I've come here for a gel mani/pedi multiple times and have always had a great experience until this weekend. The tech who did my gel pedicure did an excellent job, but the woman who handled my manicure rushed through it and ended up messing up my nails twice. After she finished, I noticed the top coat wasn't applied correctly on either hand, so I asked if they could fix it. The pedicure tech helped fix one hand while the original manicure tech worked on the other. Unfortunately, the same tech messed up again and still didn't apply the top coat properly. I didn't realize it until I got to my car, and by then I was so frustrated I just left. Two days later, my nails are already chipped. I paid $80 for this, and it feels like a complete waste of time and money. I liked this salon because they always did a great job but after this experience I probably won't be coming back read more

I went in 3 weeks ago for the first time, after a year of no pedicure because of bad experiences. Either rude people, or bad quality. I went in for a pedicure I asked for regular because in other spots that lasted me better than gel (maybe 2 weeks) gel always chipped off after the 1st week. They convinced me and guaranteed that it would last 3 weeks, if not I can return. It's been 3 weeks and it still looks full of color and shine, I even got a compliment after 3 weeks of having them done so that tells you it looks fresh! Definitely will be returning. Very quiet peaceful salon, clean and relaxing. Workers are not loud and rowdy they have relaxing music playing, this truly is a perfect spot for 'me time' especially if your love revolves around your spouse, children and their recreational activities like me. The nail technician is Vietnamese and her name is Tina, she's such a sweet person. Even threw in a few minutes hand massage. She's scheduled on the weekends and did a great job restoring my original nails after acrylics! She did 3 coats of gel nail polish without charging me extra, usually I go to places were they do a 3rd coat of gel for a 5$ extra fee so when she didn't say I'm charging extra the third coat I was in shock. She is very busy and has big clientele. Been coming here on and off for the past 2 years. They have a pretty good staff of manicurists and a variety of great designs and options for acrylic nails. Walked in on a Saturday Morning right when they opened to get my nails off my to do list. A very sweet older lady offered me a seat at a station pretty quickly. Unfortunately, she took an hour and a half to do my manicure. It wasn't done bad but it wasn't good either. White nail polish has to be done great or it can't be done at all. I would of taken a pic but I barely said a word to Lee and she came over. She redid the ENTIRE manicure. And she did it in less than a half an hour. Lee is legit Hard working, talented, down to earth & real. Her and Joyce I believe is the other manicurist that do the job good and quick. She also likes chatting it up while doing nails. They do excellent nails here pretty good customer service for the most part. Older gentleman that does nails is not that friendly and his customer service isn't the best. Lee the owner is pretty nice. She does the best Nails and design.There's also a young man that does nails .He has his nails done as well. He keeps them stiletto shape. He does a fairly good job .However he doesn't really have a steady hand. He did my nails for my birthday and he kept shaking a bit while doing it and while putting on the rhinestone.They started coming off after a week. Only negative things which is why I didn't give a five star . Also because I feel they can do better in the pedicure area .I feel like my pedicure is rushed every time and my feet feel a bit rough after my pedicure and polish on the toes is kind of a half job my nails I absolutely love and I get so many compliments . This place is supposedly brand new--after looking at all the impressive photos, I called the same day and made an appointment specifically asking for "Lee" the man said "okay what time" I said 1:30pm. He said ok. I came In at 1:30, I specifically said again "hello, I have an appointment with Lee" The older man iterates something in Vietnamese to Lee who was currently working on another client. She responds, and he says "you are the one that called right?" I said yes... He responds, you want pedicure too? I said yes. So he sat me down while a younger guy does my pedi. "I have another appointment before you, he said when you called you asked to see anybody" Uhm...lets see...where in my phone conversation did I even mention "anybody" and where in my initial greeting when I walked in, did I say "anybody" when I CLEARLY said I was here to see LEE!
