I've come here for a gel mani/pedi multiple times and have always had a great experience until this weekend. The tech who did my gel pedicure did an excellent job, but the woman who handled my manicure rushed through it and ended up messing up my nails twice. After she finished, I noticed the top coat wasn't applied correctly on either hand, so I asked if they could fix it. The pedicure tech helped fix one hand while the original manicure tech worked on the other. Unfortunately, the same tech messed up again and still didn't apply the top coat properly. I didn't realize it until I got to my car, and by then I was so frustrated I just left. Two days later, my nails are already chipped. I paid $80 for this, and it feels like a complete waste of time and money. I liked this salon because they always did a great job but after this experience I probably won't be coming back read more

I went in 3 weeks ago for the first time, after a year of no pedicure because of bad experiences. Either rude people, or bad quality. I went in for a pedicure I asked for regular because in other spots that lasted me better than gel (maybe 2 weeks) gel always chipped off after the 1st week. They convinced me and guaranteed that it would last 3 weeks, if not I can return. It's been 3 weeks and it still looks full of color and shine, I even got a compliment after 3 weeks of having them done so that tells you it looks fresh! Definitely will be returning. Very quiet peaceful salon, clean and relaxing. Workers are not loud and rowdy they have relaxing music playing, this truly is a perfect spot for 'me time' especially if your love revolves around your spouse, children and their recreational activities like me. Perfect spot to treat yourself to for a pedicure or whatever you need. read more

I am pretty satisfied with my service. I was nervous at first because of the reviews. Came in for a gel pedicure. She took out my ingrown nails (it hurt a bit) but I got a great shaped toe nails afterwards. Pretty great job for the price. Felt like she was diligent and was very nice. Oh and I liked that they have a menu with prices. I knew what each pedicure encompassed, and could better decide which I wanted. read more

By far the best service in the area! The prices are transparent and showed to you from the beginning, you get the quality that you pay for. The nail technician is Vietnamese and her name is Tina, she's such a sweet person. Even threw in a few minutes hand massage. She's scheduled on the weekends and did a great job restoring my original nails after acrylics! She did 3 coats of gel nail polish without charging me extra, usually I go to places were they do a 3rd coat of gel for a 5$ extra fee so when she didn't say I'm charging extra the third coat I was in shock. I paid 79$ for both mani and pedi, gel. I got the orange feet sugar and she lotioned it up and took out the cal-uses. Thank you, I will be returning! read more

The place is really nice but the service was not good. My husband and I get pedicures once every 5 weeks and we usually go to another spot nearby but decided to give this place a try. Well not worth it. They barely did anything. They put very lil effort into cleaning the cuticle and the callus. Its new and clean so thats a good thing but definitely not going back. read more

I've been here before and the guy did an amazing job with everything. I came today and the lady with glasses did a horrible job kept it on saying it was my nail shape when her coworker did a wonderful and each nail he did was the same shape and size but she couldn't. To top it off I asked if she could just take them off and she said it would be $80 to take them off. I loved this place until she helped me. They shouldn't have charged me for the horrible job she did. I usually get my nails done with Lee but she has recently been busy. I try making an appointment with her on Fridays and she states that she doesn't do then on Friday which is fine. Because I am sure it gets full. I get there. And someone is waiting for you since they have an appointment at 6 with her. It must be her clients for years now because she even brought her a Starbucks and she started doing her nails with no hesitation. Anyways, the girl I got to do my refill took 2 hours!!!! What!!! I went in Thursday for a full set. I told the man who was doing my nails I had gel x prior to this set I was getting. He struggled to get the tips on and forced his way to make them stay. On Saturday my nails starting lifting and later on that same day they popped off. 4 nails in total. read more

I've been coming to Lee for 16 years. She is a very sweet person and she is a very good nail tech. If you want good quality work it comes with a price and patience. She is very busy and has big clientele. She is only one person and human so for the people who chose to be disrespectful and have negative reviews goes to show ones own character that has nothing to do with Lee. One thing about Lee is she doesn't allow anyone to disrespect her, her workers, clients or her business so if it got to that point again shows the type of character of whoever has an issue. Overall she will take care of you while you sit at her station which is why I continue to come here. Been coming here on and off for the past 2 years. They have a pretty good staff of manicurists and a variety of great designs and options for acrylic nails. Walked in on a Saturday Morning right when they opened to get my nails off my to do list. A very sweet older lady offered me a seat at a station pretty quickly. Unfortunately, she took an hour and a half to do my manicure. It wasn't done bad but it wasn't good either. White nail polish has to be done great or it can't be done at all. I would of taken a pic but I barely said a word to Lee and she came over. She redid the ENTIRE manicure. And she did it in less than a half an hour. Lee is legit Hard working, talented, down to earth & real. Her and Joyce I believe is the other manicurist that do the job good and quick. She also likes chatting it up while doing nails. I would recommend setting up an appointment. read more

