As soon as I entered, I was greeted by a team of muscle recovery professionals. I told them the pain and agitation I was having and they were quickly to able to give me a detailed description of what was going on inside my body. He then proceeded to walk me through the facility and demonstrate their services and amenities. Post-surgery I needed hydration help so I sought out hydration therapy. Major waste of time and pain. The IV tech was very inexperienced she stuck me literally 7 times blew 2 of my veins and left scarring and swelling. I tried to be patient because I really wanted the extra Hydration but after the 7th time I had enough. She offered a discount for the next time but I will never come back or recommend this place it's a joke. read more

This place is a savior! During Covid where I needed therapy while recovering from an injury it has been a God send. I had a labral tear of my left hip but their cryotherapy helped alleviate the pain along with their stretching and rehab work. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The only reason this is getting any stars at all is because the staff is super sweet. Sweet but not educated. I was greeted by staff not wearing a mask and didn't they didn't have my appointment down so immediately unimpressed. They took me anyway. Put me in s chair and dialed the doctor who they put on speaker phone to ask me s few questions. No clue who this woman was. While they poked around for a vein to fill, I noticed the other staff (guy massaging people) never wore a mask. -- The only one with proper coverage was a girl in training who shadowed my "nurse" --3/4 of patrons there did not have a mask on either--my nurse wore a flimsy cloth mask which kept falling down and doesn't protect anyway -- oh and no one asked for vaccine cards - we had 43,000 new cases in Los Angeles and 50 new deaths today. This is a wellness center --They need to get a grip. When I mentioned this later on I was asked if I wanted a home visit --No way in hell I'd have someone from there come here. Honestly really nice people there but management is way off with a wellness center who doesn't give a crap about spreading covid. My right arm bruised from them digging around and not finding a vein. Was supposed to take 45 minutes max to get the IV I was greeted by staff without a mask. I came here as a last attempt at getting a massage. I won't be coming back. If you get a massage here, you have to listen to loud trashy rap music because the massage room isn't completely closed. For $165 for ONLY 50 mins plus tip, id expect a way better experience. They play piano music on top of that. I wouldn't even bother honestly. Would you want to have a deep tissue massage while listening to rap music, piano and loud staff?? I don't. The place is run by what appears to be teenagers and isn't very professional. I visited Muscle Lab LA last weekend and was very impressed by the cleanliness and overall friendly atmosphere. I have been working out from home lately and was very sore in my lower body region. Vatche recommended I try compression therapy. It was the first time I heard of it. He placed my legs seperatley into what I could describe as thigh high spacious socks. It began applying pressure up and down my legs, which to my surprise instantly made me feel an increase in blood flow. After twenty minutes, it felt like I had the best massage in the world. Went here with 3 friends. The staff at the reception area was guided us through out each part of the facility and explained further when we were unsure of what the machinery did for our bodies. Once we finished the tour, the staff was very attentive to what our bodies were feeling at the time. All 3 of us did the leg compressor and it was a very new and almost surreal experience to us. The next program was the body stretch and theragun, which is quite extensive with certified trainers that were very patient. One of my friends tried the sauna, at the time I was not present with him..the other friend tried the cryo chamber, which was a very unique perspective on body recovery. It uses nitrogen to lower the temps in a isolated enclosed area that drops the temp below -160F for about 2min? He came out freezing and shivering, but looked very much rejuvenated! The staff provided us with water and other equipments to keep him warm, and we left after a very refreshing session of our bodies being reset/recovered however you want to put it.
