The service was good, but the quality of my nails were awful. They literally pointed up straight to the sky. I was so excited and then once I got done I was so upset with my nails. after I tried to convey that and they told me that it was my fault I could've stopped the appointment at any time, but it was one of my first times ever getting my nails done. Then I went to a different person and they tried to take off the Nails and said that there are two types of liquids you can use to put on acrylic and they use the one that you are absolutely not supposed to use on clients because it damage The skin and the natural nail the acrylic was balling up like glue/slime and took forever to soak off!!! read more

I had my first visit to this nail salon few days ago. Easy parking and nice location. Upon entering i was greeted warmly and felt acknowledged. I was directed to a place to sit immediately unfortunately that's when I saw how dirty everything was. The chair was dirty, the work space was dirty,there are polish bottles that look tossed in a pile on the floor by your seat, the floor was filthy ( i wasn't going to mention this, but it was really hard to watch them Put the baby on that floor and let it play with toys. While getting nail dust and everything else on itself, I'm quite sure) but I was willing to ignore that if the fill was exceptional. Kim 3 was my nail artist and did a great job. It took longer than expected because she had to tend to her 7 month old teething baby who is absolutely adorable. Then I went to pay and was shocked at the price.$58 for a simple gel fill. I am used to paying about $40 per fill in Stanwood. If price and dirty conditions don't bother you then I highly recommend these lady's. They really are good at their craft. read more

WOW! These girls are soooo talented! First of all the place is super cute, easy parking, and they offer so many services. It's a family owned business which I love. I always love designs on my nails so it was hard for me to find a good quality artist. I have one that I was a regular with in Bellingham but our schedules never worked out together. A little disappointed... I really loved this place, they were friendly and can do excellent designs but it's only been 3 days and the clear gel (shellac) is already peeling off of 3 of my nails. I can't imagine how they would look if it was color. I haven't had my hands in any water other than normal washing my hands...Makes me sad because everything else about them was great! UPDATE!! I went back and they fixed my nails and recoated the other nails. They also apologized and were truly remorseful that my nails peeled. I have been back since and they did an amazing job! Staff was nice and I got in right away but the acrylic fill I received was very poor. Uneven and bumpy, the gel had bubbles in it. I got polish and acrylic all over my fingertips and cuticles. It felt rushed. I would not go here again. read more

Kim #1 did an exceptional job on my French tip gel nails. I've been getting gels for over 20 years so I know when its a top notch job or a flimsy one. These are exceptional. I work on a ship for 3 weeks at a time so my nails have to hold up the entire time. These most definitely will. And I will be back. If you want nails done the right way (an adequate number of coats/layers, carefully applied to ensure no lifting, and attention to ensuring white part is balanced and same length on all nails) then this is the salon you want . read more

This place has the potential to be amazing. They have really talented woman in there who really know how to make your vision a reality when it comes to your nails. However, their sanitation practices are not it. While they may know how to design a fantastic set of nails (reviews and pictures will prove this) they've destroyed my nails. A lot of implements in the salon are single use items, like nails files, drill attachments, etc. They don't replace these for every client, they reuse them. I even witnessed a client asking her tech for her to get "clean & new ones" and just watched that tech come grab whatever tools the tech next to me had. There's no proper nail preparation before applying the acrylic, they don't prep your cuticles and they file your natural nail down to this thin, brittle thing. Most fingers don't get acrylic side wall to side wall, leaving the grow out looking awkward and gross. I'm almost positive they're using illegal products as the "acrylic" on my thumbs won't come off, as they're basically fused to my natural nails. They also offer a "gel powder" alternative to the acrylic powder, that they claim is "healthier" for your nails, and is also more expensive. Gel powder ISN'T A THING. It's a scam. Looking into a local nail school (Evergreen BC is local and wonderful) isn't a bad idea when you have a business as successful as you apparently do. Get educated in proper sanitation and how not to absolutely destroy your clients nails. And start offering water to clients! It's hot this summer. read more

This place wasn't bad, but wasn't the greatest. It may be because I am extremely picky. As the tech was applying the acrylic I saw there were a lot of dips after the application. I asked her if she could fix it she said she would at the end. That never happened. I did message Kim on FB and she was kind enough to offer to fix it with gel, even though gel would not have been able to fix the dip in my nails. It would have needed another layer of acrylic. I will be removing this set after Halloween, even though it cost $65 for the set. I don't mind paying $$$ for my nails but I do expect them to look perfect or at least damn near it. LOL. Anyways. Nice people, nice salon, not so much of a great experience for me. I will post pictures of how not even 30 ish hours later the design is peeling away. read more

We came in 15 min before 9pm, closing time, & they happily accomodated us...2 pedicures and a manicure. We got the regular pedi which includes a leg massage, manicure includes a neck massage. All were very friendly and my pedi with flower design on the toe was great! Would use again and recommend to others! read more

My daughter and I dropped in for pedicures in the evening. This place is a family place. Mother, Father, Sisters all Kim and brother. They all kind of specialize and they do kind dance as they switch between clients. For example, one daughter paints flowers and feathers. They are all constantly engaged. No talking among themselves. I like supporting a family that is willing to work. I am a bit of a spa rat so I love my Mani/Pedi This Pedi was better than some I have had in very posh spas. They take pride in their work.
