How could we trust the rest of the process after the bad start? We did decide on Mohawk products for both carpet and laminate flooring so they had the opportunity to install flooring for most of our house. We went with another family owned business.

He had a wide variety of high quality carpet options and was patient while we looked at various choices. There was no pressure to make a decision that day, but we reached out a few days after to confirm our choice and book an install date. He texted me with a reminder a few days out from the install, and he and his team showed up on time. Within a few hours, the carpet was beautifully installed. We had considered doing this project ourselves, but it's clear that we would not have been able to achieve the level of craftsmanship of Marty's team. This was a relatively inexpensive home upgrade and has greatly improved the safety of our stairs, as well as helping with echoing and sound (especially for our dogs going up and down).
