I told the lady "I paid for an hour." She said she had another customer and gave me $20 back. I gave her a generous tip too before. The massage is $63 and I gave her a $37 tip to make an even $100. She put oil on my skin with no pressure for 30 minutes and then attended to another "walk-in customer" customer. Trust my word!! Do not go here, I promise you!! The only good reviews are probably fake accounts they made and wrote. I wish there were negative stars.

Let me start by saying there won't be any pictures attached to this review. I was walking around…read morenaked in a robe the entire time so, I didn't have my phone on me. I've never had a scrub and massage before. So this was not only a very pleasant birthday surprise but a learning experience as well. I should have written this review weeks ago so I am not going to remember the owner's name but, his chill was set to MAX. This dude was very welcoming, took the time to explain everything to us, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. The scrub involved removing all the dead skin from one's body which was kind of disturbing when you see how much we humans build up and don't even know it. The staff was VERY professional and experienced and talked you through everything that was going on. Then came the steam room and after that the massage. Of course, I fell asleep during that. After that was all over, they offered us fruit, tea, and candy and made sure we left when we wanted to. Not once did I feel like they were trying to hurry us out for the next appointment or something. I enjoyed this so much, I have to get a scrub on a quarterly basis now. All in all, if you're ever in the area. I can't recommend this place enough.

I've been having a great deal of pain in my lower back that has at times made me have to miss work. As you can imagine that is not a good thing when you are needed to be reliable and you can't come in! My doctor gave me muscle relaxers. The Emergency Room gave me injections. I tried staying in bed off my feet. I tried praying for relief from the muscle spasms. The ONLY respite from the pain has been the deep tissue massage I have received from this wonderful massage location. They offer a variety of massage and the duration. I can't recommend this business highly enough‼ I've gone many times and the experience is always the same. Consistent, kind, powerful massage given at a reasonable cost. I gave a generous tip for a job well done and got a sweet hug I continue to go as long as my schedule permits. You are all wonderful here at Grafton Massage, money well spent Highly recommended Penny S

Every time we travel, we make it a point to find a spot to get a massage bonus points if it's…read morereflexology or deep tissue. During our tulip-chasing weekend in the Skagit Valley, Grafton Reflexology popped up on Google with rave reviews. Yelp was a little quieter, but hey, we're adventurers. We called ahead, booked a same day 90-minute couples massage (for $90 each). The facility looked newly renovated, and the massage beds were legit comfy. Things were already off to a great start. My therapist was absolutely legend 5 stars level. I'm the kind of person who wants a massage thats really deep tissue, the kind where you're wondering if you'll be sore tomorrow (in a good way). Mission accomplished here. My husband, on the other hand, prefers the "press, but don't punish" kind of massage, and his therapist delivered a solid medium-to-firm pressure. We both walked out feeling like limp noodles in the best way possible. Now for downsides. The couples massage room shares a wall with Domino's pizza. So while you're trying to relax and find your Zen, the soundtrack might include wall banging, doors slamming, kitchen chaos, and shouting. Also, your therapists are the front desk, so don't be surprised if they dash out mid-massage to take a phone call or help someone else. Hustle culture is alive and well here. I respect this a lot but it does momentarily yank you out of your relaxation bubble. One more heads-up they love an upsell. Aromatherapy? $$. CBD lotion ? $$$? We weren't sure what was included and what was a la carte, which made us a bit hesitant. Turns out hot stones were included, but we almost missed out because we thought it was extra. Just ask before you commit to anything or tell them at the beginning you want nothing added it on just what you purchased. Bottom line, if you're in Burlington and need a quality, affordable massage this place is a gem. Just don't expect total tranquility but you can get pizza afterwards!
