My employer would have me order stuff from them for various jobs around the warehouse. There are 3 ways to place an order, you can call over the phone, go online, or do it in person. Personally, I prefer to place the order online, then by the time I would arrive at the location it was already pulled for me. Yes, they pull everything for you. You tell them what you want, and how many, and they go get it for you, and bring it to the counter. If you don't want to go to them to pick it up, they will ship it out to you, or a job site if needed. Home Depot is a bit cheaper for some items, plus you can go online and have your order pulled for you as well, but they don't do it as fast as Grainger does, nor do they have the selection of items. Plus as Grainger, I can order just 1 of an item, not the entire pack of how many, which is great considering you only need one. #340

The best part the lumber was paid for by the guy he was helping. I was in the building when the guy came in to pay for the lumber and I asked him why he paid for it after the guy was fired. He stated that the guy called or was called by his supervisor about taking some lumber destined for the scrap pile and was told not to worry about it but that he chimed in and said he would be out Wednesday to pay for it. The supervisor said not to worry about it. They just needed a couple of 2x4's to finish up so the neighbor could be taken to a doctors appointment the next morning. Just goes to show you how big egos get in the way of compassion. I'll refuse to support this company from now on.

I would recommend ProSource HANDS DOWN over anyone else. I was in the market for LVP for my house…read more I went to a few showrooms before ProSource and felt like I was floundering, trying to decide between brands and color. I walked into ProSource and Ivonnie immediately asked me my kitchen cabinet color and brought over a cabinet sample in a similar color. She then went to grab a few flooring samples for me to look at. Within an hour, I had picked the sample I wanted to take home, and had also decided on a stone look LVP for my bathrooms. Ivonnie patiently answered all questions I had, one of which required her to call the manufacturer, which she did right on the spot. I brought the samples home, liked them, and went back a few days later to place my order. My installer will be picking them up right from ProSource. Seamless, easy, frustration-free. Also, the price is amazing.

Buyer beware - OHDC of Raleigh willingly sends defective parts, and the home owner has to catch the…read morequality issues. We built in Wexford Reserve. We had several significant quality challenges with OHDC of Raleigh: 1. Wrong garage door ordered, and installed anyway - despite writing exactly what we wanted and included a pic in email.  2.  Defective doors: Both doors had multiple concave areas. We were told by OHDC it was a manufacturer issue and a lot of customers "don't mind it". We're including pictures because it wasn't just one panel. We are at a loss to know how a professional installer can look at those garage doors and think they were acceptable. Additionally, these defective panels were a different color on the interior garage side.  When we asked why they were a different color - response was - "oh that's just dirt, they were probably sitting in the warehouse for a while". 3. Glass: Some of the glass was installed backwards, so the tinting was different. Again, not identified on installation or on later visits. We had to point it out. 4.  Seal: A broken seal, or some type of oil (what we were told) - could be seen between several panes of glass.  Again, it was explained to be a manufacture defect, but they were installed anyway. Again, no one checking for quality issues. 5. Door frame: The garage door opening was built too large, and installers had to use four seal trim pieces on one side, and two on the other side of both doors. However when these four pieces were cut, every single one of them was a different length, and none of them sealed with the concrete. One seal was more than an inch high off the concrete. As a result, large amounts of water flowed into our garage causing staining of the baseboard and sheet rock, damp odor, and possibly mold exposure within the wall. We have a video of water flowing into the garage. They never told us the initial deployment was a temporary fix that was supposed to be corrected later. This was never done until we caught it after heavy rains. Conclusion: We are extremely disappointed none of these problems were identified at time of installation. We had to find the problems, which meant multiple trips to our property to coordinate, as well as potential for damage long term. OHDC has employees that are incompetent, don't care, and think customers are too stupid to catch defects. Pictures we've included tell the nightmare story. Buyer beware.

My advice is to consider alternatives to this company or negotiate better prices. I regret not having done so.
