His craftsmanship was evident throughout. The corners line up. The grout lines are clean and consistent. The aesthetics are lovely, and the practical functionality of the bathroom is outstanding. He had to solve for a couple challenges, most notably that the new flooring was thicker and thus created a disparity with the entrance to the master closets in the bathroom and to the master bedroom. His solution was elegant and well done. My morning showers now feel like I'm at a spa. We love it! By the way he and his wife are lovely people and a pleasure to work with.

There was plenty of parking and the signs were helpful to pint visitors in the right direction for the showroom. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the whole process was explained. I was given a clipboard to take notes of my favorite materials. I was also given a quick tour of how everything was organized and to stay within the yellow lines. She also showed me where a customer lounge was located complete with complimentary coffee. I also appreciated the colored stickers to show estimated price ranges. It was great to take photos and notes on what I liked. It sure was hot in the warehouse though!! It was good to slip back into the AC in the customer lounge to cool off. I definitely recommend Cosmos if you're trying to decide on kitchen or bathroom countertops.

She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. My husband and I walked into the Glenwood location one weekend to pick out new quartz countertops for our kitchen. Stephanie showed us what they had and advised us to go to their Hobby Ct location to view slabs of quartz. While at the Hobby Ct location we fell in love with the Panda White quartz countertops and texted a picture to Stephanie. She was able to provide us with a complete quote within minutes! (My husband had drawn a diagram of our kitchen with measurements.) Stephanie scheduled a measurement appointment to take place about a week later and an install date about a week after that! Amazing! Instillation took place yesterday. A crew of three men removed our old counters, installed the new counters, hauled away the old counters, and cleaned up before they left. They were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They did an amazing job. I cannot recommend this company enough. From start to finish they were a breath of fresh air to work with. If you've ever had any work done on your home you know it is often a nightmare. Highly recommend!

They did not have enough men to install and had to stop and wait for 3 additional men to install. One of the seems has settled and needs to be redone. Looks horrible. A stress fracture is also in the granite. They measured incorrectly and it was installed wrong costing me more for the range hood. I have written and sent two certified letters with no response. As well as numerous calls with not response. They do horrible work and do not care. Buyers beware do not buy from here.

"Hey Molly this is Mark with kitchen tuneup hey I just got off the phone with my corporate folks just understand the new a a contractual agreements _ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ with our new um new owners and and I'm not shell the deposit is nonrefundable but you have they give you 90 days you know just in case you go decide you want to do it um you know however that that is up to my discretion how long that is so say yes LOL I'm gonna have to wait till August September whatever on we you know we can put you on the calendar um I think I'm gonna be able to find work next week I got somebody just today that's got a a a a couple... Next week that I may be able to possibly _⁠_⁠_⁠_ I really really you know I want to work with you so but I did have a phone that's why I want to call me I don't see why there's any reason you know you might want to get a new cabinet but you know with everything going on we can still paint your cabinets and do the cabinet in front of the front of the sink just the way it is today and then when you decide to get the new cabinet you know and if you want somebody else to install it fine if you want us to install it fine um and we can get the doors off of that new cabinet that you get and a week and then come out all agreed to come back out and repaint that and a take the doors back and repaint the box so that they all match in so give me a call to discuss and you know I know you're a little stressed out yesterday so um hopefully you know you were able to take a couple breaths after I left I can get on the want to I didn't want to frustrate you anymore so but when you get an opportunity give me a call but obviously a you know if you want to move for like I said let me know I need to know by today because I got a pick the doors up Thursday because I have a guy that comes out to me I have to let him know so please let me know the best number to reach me is on my cell phone The crazy thing about this is in my home he said I already got paid.
