Tai Wellness Reception Area Day #2 of Thanksgiving break
Jeanna T.

I have been a loyal client since 2018. Management and staff takes pride in providing world-class service. They maintain their high standards in ensuring cleanliness and safety of their facility following the CDC and LADPH guidelines. They accept most insurance plans and inform their clients benefits/restrictions and amount of co-pay before confirming your appointment. On a personal note, I take advantage of their 3 services, see attached picture. No complaints here and highly recommend to seek out your self-care needs by visiting Tai Wellness Center.

My favorite place to go , i go there every 2 weeks ... the massage therapist I always have and the owner are both easy chill person to talk with . Great service !! And here is some suggestion for tip , usually I tip $15-25 . And I don't really suggest people tip as percentage. Cause is not restaurant ... is much harder work on your body for an hour ... so be nice !!!

Dr. Quinn, I've been thinking about how to thank you, and…read morethe truth is, what you did this cycle wasn't just clinical. It was creative. In a situation where nothing was following the "expected" script--not even a period--you didn't wait for the calendar to cooperate. You read the biology, trusted your judgment, adjusted the course, and made something happen where there was very little to work with. That kind of thinking, the kind that doesn't rely on routine, but on insight, is rare. Eight months ago, I could sense the uncertainty. Today, I see something entirely different: persistence, precision, and a willingness to keep trying, thoughtfully and strategically, until we found a way forward. Two mature eggs, under these circumstances, feels like a small miracle and I know it isn't luck. It's your expertise. Also, on a lighter note, I still think your last name is missing an "e", because this was nothing short of queen-level work. Thank you for not giving up on the process--or on me. With genuine gratitude,

From the beginning, she made me feel at ease with her calm, warm demeanor and her deep knowledge and expertise. Whenever I had additional questions or concerns, Alondra was always there to help. I know I sent quite a few emails, but she responded promptly every time and never made me feel like I was being a bother. That level of support truly meant a lot to me. The facility itself is clean and welcoming, with a comfortable, intimate atmosphere. I also want to highlight the phlebotomists--they are amazing. I mention this because I really dislike having my blood drawn, and throughout the process, which requires frequent bloodwork, they made it as easy and stress-free as possible. During my in-hospital procedures, the prep nurses were equally wonderful--kind, attentive, and reassuring. Infertility is a difficult journey, regardless of the outcome, but at HRC I genuinely felt that the entire team cared and always did their very best to support me.

I paid over $300 for a prenatal massage here and left feeling frustrated and completely unsatisfied. I came in specifically for lower back pain relief, and despite asking the therapist at least four times to use more pressure, the massage stayed extremely light the entire time. I've had many massages, including prenatal ones, so I know my expectations are reasonable. What made it worse was how my requests were handled. At one point the therapist told me that "if you haven't had a massage in a while your nerves might be asleep," which felt dismissive and didn't really make sense. She then said she would "just press and hold in places" rather than actually massage. That's not what I paid for, especially at this price point. It was clear she was inexperienced, and while everyone starts somewhere, a specialized prenatal setting with premium pricing isn't the place for that learning curve. When I followed up afterward, I was quickly passed off to a business manager via text with very little acknowledgment of my concerns. Their own receptionist had already admitted the therapist was new and less experienced, so the lack of follow-through felt tone-deaf. The owner did eventually offer a full refund, but the way it was handled felt even more dismissive, basically making it clear I wasn't welcome back. Overall this experience was overpriced, underwhelming, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not return.

She seems to truly care about her patients and she took the time to answer our questions. She sends follow up notes for your visits and you can most definitely reach her for anything urgent. We also saw Dr. Dooby (not sure if that's how it's spelled) and she was super personable and gentle. The doctors don't make you feel like a cash cow getting herded through the process for money. Their staff just wanted to leave early because there were no other patients scheduled past 9:30 AM on that Sunday.
