Though I made an appointment for a pedicure they were only 25 minutes late when they finally waited on me. The person did a very nice job and spent what felt like a long time massaging my legs; I felt like I was being pampered. What I didn't like was when she was done using the tools for my pedicure she put them in my dirty foot water to clean (I am not sure if she took them to clean further but it made me wonder how the tools we're disinfected. As I walked up to the counter to pay I had to walk around the clipped toenails from other customers. I saw no attempt to clean the floor in between the customers getting pedicures I would rate this as a 4 stars for the nice job the manicurist did on my feet but would only give a 2 for cleanliness read more

I went to get very simple ombre nails for vday and they turned out very uneven. The colors were not blended, they are bumpy, and I can see my real nail right through them. I needed to get my nails done somewhere close to my wedding venue, and needed to get them done as late in the day as possible. After I saw the photos this place has on their facebook i was sold. I went in with one of my bridesmaids and they stayed an hour and a half past closing just to finish my pedicure and full set. The best part was, I brought in pictures from Pinterest to show them what I wanted. Usually, salons dont do the greatest job doing exactly what was in the picture, but they did!! For starters, I have been to many salons in the Skagit Valley and have never been happy with any of them. On a whim I decided to visit this salon on a Saturday evening. I wanted a pedicure and was seated right away. The care and attention that was given to me was the best I've ever received. They were gentle but we're also able to tame my severely neglected toes. An entire 45 minutes was given to me just clipping my nails and then pampering my feet and legs. Maya did an amazing job on my nails and she was so friendly and talkative that I stayed for an extra 30 minutes just chatting. I will definitely be back here and HIGHLY recommend this salon! read more

First time going to this salon, wanted to like it because the nail techs are nice. But upon walking in, there were only 2 techs and I was told 30-40 min wait. After 45 min they sat me down and clipped my nails and then left me sitting there with my clipped nails for another 15 minutes before they continued to work on my nails. When choosing a color, the basket with gel samples literally had someone's old, crusty acrylics laying in there along with other random trash they had a newborn baby that the customers were taking turns caring for and I ended up not even liking my nails. Shapes aren't consistent and my grow out looks like it's been 3 weeks (got them done a week and a half ago). Tops of nails are also bumpy and awkward looking from the side /: 2 stars just for the cute baby honestly. read more

I will never GO BACK! Called the day before to set up a appt for the next day at 3:00pm, for a new set. Only one other customer was being helped by a employee when I walked in. I waited about 15min before another employee came out of the back room for my appointment. Because it was my first time at this nail salon, i showed her a picture of how I like my nails shaped. She didn't wipe down or sanitize and of the area, chair, or her work table. I had to ask for clean sanitized tools cause she started with what was already on her nail drill. The salon was so dirty, papers all over, dirty towels on top of other stations, fake nails on the floor through out the salon, and dust every where. The health department should be called..... Three different times she picked up the phone dialed a number and walked away and didn't say anything to me, one of the times I sat there for about 10 minutes before she came back out. I felt like I was also a big inconvenience for her. As my gel was trying in the blue lights, she took off to the back again and never came back out after to look at them, or ask me anything about if I like them. I ended up giving my card to another employee. I just wanted to get out of there. My nails don't look anything like I ask and showed her a picture of, I went home with nail polish on the top of my hand and on my apple watch. read more

I went here yesterday after reading the great reviews. Although the owner is very sweet, my experience was horrible. A man did my pedicure who apparently is usually an electrician or something in Seattle (he told me). The whole experience was really awkward! The calf massage was good, but other than that it was a terrible pedicure. I could've done better myself at home. I had to redo the polish as it was applied too thickly and not allowed to dry at all between coats. Frankly, i would stay away. read more

Don't waste your time and money. Called ahead and made an appt. for 4 of us. Was told they could do all 4 pedicures at one time. They had us all sit down at the same time, however only one person started helping us. After 35 minutes, my feet were so pruned I wasn't going to soak any longer! I did not get a pedicure at all, as they never came to help me. The others I came with finished (however only 2 people ever came to help and it took over 30 minutes before they started on the 3rd person) and were disappointed as the polish was so thick and were never pointed in the direction of a dryer. Magazines were from 2015 and pretty sure there was a hunting show on the tv. read more
