I was a client of Kimberly and also David before I moved out of state! Kimberly is so sweet and personable. She'll feel like your bestie after the first session! So I was able to witness all the wonderful things going on on the floor and behind the scenes at both the salon and unplugged! I always leave this salon happy and feeling amazing! The space is cute/comfortable and the staff are so sweet. David has been doing my hair for almost a year now I absolutely love his work and he's the sweetest! Hayllie introduced me to structured manicures and I love it, no more acrylics for me! She really takes her time and actually cares about preventing damage to your nails! This is the best salon I've ever been to. All of the stylists work together to give you amazing hair. Hannah does the best lashes on the face of the earth. Same for Aubree with nails. The owner, Misty has one of the kindest souls of anyone I've met. They make my hair look gorgeous every time I come to get it colored, and they have an awesome line of products from Europe you can't really get anywhere else that I've seen. Lash lady is good with making the extensions not show. But I will not go back. The lashes fall out that same day and by the time it's been a week- week and a half theirs 1/3 of lashes left :( the glue is the issue. I've been to 4 different lash lady's and this place is the only issue I've had with them not lasting , I've had lash extensions for 3 years.. super dissatisfied especially for how pricy it is here compared to other lash places around. read more

More of a review on a lash tech! Hannah is so nice. I had messaged her with some questions about a fill. I ultimately decided I was just going to remove my lashes altogether. She was so professional and sweet answering all questions I had, even though I told her I wouldn't need her services. I will definitely be back when I decide to get a new set.
