Really bad service. They said they open at 10am and they always get there at 10:20am LEE takes forever to do the nails and the first time she did a great job. But after your her customer she charge you more and she does whatever she wants. You show her the the picture of the nails you want. Or for always being on her phone she does a horrible job. This place is supposedly brand new--after looking at all the impressive photos, I called the same day and made an appointment specifically asking for "Lee" the man said "okay what time" I said 1:30pm. He said ok. I came In at 1:30, I specifically said again "hello, I have an appointment with Lee" The older man iterates something in Vietnamese to Lee who was currently working on another client. She responds, and he says "you are the one that called right?" I said yes... He responds, you want pedicure too? I said yes. So he sat me down while a younger guy does my pedi. I sat down, noticed another young woman waiting for Lee, a bit concerned I didn't think anything of it cause I made an appointment right? Wrong! After the pedicure, I asked the young man (who did not understand or speak English) how much longer I would have to wait to see Lee, he asks her and she tells me... "I have another appointment before you, he said when you called you asked to see anybody" Uhm...lets see...where in my phone conversation did I even mention "anybody" and where in my initial greeting when I walked in, did I say "anybody" when I CLEARLY said I was here to see LEE! Very unprofessional. They just gave me the impression that they understood me so that I can at least get a pedicure service there and they screwed me afterwards. Just moved nearby and decided to try this place out due to high ratings. It's a Sunday afternoon and I called to confirm that they were available for two pedis. Came and in and their selection for non gel nail polish sucks. None of them are branded name and half of them are almost empty or the oil is separated from the paint. If I could give this nail shop a minus 0 I would.My sister loves her nails so I decided to get them done here for my wedding in 3 days in another country. I set up a second appointment because i would have been late for my first appointment and Lee advised me to come at 1 pm. I Arrived @12:30 to ensure I had plenty of time. . While waiting I hadn't said much, only asked for the trash can. After an hour I asked Lee about how long before I begin she snapped (in a high tone) and stated she squeezed me in between other appointments and will be soon. Since I wanted to designs I tried to wait it out. After another 45 minutes nothing, no explanation on the delay or thank you for your patience. Blame me for wanting to try something different. I decided to come here after being referred and holly did my nails. They were cute at first until all the diamonds and paint started chipping after the first week so I drove back a week later because at that point almost all the diamonds were off and my paint was gross looking. So I waited an hr then holly took me, I really didn't wanna go back to her but Lee said I had too since she was the one who messed it up. So holly was rushing throwing diamond and glue all on my nails. She painted one nail and off color from the rest. She was using the dremel (however you spell it) on my nail and not even buffering it out. She just wanted to get me out the way it was obvious she doesn't take her time which is why I had to even come back in the first place. Then at the end holly whispers... "U just gimme 10 dolla" and the I loudly say NO MAAM. I'm ONLY HERE FIXING WHAT U DID. so then she said okay okay bye. No argument because she knows she was out of line to charge me. Okay... so I let time pass and I said I'll go again but I'll book ahead for Lee only because it's my birthday and I need to have bomb Nails. I hear she is the best. So I called in the morning and requested Lee. A man took my name and number and booked me for 1:30. Mind you I drive from the valley to Compton every time I have to come this way. That takes me an hr both ways. I don't have time to come back more than I need. So I get here at 1:36 Lee has a client. I say hi I'm the 1:30 appointment. She doesn't smile or anything she's like "oh, yea well I can't do nails and feet" I say oh that's fine. I really just need nails. Then she's looks in her books and she says oh I have a 2 o'clock because I called you and you no answer. I got no missed call from this woman. So then she tries to hand me off to Holly again. I'm like no ma'am, I have an appointment. I can't do holly. And she's like well I have a two o'clock. So I'm like well Lee what are you saying ? Can you do the nails or no? I just drove here from the valley, you say you called but I have no missed calls. Like at the end of the day if you can't do my nails say that instead of give me attitude and excuses. So she said she can't do my nails so I said thank you. I will never come back. She said okay bye girl. Ummm excuse me... girl ? It's the disrespect that I can't handle. These nails aren't cheap. I paid holly 76 for my nails. So for all the bs I went through I just wanted nice nails for my bday. But Lee's head is too big. You shouldn't treat people who admire your work like that. I have showed her instagram to so many people and spoken of nothing but love. Truthfully I do warn them not to go to Holly. I'm giving this place 3 stars because I will be going back for my fill just to give this place another chance.... Walked in on a Thursday after 5pm place has new furniture but it is all a mess.. They took me in fast because they only had one other customer. A guy did my nails, the way the acrylic was applied was horrible I knew then I wasn't going to like my nails. He didn't make sure my nails were cut the same length. The outcome of my nails was thick and supper wide. Then this lady came in and asked for eyebrow wax and the girl used the same scissors he used to cut my nails.. That's a NOOO!!!!!
