They called the morning of and asked if can move 12:30p appt to 11:45a. Sounded great to me. We arrived at 11:30a, given a locker key. There's a steam room in each of the gender bathroom along with a shower. And a towel waiting in your locker. The waiting area is quaint and comfy. Lauren, the masseuse, called him in a little after 11:45a and ended the service before 12:13p. So it was kind of disappointing she didn't provide the full service time. The customer service of the front desk was impeccable. There was a bit of a misunderstanding of what was advertised to me when I booked the service but they were so patient as we figured it out. And made arrangements regarding the issue. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing!! Check this place out, there's a parking lot and they have the most adorable hand made jewelry in the spa lobby made by their very own staff.

I'm still trying to figure out how to get their decorator to come over and give me some tips. You get an amazing massage with sauna, foot soak and more. Holy shit. Not what I expected. I was a walk in with no appointment, so there was only a dude there, and I've never had a dude massage me. I was kinda nervous not gonna lie, but he made it comfortable and pleasant. I was beyond relaxed when I left. The also don't charge enough in my opinion. They are better than most places that charge double where I live. I don't come to Anacortes often, but I won't be there again without making my appointment here. Did I mention it's clean? Like REALLY clean! oh my heart. Keep up the good work. I like businesses that take pride in what they do.

Tara herself is delightful and welcoming, the kind of person you relax just being around. The massage was one of the best I've had because of her attention to your body's stress points and little touches she adds to make you feel truly pampered. You can tell she has put a lot of thought into each step in the process and is really focused on your complete experience. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. I'd give Chris 5 stars and recommend him to everyone.

Asked at front desk before going back if I could use the steam room/sauna after the massage too hoping it would be heated by then and the woman at the front desk said yes. The massage was not even a massage, no pressure, just light fingers that tickled and put me on edge even though I kept asking for more pressure. She kept stopping abruptly every few minutes to walk across the room for a few squirts of lotion or oil so a lot of the massage time was spent walking back and forth. The sauna and steam room had both been turned off during the massage so were barely 75 degrees when I went to sit in them after so just gave up, got dressed and left. Left very, very cold, not relaxed after spending $100. So bummed! I'm not picky and would have been happy if just one of the services had been only mediocre!
