The services were ok. I paid 105 for a deluxe pedicure and cats eye nails. The pedicure was ok. It was a bit expensive for what I received. I wouldn't get another pedicure here. My nail set was a better experience. The nail tech helped me figure out the length. I do see some spots on my nails that have issues. Missing nail polish and bumpy nails on my thumbs. It was a bit awkward to carry all my stuff from my pedicure chair while wearing the flip flops trying not to ruin my nails. Another customer helped me with my shoes. Usually the nail staff will help at other places I've been too. It was a little embarrassing. My overall experience was a bit disappointing. I would return in the case of an emergency but would probably keep looking for another nail salon. read more

This was my first experience at a salon on the island and it was so horrible! Not only did they not do what I asked, but the owner continuously kept giving me dirty looks the entire time even when i smiled at him. Also was VERY dirty and disgusting. Terrible. it took a total of 14 minutes for my pedicure, i had to point out that there was dead skin hanging quite obviously and the person didn't scrub my feet at all, she had already started painting my nails and had to get a tool out to buff my feet which the smallest amount of effort possible was exerted. I have always gone to this salon but lately the service has been slipping. During my last pedicure, my heels were not made smooth from rough skin at all. In fact, the file was not used at all, just the sponge. My hands were not massaged up to my elbow. Just the hand itself and the polish peeled off from the sides within the week. Honestly, I wish I could say positive things about this place. I came here to get my nails done for a wedding and I couldn't have been more disappointed! The wait time was ok but the quality of the nail was awful. I think one of the women who did my nails was new or untrained. When I asked for white tip acrylics she first didn't know what I was talking about and then after she found the tips, I asked her to do a square/round tip. To my disgust it was round like a grandma type nail. It was hideous. The owner eventually came over and did repair it for me but it was disappointing. What made matters worse was the fact that my nails began peeling back 2 days after I got them done. The full set and pedicure cost me 65$. For the quality of nail job I received, it was definitely a FAIL! If you're on the island, I'm sorry for your luck. If you can go inland or to Seattle, do so. Will never go back!! $45 plus tip wasted - I never thought I would need to check the bottom of my feet before I left after a pedicure. I'm a walker and tend to get calluses which is the only reason why I get a monthly pedicure. I recently went with my elderly mother-in-law to have our toenails done. She's 86 years old has mobility issues and can't reach her own toes to take care of them so obviously a pedicure is heaven for both of us., usually ! on this particular visit we sat for quite a while because they were little bit busier than normal. Mom is a sweet little old grandmotherly looking woman who gets confused easily but knows what she wants . The water was run in the basins for our feet and we sat a while longer. I had requested the temperature to be adjusted for us both a gentleman came over fixed mine and walked away to finish his clients manicure . Then the woman came over to set up to do moms feet mom asked several times to make sure that the nails were cut as short as possible. The woman just grunted and kept about her business didn't even greet her. We both assumed she heard and was just sorta rude . But after several attempts to have temp adjusted several request were made to have her cut the big toenails, especially because we can't do them ourselves. She was ignored . Finally while my entire pedicure was almost finished the friendly efficiency of the guy working was a huge contrast to the woman doing mom's feet. . Moms toenails hadn't been cut and the woman was handling her pedicure with a dismissive attitude I finally got her attention asked for the 6 th time to cut down moms nails shorter . The gentleman finishing my pedicure spoke to her in what I believe is Thai or Vietnamese telling her to cut it she made several grunts and disapproving sounds and facial expressions g gesturing in the direction of the elderly woman's feet. So to be honest and thank God for the gentleman working he just took over for the woman and finished mom's s pedicure. I just need to say this it's hard enough to get her out to go do things and it's a big deal to get her to do personal things like pedicures and what not for herself for someone to treat her is dismissive and rude is this woman did it completely disgusting we saw them about every two months for the last year getting our pedicures sometimes a wax and leaving tips that's a lot of money if you added it up unfortunately we will no longer be going to that place because I cannot abide and somebody treating her the way that woman did a note to themselves get together if somebody can't be elderly, they should not be working with this Island community. she felt embarrassed and felt shamed by a woman who was being paid to do a service and just be nice. OMG...total bust! After making an appt at this place we waited for a good 15 minutes. My friend had the RUDEST little boy working on her nails. He was texting and wanted to take a picture of her nails as well. He also sprayed something on her sore finger that stung like a bee. Did not apologize. My pedi was better, but not the best. Rushed through our nails. We were the only people there. My nails are crooked and my sister ombre nails look