Noam is the best! I've had him bail me on two separate occasions, and each time he was fantastic. On the first occasion, when my car was broken into, he came to my house and fixed my lock and car door handle, staying late after dark to get the job done. When he discovered that he would need to order proprietary parts to fix the door handle, he set me up with a temporary one that would work on my car to use while he waited for the order to come in. When I asked how much I owed him, he refused payment because he felt bad he couldn't fix it in one visit, and told me that I could wait to pay him when the job was done. On the second occasion, I was at a taco truck when I locked my keys in my car like a bone head, so I called Noam. He was there before I even had time to finish my burrito! I called Multi Locksmith due to a problem with my car's ignition switch. The switch got stuck and I couldn't start the car. Noam Taube was the service person showed on my door on time. He explained the problem I had with the ignition switch, gave me a quick run down on the service rate and started working on my car right away. I could tell right away that he knew what he was doing. He got it working within the first 20 minutes but took his time to try the key several times to make sure that everything was OK before he left. One day I found myself locked out at my home and the security locks was totally inoperable. I decided to call Locksmith Company to help me. The locksmith technician was very polite and came within 30 minutes. He told me my options were to allow him to do some lock picking which can take between 10 seconds and 10 minutes. Another option was he could cut me replacement keys for my lost keys. Since I needed new keys anyway I decided to get new keys cut to unlock the locked door. The technician re keyed the lock and gave me new keys in a few minutes. Definitely recommended!!! read more

Don't waste your time! Made an appointment to see them for the following day. I was told they would provide parts and labor and would be at my place at 1 pm . I called 5 times. During those t imes I was told that they would check where the driver was, that I was the next customer, and they wouldn't give me any compensation for the hours I've waited. They arrived at 8 pm. The locksmith who showed up didn't have the parts needed for my car even though I verified with them on the phone that the locksmith would provide the parts! One day gone. Noam Taube is the best. I lost my keys and Noam came to my rescue, he worked 3 hours trying to get a key to work for the car that I had rented. I finally called the rental car company and told them to bring me a new car. Noam went above and beyond his job, I had not eaten and my cell phone was running out of battery. Noam not only gave me a phone charger to use, he also gave me a granola bar. I appreciate his diligence to try and make a key and to be a giving person. Quick, friendly and happy service! Noam came highly recommended to me and I now understand why. I lost the keys to my rental at a festival in Marin and with only the Vin number he was able to make the key within an hour, with certainty that it will work when I take it up there. He was even willing to send one of his techs up with me who wouldn't get back until midnight (which it turned out I didn't need).
