He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. I'm not really sure why I did business with them. Won't do it again. They seem to always be on the defensive. My carpet is not the same as the sample I gave them but they insisted it is. She can't see the difference, clearly there is a difference but she doesn't want to see it. Oh it's like pulling teeth. Dry and brash. Oh I dislike people who can't accept when they are wrong.

All was going well until they determined that the sales rep had undermeasured the space, leaving a 6' x 8' unfinished space. 3. Additional flooring was ordered, only to find that it was not the same as had been used for the rest of the floor. 4. Process was repeated, only to find again that the new flooring did not fit. 5. Found that manufacturer had changed, and that the new lots of flooring would not fit. At this point, it is nearly 3 months beyond the finish date, and I am no closer to a solution. The only proposed solution to this point is they want to tear up my master bath, use that flooring to finish, and then re-floor the master bath. When I finally agreed to this "Josh" has yet to give me a completion date, and each time I am promised a date for update it is not delivered. This has been pathetic, and I will never use this company again. If there were any justice in the world they would have to re-do the whole job with the correct measurements. Again, pathetic.
