As a woman, finding a massage space where you feel genuinely comfortable, respected, and cared for can make all the difference--and this is exactly that kind of place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, clean, and welcoming, without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. Maria once again delivered an incredible massage. She really listens to your body and adjusts her technique to what you need that day. I came in with tension in my shoulders and lower back, and left feeling noticeably lighter, more relaxed, and honestly just in a better mood overall. The professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail here make it a place I would confidently recommend to other women looking for a trustworthy, high-quality massage. This has definitely become my go-to spot for self-care, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

After going to Heather for a massage, I would not consider going anyplace else. She is in a great, wonderful location in downtown Mt Vernon, easy to park and find. I have always had the Deep Tissue Massage, as I work hard, and I really need that work-out type of massage. She inquires of pains, to be sure she does not work too hard on any special areas, as well as areas that need additional attention. After my massage, I always ask why I do not come here more often. A hint, when family ask what I want for Birthday/X-mas, I tell them a gift certificate for a massage, the best present you can receive, or give anyone. Thanks for the great massages Heather, I appreciate it!!!

I actually ended up having back spasms on one side for the remainder of the day after this massage :( The provider alternated between feather light touch and then without warning using pressure so painful it was strange. She didn't respond to pain cues at all. The only positive part of the expensive experience was the beautiful studio..
