After decades of relying on computers, finally got my first dreaded "blue screen," with windows not loading at all.  Had all but given up trying to resolve the problem and was ready to spend $$$$ on a new computer and software to replace what had worked only a day earlier.  Fortunately, saw that my wife had left ACS's phone number on the kitchen table, so I called ACS as my second-to-last resort, and so glad I did. ACS's Frank answered my call and walked me through a bunch of alternative sequences over the phone, including going back in time to the antiquated DOS operating system.  Throughout the process, Frank was incredibly patient, cordial, AND knowledgeable.  After the better part of an hour, VOILA!  Problem solved, along with receiving some of Frank's safeguards and recommendations for preventing a repeat, all for a more-than-reasonable price. He is insistent that icons are on my computer that just aren't there, and gets upset with me when I try to explain they're not. We've wasted well over $1200 on a computer, printer, and repairs.
