I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. My friend and I came in expecting a welcoming and professional environment, but instead we left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. The customer service was poor, and the way we were treated made us feel like we were not valued as customers. Throughout the visit, there was a lack of professionalism that made the experience stressful rather than enjoyable. Instead of feeling relaxed, we felt judged and unwelcome. No one should feel uncomfortable while simply trying to receive a service they are paying for. There are many places that make their customers feel appreciated and respected, but unfortunately this was not one of them. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. I hope management takes customer concerns seriously and works to improve the way people are treated. read more

Worst place ever. Michael was an absolute sweetheart and very kind, but Nancy kept interrupting us and changing the price every time I was talking to him. On top of that, she made me feel profiled and treated me like I was going to steal something. She stood by the door, watched me over my shoulder while I was trying to pay, and got so close that I had to ask her to back up. It was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. I've been married 10 years this year. Never in my life did I ever thought or would even consider getting a pedi as a man lol. I mean "it's not normal" as most would think. That all changed when I came with my Wife almost 10 years ago. I came in as she got hers and she suggested I get mine. It was the most awkward thing for me, especially as a man but I said why not lol Bottom line, it's perfectly normal and I recommend it to anyone and everyone, man OR Woman. It's important to have personal hygiene. And above all, having nice clean feet. My feet might not be "picture perfect" but I know I'm a step ahead of those who never get one. The staff... Everyone here is so damn nice and pleasant. Tina has always treated my Wife and I with the utmost respect. She's just so kind and considerate. My daughter was maybe only 2 when I would come with her and she'd sit on my lap. To this day, Tina always remembers and asks for her. She's such a sweet person and cannot say enough about her. Gel polish is already a 10 dollar up charge was trying to charge an additional 6 dollars more for cat eye polish claiming it's a design when I had got it done prior visit and no up charge was done. REFUSE to go back. Went yesterday because it was near work. I have gone maybe a year ago and did not have good experience (Mani pedi) but figured maybe improved. WRONG. Asked only for pedicure. Immediately noticed the person was sort of rude. She told me to pick a color but I bring my own OPI so I know quality. She cut her eyes and said we have colors. I told her again, I have my own. When I sat down, she said I need callus remover. She had not touched my feet or looked at them. I told her no regular pedicure. She gave me price list. I said regular. Then she started on my feet. Barely used pumice stone. Did not remove old polish from baby toe, just used file to take it off. Then she cut nail and I asked her to smooth the edge cause it was ragged and she never cleaned under the nail. Suddenly she rinsed my feet and dryer them. I asked are u finished and she said yeah why. I just said that was fast and said how much. It was all of maybe 10 minutes! The people who were already in chairs next to me were no where near done. I put my colors back in my tote and started to go but she put some lotion on then So I waited and as soon as she was done, reached for my shoes. She said you don't want color, why. I told her I will do it somewhere else. Then she tried to smile and be nice and help. Oh and I forgot to mention, she kept talking to another customer when she walked in. And greeted another and was talking to her. I think she was tryna show me she was friendly cause she could see I was not happy with her work. She really should have focused on my feet. I should have known would be bad cause when I came in, another lady was yelling about the poor service and how she wasn't paying. Will never return. Wanna support neighborhood business but not here. Terrible! Went because it was near and was convenient, but after this I'm never going back. The lady that did my pedicure kept insisting I get the most expensive one and I do gel. Said 'No' like 4-5 times. I ended up getting the regular one with callous remover, she barely scrubbed my feet and got upset when I asked if that was it... she also didn't put my sandals on. Went in to get my nails removed and John started to take off the acrylic with a fake nail tip. Any tech with basic knowledge would know this is an improper technique. Got my nails done on Thursday 4/29 & one of my nails has already broken. I asked my nail technician to clean my cuticles and instead of doing that, he said I'll save you $10 by just using the nail dremel. I told him "I don't mind about the price, I just want my nails to look good for my Bday". The nail technician literally dremeled my nails for over an hour. It was painful and aggressive. Well to start off I only came to this location because my regular place I go to was closed today unfortunately, but I couldn't go another day with the ingrown I had I was in serious pain!:( Soo I get there and it's empty perfect I have a toe nail that has a little bit of fungus and I had acrylic on it I told her can you take the acrylic off trim my nail as much as you can and buff it out and obviously take my ingrown out! She was like oh uhu like ok! Then she proceeds to attempt to take off the acrylic off my toe nail with a nail tip like lady are you serious? I don't have nail tips on my toe it's acrylic freehand! Buff it out with the machine I told her then when she did listen to me and did that she clips my nail and then starts making these face expressions like if my foot was rotten I was like what's wrong? And then she was like eww your nail no good I'm like seriously? I told you I had fungus so yea there was gunna be a slight smell but not something gross and she was like put Vaseline I'm like for what? And she just stared at me with question marks all confused! She then was talking in her language to some lady and then she stares at my toes and makes a face and I'm just there so uncomfortable by this point. Then when she was finished she tells me $35 is your total im like huh? You said $25 I didn't even get calluses removal or my nails painted she said that they charge $10 for acrylic removal this is insane I only had $34 cash on me so I'm like you know what I'm just giving you $34 and next time you shouldn't treat your customers like this and lie about a set price that you had agreed to already! And just so you know I'm never coming here again and ima tell a lot of people so that they don't come here either. No wonder it's empty ! read more

if I could give them zero I would imagine being pregnant and wanting to relax and instead leaving crying because everything came out so bad my toes were really short because that's how I like them she decided to put arylic and then now they look so thick and look like I stuck bubble gum on them then for my full set he said I can't go any shorter without cutting you what?!? I have always went shorter without my nails you just want me to pay more for the length then he asked what shape I asked for square but skinny my nails look like duck nails saying "it's ur eyes " laughing in. my face then I look under my nails and they are not even connected I said that's why they pop off really fast I wash a lot of dishes at home he said if they do come back I'll do it for free why would I have to come back why can't you just take ur time the first time I left home with no color I was so upset I rather leave and try to fix them myself never again ! read more

He painted all over beyond on my skin and I was terrified for him to buff my nail at the end (I did acrylic nail with white tip) I had to ask someone else to do it. Idk if the one who finished my nail is the owner but at the end she said she will charge me only 25 but my nail is 30 originally as if she is giving a huge discount. I have never been so much dissatisfied or terrified with nail service before. You can't really see on the picture but they basically glued all my skin with tips . I would not send my worst enemy to this 1/2 ace nail salon. Rude, super obnoxious, and obviously the sisters who did my nails were way too bitter to be working with the general public. Even my 16-year old niece was notified to see the way I was being treated by the two. I even once asked jokingly what the problem was and one said "you drunk". Well I wasn't and that was enough for me to call out this slimy, overpriced, poor quality, overpriced salon. The only a reason a chair is ever filled in there is bc Target is the neighbor. They would be wildly successful if they tried a little. The man was nice and apologetic (sisters prob beat him for that). And seriously- the WORST gel job I've ever had of 100s. I hate to write negative reviews but would be dishonor to community if I didn't warn them and you. read more

I'll give it two stars because the lady that did my pedicure was so nice and did a good job. But my nails are horrible. The guy that did them did not know what he was doing. He act like he didn't speak English, so when I was explaining how I wanted my nails he kept acting like he did not understand. So someone else came to take over to try to make it better.
