I call her at times the knot whisperer. She's great at finding areas that I didn't realize were being neglected in this healing journey. She specializes in deep tissue, medical massage, trigger point, myofascial release (one of my favs), cupping, scrapping, hot stone, and Ashiatsu massage. Honestly didn't know what to expect from Ashiatsu. I wasn't sure exactly what it was. For those who don't know, Ashiatsu adds pressure and compression to manipulate deep layers of tissue, enhance circulation, and decrease inflammation. I finally tried it, and it's pretty amazing.
