Came in for a simple mani and pedi. The technician took out drill to remove nail polish, NOT SHELLAC, from my toes. I asked for no drill and they attempted to pressure me into drill because "sparkles are hard to take off." I stated if they didn't want to do the pedicure without the drill, that's fine, I will opt out. I was cordial but wasn't going to be pressed to do something I did not want having just returned from a 20 mile hike... I needed GENTLE! The kicker, one of the workers went to her client and began talking about me to them. Because I opted OUT of drill? Did you bother to ask why? Asking for more detail before slandering a customer is good practice Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. I also spent a month in Vietnam and can understand 'some' of what is being said. It's not kind to talk about your customers and assume they can't understand because you of a different ethnicity. read more

The service is comforting, friendly, and listening to them talk to other long time clients like family was special. I appreciate the quality of their work. My nails are consistently beautiful! The service was fine it took a bit for me and my mom to get seated but besides that her pedicure was great and she really enjoyed it. The price on the website for a pedicure hasn't changed at all it's still $30. I got acrylics though and they turned out lumpy and a little misshapen. I asked for plain acrylics with no design and it cost $65. It's odd to me that the pedicure doesn't change at all but the acrylics go up over half the original price without changing it on the website. I probably would not come back here. read more

My experience here is a grand one; my hands and feet are always destroyed with hang nails due to the nature of my work and the workers here educated on how to use "nail scissors." They took very good care of my mother whenever she books a time with them, and the prices are fair. I'm from Los Angeles, traveling to Washington for work, and I've been to this place twice. The first time I went, I wanted to get chrome gels, and I really didn't like how it turned out afterwards because the lady put too much of the silver powder. I also didn't like how my cuticles were trimmed. Then I went a second time ~3 months later and just a normal gel/shellac. It was around Christmas time, so I got a really dark red that had red glitter and it turned out really nicely. I also liked overall how it turned out including the treatment of my cuticle beds/nails/hands. The price is really not cheap though. Many places in LA are a bit cheaper and do just as good of a job. I think this place is advertised to be much cheaper than it is for gel nails. It's been $30 for me when I went, which I think is standard/high pricing. read more

I'm new to the area so used Yelp to help me find a new nail salon. I called ahead to see if they had time for a pedi and they said they would in 20 minutes. When I got there, they were very busy and looked unsure if they would have time but she asked if I had called and when I said yes, she fit me right in. The massage chairs are nice. The decor a bit mismatched and dated. Pedi itself was about average. Paraffin wax and a clay mud and massage since I got the "deluxe" (for $30) instead of the $20 classic pedi. The manicurist was sweet and friendly. But she almost used toe separators that had just come off someone else (unknown if that was an oversight), and when my toes were waiting to dry under the fan, they didn't give disposable flip flops or anything to walk across the dirty floor and my feet were on the same dirty carpet that everyone else's had been on. Got the little flip flops at the end. Over all, nice people. Friendly. Good work. Just a little less clean-conscious than I would have loved. read more

Figured I'd give this place a shot since it had good reviews and was really excited to get something cute for Valentine's Day, I thought it was good customer service but definitely think the nails itself were it. I don't mind paying for what I went for but I really think these were overcharged for that they looked like. I thought it was something simple and cute but the red/pink nails were 75$! The heart itself were faster drawn and weren't that much of a design but said that why it's the price it is. The blue nails were 90$! And not sure why since those had less designs but also said it was for the design. Overall don't think it was worth paying for it but you can be the judge of that. read more

Rough, filthy, expensive. I considered calling the health department on these folks as the place is not clean and after creating bleeding wounds on both feet they went to dry my foot off with a dirty towel. Then were going to superglue the wound to stop the bleeding! They took the foam toe separators they used on me off and put them in the same drawer from which they got them (so it looks like they reuse those.) The person next to me had a problem with something they had done on her toes, so the man working on me went over and worked on her toes for a minute then came back to me and started working on me with the same gloves on. They took the drain plug out and swished it around in the water while my feet were still in the bath. Then they charged $50 for their simplest pedicure; no massage, no paraffin; just soak, trim, cuticle care and gelcoat. Oh I almost forgot, we called two days in advance and asked for an appointment for two at 2:45 and they said they could only do 2:30, so we rushed to get there after the class from which we were coming; there were no other clients were there for at least 45 minutes after we arrived and that was a walk-in. read more

My sister and I went here last weekend for pedicures and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly and really did an excellent job. They are complying with all the COVID regulations. They take your temp upon entering record it. You are required to wear a mask and they wear one as well. They allow you to pay how you chose (cash or card) and they have hand sanitizer available.