If your personal time is not valuable to you, then this is the place to be. The staff is super slow and they lack confidence in their ability to do nails. I highly recommend you try other venues because this one was a horrible experience. I can't wait for Diane to come back. They do excellent nails here pretty good customer service for the most part. Older gentleman that does nails is not that friendly and his customer service isn't the best. Lee the owner is pretty nice. She does the best Nails and design.There's also a young man that does nails .He has his nails done as well. He keeps them stiletto shape. He does a fairly good job .However he doesn't really have a steady hand. He did my nails for my birthday and he kept shaking a bit while doing it and while putting on the rhinestone.They started coming off after a week. Only negative things which is why I didn't give a five star . Also because I feel they can do better in the pedicure area .I feel like my pedicure is rushed every time and my feet feel a bit rough after my pedicure and polish on the toes is kind of a half job my nails I absolutely love and I get so many compliments . Let's first off give credit to where credit is due. Lee is an artist, A great one at that, no one can knock her Hu$$le down! The lady has her own hand painted Mural on the salon wall from the ceiling down. What nail artist that you know can do that?? Second she does not put up with no ones Shit! No one! °*So dont think your winning and complaining is going to get to her. Next, she works hard like everyone else does But she works Extremely hard !! Yes, you will have to wait maybe even for hours, yes and yes but honestly Lee's Has and has had Loyal customers even from 15 +years. Because if that's what you feel that you were treated rude.. bad CS then maybe you should go else where. You are entitled to your opinion but just saying. Lee's is a straight-to-the-point salon. Don't expect over the top customer service, extra services or amenities. If you're a regular, you're used to the atmosphere. However, if it's your first time, make an appointment and expect to wait a few minutes beyond your start time. Making an appointment guarantees that you won't be forgotten and you'll get the name of your tech. They do a GREAT job but it's rushed. Also, there's the little issue of payment. There's no communication with the techs and the lil old lady responsible for receipts. So don't be surprised if you're asked to pay more than once or if your services are heavily reviewed. All in all, if you have tough skin and you need a full set, come in. If not, steer clear to avoid feeling unappreciated. read more

From the moment I arrived, the owner made me feel completely comfortable. They were kind, welcoming, patient, and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed. They talked me through the whole process, checked in on me, and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about their clients. The place was clean, professional, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. By the time I left, I couldn't believe how much easier the experience was than I had imagined. Thank you for making my first visit such a positive one. I'll definitely be coming back, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone--especially if it's your first time. I've gone to various places for a wax and hers is much softer and moisturizing, but definitely gets the job done. I only go for bikini wax, but I know she also does the rest of the body. Kiki is also an extraction specialist and educates you on your skincare at home. One of my favorite things about her is the sanitation. She ensures the table is clean after client and rolls out new paper for each use. I also appreciate that she doesn't double dip the stick in the wax. She uses a new stick for each application. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite. She has it decorated nicely, has calming music playing and she's an overall amazing person to talk to! It's easy to schedule your appointments with her and you also receive text and email reminders that it's coming up.

I brought my wife here for her birthday, and we had an amazing experience. I had stopped by this nail salon before and recently noticed it had been updated. It looks like there may be new owners, and the changes have really transformed the space into a fresh, modern, and inviting salon. The nail technicians were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. The salon was spotless, welcoming, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. I had a manicure and pedicure, and my technician was so gentle and thorough that I actually fell asleep during the service! My wife also loved her experience and loved how creative her technician was. She wasn't sure what design she wanted, so she asked the technician to do something nice that would get attention. The final result was unique and she got lots of compliments on her nails afterward. Lee's Nail Design is so amazing . I see them treat everyone with respect and eager to help. The place is clean , entertaining, and not awkward. I recommend this place because the whole staff is nice and makes sure your more than satisfied! They do Manicures , Pedicures , waxing , lashes , spa massages etc. Walk-Ins & Appointments are profesional and welcomed! When I get my nails , eyebrows, & toes done , I ALWAYS get compliments and get asked where I get my nails done.I always see customers leave with a huge smile and thank the staff for their treatments . I used to get my nails done in San Pedro but I hated that the nail techs would talk crap about any & everyone & they'd rush on you to get everyone done but in the process it'd be a MESS..so I posted asking if anyone knew a good shop where they'd be more respectful & actually care about how your nails look & OMG this was what I've been looking for.! Everyone is super sweet & my nails ALWAYS get compliments anywhere I go.! I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done here & I recommend this shop to anyone that wants amazing quality nails. read more

I love getting my nails done here. They're great at what they do. I don't see why they have bad reviews but I continuously come here with my friend and we get them done, their prices a decently ok lol, service is good, nail color options are cute. Definitely would recommend this place. read more
