The person did a very nice job and spent what felt like a long time massaging my legs; I felt like I was being pampered. What I didn't like was when she was done using the tools for my pedicure she put them in my dirty foot water to clean (I am not sure if she took them to clean further but it made me wonder how the tools we're disinfected. As I walked up to the counter to pay I had to walk around the clipped toenails from other customers. I saw no attempt to clean the floor in between the customers getting pedicures I would rate this as a 4 stars for the nice job the manicurist did on my feet but would only give a 2 for cleanliness

Made an appt after reading the positive reviews on Yelp. I could not have been more disappointed…read more I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. I had an existing gel polish that needed to be removed. They proceeded to give me a bowl with acetone in in and stuck my hands in the bowl. At this point, I should have just got up and left but as the lady was already working on my pedicure. The pedicure was average and she did not apply and base coat and I had to ask about the top coat. Also, no liner for the foot bath. Needless to say, this is 2 days post visit and 3 of my toenails and 1 of my nails have chipped (on average my nails last 2 weeks and toenails until the next visit). On a positive, the personnel were polite. I like to support local business and hope my visit was just an off day for them.

The owner is super kind, communicative and attentive to my needs and questions. I always used to do acrylic nails by other nail techs and my natural nails became damaged so I wanted to start growing my natural nails so this was actually my first time ever getting a regular gel manicure! Looooved my time here honestly, this was the best nail experience I've had by far. Keep in mind that this is appointment only no walk in!!! This will definitely be my usual nail shop now so excited to go back again!

Lina was able to see me early the next morning so I jumped at the appointment. Lina is quiet and direct, some might find her brusque. But she really isn't, she knows her craft and has the tools and knowledge to prove it. She worked on my calluses before soaking my feet, explaining the soaking caused the skin to open up and be more delicate/painful as she carefully "sanded" down the dry skin. She had special power tools for the various bumps which were far less painful than the pumice stone treatment most spas use. I have never had calluses retreat so quickly. She also pointed out other health issues my feet were experiencing and what I should be doing to make them feel better. Her shop is small with 2 chairs and is blissfully quiet, unlike many large noisy Nail Salons. If you want a real Health Spa experience for your next Mani/Pedi I suggest you seek out Lina's Nails.

Pedicure with some acrylic to lengthen the big toenails…read more.. I came back after months of avoiding this place. The last time I got a pedicure here, I wound up with an ingrown toe nail from the way the person cut my nails. When I walked in this past Saturday evening, I was assigned the lady I really liked the 3 previous times I came in, before I got the ingrown toe nail. Unfortunately, she was not as great as I had previously remembered her services. I immediately regretted getting the "most expensive pedicure package", she had offered me. She opened a brand new box and at least 4 new packages of different lotions and foot masks, but she was only using 1/2 of the actual product on me. I got annoyed thinking 1/2 my money was going to be wasted or thrown away. I absolutely, asked to have the rest of the packets put back in the box cause at this point, I'm taking them home with me. When I kindly asked her to remove just a bit more callous from a certain spot. Instead of using the same small purple pumice stone, she pulled out the cheese grater and went to work on the small area I had mentioned. I pulled my leg away from the scalding hot water she didn't test before letting it run onto my shin, afterwards she used nothing but cold water to rinse my legs and feet. I just wanted it to hurry up and be over with after a certain point. Most upset about having to come home and fix what I didn't feel comfortable asking her to fix, while I was there.
