond to make clients feel welcome and cared for. Their patience, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service and a wonderful experience.

I am very low maintenances and only get my nails done for special occasions and they are very good at replicating designs you want. The smell is nice inside, workers are always nice. My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings. So i'm always afraid at getting my nails done, but they are gentle with the drill and i've never came across an issue. Will come back!

The customer service was poor, and the way we were treated made us feel like we were not valued as customers. Throughout the visit, there was a lack of professionalism that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. Instead of feeling relaxed, we felt judged and unwelcome. No one should feel uncomfortable while simply trying to receive a service they are paying for. There are many places that make their customers feel appreciated and respected, but unfortunately this was not one of them. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and works to improve the way people are treated.
