Someone else had installed our cameras at work and did a shitty job. So, I had made an inquiry last night trying to look for a new company and they got back to us first thing this morning! They also came out right away and got our cameras rolling! Thank you again for fixing other people's mistake and getting this done the right way. 5 out 5 we definitely recommend! read more

MSC Integration - Amazing customer service! - Security Systems Near Me - Sacramento, California

Buyer Beware, they overcharge for cheap equipment and cheap software. Get estimates from other companies before making a decision. Wish I would have done more research before being taken advantage of by these guys. However the owner is nice and responsive to client requests. read more

This company was good for awhile. However, they have gotten too big and can no longer service their smaller accounts. The lady on the phone actually told me this. Even though I pay a monthly fee. Zero communication with customers. Extremely frustrating. Please do your homework before choosing a security company. read more

Have you felt violated by an intruder? Get a job or some treatment you fool! We all have issues to deal with in our lives. Have you considered what challenges or hardships the other person is going through? Moron! After the last attempt in my home, I had cameras installed by Mr. Security Camera. I have an alarm system already, but added cameras for additional peace of mind. The staff who installed the cameras were courteous, friendly and professional. It was an all day project, but it was worth the time and money to have that added security. read more

It's been over 1 year since Gabe and Anthony installed my high definition IP Camera system and NVR (DVR). I'm very happy with the hardware, software and customer service. I knew little about the technologies available, but they explained all of the options, plus and minuses of each, and formal recommendations based on my site and needs. Summary: Hardware/*Software: Very good. Had a few minor issues that they fixed over the last year (high end, metal enclosed, Ethernet wiring only and power over Ethernet used) Installation Quality: Very good. (Workmanship (wiring/sheetrock/wood work, and cleanliness of equipment location / layout) Customer Service: (They have made several trips to the site to fix issues or make adjustments to the cameras or other items) Covered under warranty, so no charge. Response Time: They have always gotten back to me, even if it was 24 hrs+ after I left a message). During peak time, they got back to later than 24-36 hours but that's fine as I'm a reasonable customer. Pricing: (In line with high-end hardware, software and overall "product" you are getting.) *Software was loaded on my laptop, and 2 cell phones by them, and training class was also done to show me how to use each. I would recommend these guys. Dave read more

I recently hired Mr.Security to install a home security system. I was very impressed by their knowledge and attention to detail when presenting my options for my overall security needs. I decided to go with one of their featured systems with lifetime customer support. Gabriel and crew installed my system and I couldn't be more pleased. I had a few self inflicted hiccups but Anthony was there to pick up the pieces by coming back out to fix my problem. I don't usually rave about products and customer support but this is it. Most of their systems also sell for an very affordable price and some have lifetime support but like Apple, they do not provide technical manuals on their own systems. Big thanks to Mr. SecurityCamera for a job well done. M.Clayton read more

Business owners/partners Anthony and Gabriel and their assistant trainee LV, arrived early and ready to install my Costco bought security system for my home. You have the option to buy a system from them too. They offer competitive prices as I checked 4 other businesses and they were the lowest. It took approximately 7 hours. It will depend on how many cameras you want installed and the total square footage of your building. Installation included setting up my remote viewing capability and provided a brief overview on how to operate it. They were all professional and genuinely very nice and friendly. This is a new company but they are both experienced technicians. I highly recommend them! read more

Had Gabriel from Mr Security camera over to give me a bid for eight HD cameras & 1 TB DVR installation I had my own equipment. Gabriel suggested to ditch the factory wire even through in upgraded cable I added a power switcher what a great suggestion once again guys The bid was not the lowest one but seemed very fair for what I wanted. 2 knowledgable professional installers showed up Gabriel & Anthony even brought a licensed general electrician along Chris .I was so impressed I hired them to install 3 TVs hidden wall mount. Everything works & looks top notch I'm super demanding customer and I have to admit this company defiantly delivers high quality service. I won't hesitate to recommend Mr Security Camera to all my customers (I'm a licensed hardwood floor contractor) Even after changing my mind many times the crew stuck with me by even starting over on some installations at no charge. The placement of the cameras is amazing no one will be hidden on my property I sleep like a baby @ night This crew is super efficient always answering the phone for my questions even after the check was cashed the service is awesome look I use yelp a lot so look no further call Mr Security Camera I Did and things got done right and quick Thanks crew and management you guys are great I'll let you know when I add some interior cameras read more

These guys do great work. Came out on time and did a good job. They really seem to care that the customer is happy. The systems they install are of the highest quality. Lookiing forward to expanding my system in the near future. read more

Gabe and Anthony are just finishing up my security camera installation. They are a great team, and have done a great job. Very knowledgeable about the technology, able to discuss the various options and alternatives, and deliver a solid system installation. They were great about communicating and showing any issues they encountered, and adapted as needed. I had an eight camera system installed on the house, and it looks very clean. Good camera placement, no exposed wires, and cleaned up after the job was done. I had several bids on the job, and theirs was the most professional, and also competitive bid I received. They came when they said they would, did what they said they would, and charged what they said they would. Great experience working with Mr. Security Camera...funny name though. read more

