The bacon cheeseburgers at Munchinette tasted very great! In my opinion, I would rate Munchinette as a 5 star restaurant due to its great service. I think that the Bacon Cheeseburgers at Munchinette are one of the best burgers in the entire NYC. The only problem is that Munchinette doesn't serve french fries. In the future, I think that Munchinette should serve waffle fries with an option of cheese sauce on the waffle fries and put it on a small tray even for delivery. I have been eating at this place for the past 4 years or so. Shakes I started getting here closer to the 10 year mark. The place is great... Their steak wrap is great, and so is the Rock solid. All of their shakes are awesome.. Everything is made really fast and tastes great. If your in the neighborhood and need a quick bite this is the place to go to. I had the power plate which came with chicken, rice, peppers and onions. It was definitely worth its price but I think one thing I can say is that it was a bit oily. I also tried my favorite smoothie, simply just strawberries and bananas. It was perfectly made so I can't complain about that. Let me tell you that they got me through the hectic lunches of a first time mom. I found this place on yelp after leaving Brighton beach with my kid brother. 6 minute drive and big sign on the corner of the block. Most, if not all of the dishes/combo plates are under $10. They sell high quality protein shakes made to order, protein dessert such as brownies and cookies, amongst other great goodies. I had the Salmon over potatoes and steamed veggies which was great, while my brother had the steak over salad and steam veggies, also bomb! The steak was moist and flavorful, and the salmon was seasoned well and very clean. My kid brother told me we have to come back to the beach just to go back there again. I agree 100%. I've been eating lunch here for the past two years and I love it! It's disguised as a health food place (and it is to some degree), however the most awesome items on their menu is the bacon cheeseburger and muffins. The bacon cheeseburger never disappoints, it already comes with the right amount of toppings/sauces needed for that perfect burger taste... yum. It really is my favorite burger in the area. The muffins are delicious and taste as if they came right out of the oven. Now because this is a health food place, they don't serve fries. It's more like bacon cheeseburger and a salad. But that's ok! I'm not a health food nut and the competition across the street (Fuel) is probably healthier... but Fuel's food is dry and unappetizing (they don't offer traditional burgers, only bison burgers which taste disguising). read more
