Today I watched the sell my order and load it into a truck right in front of me in the loading zone. If you place an online order with them be ready to waste your gas just to find out your items got sold off to someone else. Whoever is running this store is doing an AWFUL job

I called this morning and was left on hold for 22 minutes. Just very frustrating as a customer. The good is that Lowe's is a good store just severely understaffed and unorganized . Watching the employee named Michael he literally hasn't seemed to know how to help ppl coming in and out , one customer was out the door and he had to call him back to sign the receipt , he didn't know how to transfer a call so he hung up on them. BFS accepted a substandard door, plyGem constructed the substandard door and to add insult to injury are expecting the homeowner to pay twice for install. I did not order a substandard door but that's what I got for $4800.

This company fired an employee for taking lumber from a scrap pile to help a guy build a handicap…read moreramp for a disabled neighbor. The best part the lumber was paid for by the guy he was helping. I was in the building when the guy came in to pay for the lumber and I asked him why he paid for it after the guy was fired. He stated that the guy called or was called by his supervisor about taking some lumber destined for the scrap pile and was told not to worry about it but that he chimed in and said he would be out Wednesday to pay for it. The supervisor said not to worry about it. They just needed a couple of 2x4's to finish up so the neighbor could be taken to a doctors appointment the next morning. Just goes to show you how big egos get in the way of compassion. I'll refuse to support this company from now on.

I WANT To pay, where is the email ?? She quoted "honey I know your good". One week later I call to check on my order. NO ORDER because I didn't pay. Omg!!! This is horrible. I'm in tears. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the main reason this Home Depot has such a low…read morerating is that you would only think to rate a HD on Yelp when something goes very wrong or a customer is upset. Yelp tends to be for restaurants. But as a long time shopper at this particular Home Depot, I can tell you, this store is great!! It's well stocked, as you would expect for a Home Depot. It's very easy to get in and out of, as they have a large parking lot that's pretty much exclusively the store's. But what really makes this particular HD exceptional is the staff. I've been helped by some of the most knowledgeable, helpful, and kind people here. Seriously. Everyone at this store is wonderful!! If I had one compliant, it's that I'd like to see more staffed check-out registers and less self check-out. But sadly, that is the way of things these days. The staff can't be blamed for that. So let me weigh in as counter balance to all the frustrated and disgruntled customers...as a long time customer of this location, this Home Depot is wonderful!!!

I'm canceling my Home Depot card, and I will never set foot in one again. I've bought over 50…read morepallets of topsoil. Bark. All kinds of landscaping stuff from your knightdale NC store. Never once have they charged me for a pallet . They didn't this time either until I asked them to just put the top soil in the back of my truck with the forklift like they always do. Then they wanted to charge me 25 dollars for a piece of shit wooden pallet. So i returned everything and got my money back. So the 5 grand or so I spend a year there you can kiss good bye
