My husband booked a mani and pedi with Hai for Mother's Day and I'm so glad he found her. I rarely get to do my nails or have any time away from my kids and she was the absolute best. She doesn't do acrylics due to an allergy but if you're just looking to relax and get something simple done like gel or regular nail polish, I highly recommend going to see her. She also offers other services. She's so friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She took her time and gave great advice on how to care for my nails. Just like many business, she was greatly impacted by the pandemic and said she lost more than half of her business if not more since people didn't want to abide to the mask mandate and then did not return since so she very much appreciated our business. After she was done with my nails, she told me to close my eyes and enjoy the massage chair and just relax for a while. Hai is such a lovely woman. She only has two chairs in her shop and works alone so coming here by yourself would be the best choice if you're trying to get your nails done. I got the pedicure and she did a great job with being meticulous because I didn't any bubbles in my gel nail polish. She follows the COVID guidelines and cares about the safety of you and the use of her tools/equipment. She also doesn't use a drill to get rid of gel nail polish because she prefers to work with your nails in a more natural/safer way so you know she doesn't believe in short cuts. Hai is the sweetest lady and deserves 5 stars for everything. She works by herself and does one customer at a time so it's always best to call and see if she has availability. Follows Covid guidelines very well and I felt safe going here. Part of the shop she has designated to making masks and then donates them to local children's hospitals all on her own dime and tips. Hai provided me with an excellent manicure and pedicure. She was patient and gave awesome service. For pedicures she does not use the "cheese grater" as it's a $500 fine so if you are okay with omitting that portion then Hai is the way to go! read more

Horrible place, customer service. Went there to get a manicure and the lady soaked my nails to remove old Acrylic, left me to go and work on 2 other people that came in after me and did there nails and toes and left me for two hours I took she came back to work on me and took an extra hour to finish. She was not the only worker nor was it crowded. The second time I came in was to get a full set a different older lady assisted me and cut my finger open with the drill cause if it to bleep profusely, then proceeded to get mad at me because I didn't want her to keep touching that open cut. I had a pedicure, and in the massaging chair I certainly got my money's worth, while my wife had a facial massage, and then waited in another massage chair for my own session to finish! Yea, definitely not a fan. I called to schedule an appt for a pedicure. When I came in, the owner was sitting on the couch with her feet up and eating. She looked surprised to see me and I told her I had an appt. She was adamant I was her earlier appt who was a no show. I said I spoke with someone over the phone who confirmed my appt. We just kept going back and forth. What ticked me off was that she said "oh well maybe the person you spoke with on the phone wrote the day/time wrong". Well that's funny bc the person I spoke with was her, the owner and the SOLE worker at this place. So I called bullsh*t on her. Never going to try and come here again and will be giving my business to either Top Nails or Happy Nails. read more

Was hesitant to write this But I don't see why all the reviews are 4/5 stars I went in for a pedicure and she didn't even scrub my heals. Literally soaked them and went straight to lotion and massage. Then she didn't even clean the toenails straight to nail polish. Like who goes for a pedicure and not get her heals or foot scrub‍. Payed her to put nail polish and a 5 minute scrub on both legs. There was no one waiting. Just us. So it wasn't like she was in a rush. A lovely little place, and she is so stinking nice. My mom and I needed a pedicure and we're from out of town here for my wedding here in a few days and she was so great. She was very accommodating to us walking in, and she's very nice and obviously cares about her customers. And not a bad price at all! However, with all that said she is very gentle as far as the massaging and feet scrubbing on your rough spots. I'm not one to get my feet done often but when I do go in I need em done real good if you know what I mean.