terrible. And she asked the owner, Amy, if she can do ombre because she didn't want to go through the trouble of trying to get them fixed afterwards. Our pedicures weren't that great either. Got simple white tips for our toes and they are chunky white tips. I've been here 3 times the first time they did them I haven't got them done a year so I was a little iffy but the person helped me get what I wanted. The second time I went the owner did my nail ls and I wanted almond I don't think he knew what I meant because he gave me round tips and instead of using a small tip nail polish to curve with me nail he used a regular brush and I hated them but they lasted a long time. The third time was a charm I believe his wife was the one that did my nails and she did them perfectly, I loved them so much, so next time I go I only want her to do them. I've given this salon three different chances and been incredibly let down each time. The first time, in August 2015, I got a pedicure with my mother in law. We waited in line for 20 minutes- fine. We were both seated and sat there waiting to have our pedicures done for 3 more hours. Three. Entire. Hours. This wasn't a "just get up and leave" situation, because our feet were soaking, and it was half done. They were too busy, and kept overbooking and hopping from person to person. Everyone was upset. The second time, I took my sister in law. Pedicures again. July 2016. We sat for 2 and a half hour this time. Two women got up and left because they were tired of waiting with their feet soaking. I had a broken tub which kept draining itself, and when I mentioned it, the woman waved me off and ignored me. The last time, last week, I went to get a fill for my acrylics. The usual place I go was booked full, and I decided to give this place another chance because I figured this was a different service, so I'd just give it a shot. There was a 5 minute wait. Then I sat down and had a simple fill on my french tips. I mentioned twice before I left the line that was left on my nails. She filed my nail bed down so far that there was a horrible line on each nail. Which is NOT supposed to be there. I had to go somewhere else and get them fixed the next day, because they insisted what they had done was "normal". If destroying someone's nails is normal, your business has a serious problem. read more

Upon entering, we were asked to sit in seats which were occupied with nail salon supply. We waited while they cleared the clutter after a couple minutes. I stood hoping they would clean/sanitize our chairs because there was debris on both chairs and nail clippings. They took their time and we were left with dirty seats. My pedicure was decent provided by a young women and I opted for the signature pedi ($30) and she completed mine in 30 minutes with everything included as listed. My partner; however only received a 19 min pedi and she did not include all the services that were listed ( did not file nails nor ask if he wanted them filed, very briefly did the bottom of the foot with Pumic stone and she did not apply the finishing lotion). She got up after wiping his legs and walked to the back where I saw her eating. She never told him he was done or said thank you. Nothing. I confronted her and she insisted she did the lotion. We waited to pay she never apologized and we still got charged despite not having the full service. Also, they do not sanitize the foot graters.. after she briefly did his foot she ran it through the dirty tub water and back in the basket. We will not be returning. They did stay open so my girls and I could get our pedicures on. I asked for the deluxe and my girls were to get the kids pedicure. If ever you've been in an awkward situation that you couldn't get out of this was it. We tried to talk to them while they were doing our feet but they were so wrapped up in their family argument they didn't even hear us. At one point the gentlemen doing my feet got so angry at the woman he through my polish almost hitting my daughter. Upon paying for services they charged me for 3 deluxe pedicures! The owners have changed I believe, the energy in this place is not the same, an older woman and the lady I haven't seen before that was giving my pedicure talked about the two gentlemen workers the whole time, I've been coming here for months I was the only one here this time and no one else can in! Normally around 3 pm this place is really busy, I can tell by the tension between the staff members that's why the customer service went down, sadly I won't come back, also the older lady does not speak English I was asking her something repeatedly while she was trying to put my saddles on and I realized later she couldn't understand me. I was almost done with my pedicure when they started to get to my manicure, he filled my nails, then I waited 30 minutes before he actually gave me my pedicure, mean while 2 other guest came in, this gentleman next to me is repeatedly asking the older lady that doesn't speak English to make he's water hotter cause it's cold, she keeps saying okay, but doesn't get it, I had to ask the lady doing my toes to tell the older lady to make his water hotter, needless to say it was so uncomfortable for everyone!!!! I used to come her all the time, back when Henry was the owner. Everything ran smoother than. There is always a wait, I waited when I first walked in & then again at the seat to get a pedi. My trip here literally took 2 plus hours. I will say the lady spent a solid hour on my pedi, which I appreciate. I keep coming back, even though the wait is terrible because when they do get to my pedi, (older lady) takes her time with my pedi. I see people get a pedi all in 20 minutes. That's my fear.