Wow! These guys do great work, I had them install IP cameras at my new house. The install went really well and fit the time line expected. They also helped me install a new wall outlet, T.V. mount, TV, and wiring cabinet. They take a lot care in the work they do and I am once again very happy with the installation job, it looks very professional. Props to Gabriel, Adam, Tyler and Anthony. I would rehire Mr. Security Camera to do more installation jobs in the future. read more

I've been working with Mr Security Camera for most of three years and I absolutely cannot recommend them highly enough. I have several high-maintenance customers in northern California, and Gabriel and his team have kept them quite happy since day one. The techs are polite, knowledgeable and punctual, and display nothing but utter professionalism at all times. The office team is communicative and courteous, providing updates on existing calls without being prompted. The owner, Gabriel, is nothing short of exceptional as well, making sure his team is able to meet the demands that I set upon him on a daily basis, and remaining in constant contact with me to make sure that I am happy with the work he does for me. I have this little game I play called "Let's See If I Can Break Mr Security Camera Today" where I send him as many calls as I possibly can (and I get a LOT of calls in NorCal). As of this writing, I remain winless and have never been so happy to lose a game every single time I play. read more

I was very satisfied with the professional work that Mr. Security (Gabriel, Anthony and Team performed when installing my Security System at my home. Gabriel performed a walk-thru prior to the installation and provided me excellent recommendations on placement / positioning of my cameras. Gabe provided me a detailed / concise bid regarding the service and cost of materials/ equipment prior to installation. His bid was very competitive with other security companies in the bay area. Mr. Security requires a signed contract agreement prior to the installation. The team was extremely organized on the mission at hand and they were very meticulous to detail. i.e. all exterior RG-59 cable were placed inside conduit and drilled holes into the exterior siding of my home were patched with caulking. Very clean work. If there were any minor changes during installation, they would consult you prior to the change. The crew were extremely kind, diligent and genuine. They really impressed me when they performed a walk-thru after the completion of the installation. They provided me basic training after the installation of my security system. I would highly recommend Mr. Security. read more

gave these guys a call about a week ago and had the best experience ever. the person I talked to was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I scheduled my appointment for today 08-15-2013 and the guy came out and explained in great detail how the systems work and showed me what would be best for my home and even compared it to other companies in the area. I'm very happy with my choice. these guys are awesome!!!! definitely referring them to my family and friends read more

A miss understanding on my part I have been an original customer of MR CAMERA and they take the time to reach out and good quality Security isn't cheap but a good quality Security system will last for a long time you have to upgrade your system if you want but these service teams and still provide the best in town read more

Had a great experience with this company. Very easy to work with and open communication. They provided quality equipment and timely installation. Nightmare experience with this company! I tried 4x to make an appointment and was hung up on by the office manager and lectured and abused by all! They left me over a year with no ability to record while I have a restraining order and were defensive and don't care a bit about my families security clearly!! They refused me service when I mentioned that! I didn't even ask for the over 400 back! But I deserve my money back and then some for all the abuse!!They lie in their voice message machine and say labor and camaras are warrantied 2 years but no mention that labor is not warrantied if you buy your own!! It's false advertising and based on that response I doubt they warrant anyone!! I paid around 200 for him to wait on hold with the manufacturer to figure out set up and was told they were doing me a favor!! ? 900 for nothing and I was told that's a good price for nothing!! The tech lied and said he was the owner booked out 6 weeks and refused to come back 5 min after install when the system crashed on my computer or to get the DVR to record on the phone app. I have no idea what he did and don't know how to change the IP addy. They are all so defensive and will take no accountability for their work! They won't talk to you and explain the system or what they did to set it up.They will charge you even if they can't figure out the system I was told! You get charged for their ineptness! Definite lack of professionalism on all parts,They don't care if I get hurt for sure and should not be in this business for that reason taking advantage of people!! Especially vulnerable women!! They knew I was desperate and scared and denied me service after repeatedly verbally abusing me!! They won't allow you to speak! I only had a few minutes on break and was late listening to them yell at me over and over and all I wanted was an appointment!! This company does not want your business and will do you wrong!! They want lots of money overcharging for poor service resulting in non working camaras. Definitely not a company you can do business with long term!! Extremely mean, rude, lying and untrustworthy people! Don't call them!!! read more

These guys are amazing! Purchased a hi-def DVR camera system from them for my business a while back. They installed everything and made sure the wiring was nice and neat and the monitors were all set up. I could even remotely monitor the system from my laptop and phone. Within months we had another break in within our complex and we were able to see the suspects that broke into our trailer, the time and there vehicle, and assisted the police in catching them! I was so thrilled with there service and quality I had them come back out and install another system to monitor a different area for us. Great service, great quality products and they stand behind there work! read more

I researched local camera installers extensively before deciding to go with Mr. Security Camera, including checking with the Better Business Bureau. I definitely made the right choice. Gabe and Anthony are really good at what they do and everyone I dealt with was very courteous and helpful. I sent Gabe a link to the camera system I was considering buying and he sent me a link to a Costco system he said was better. That system was installed Friday and I love it. I was surprised at how quickly Anthony and his crew did the install. Anthony instructed me in how to use the system and when he left, I felt very comfortable with it. It's even better than expected and I'm very happy. You will not be at all uncomfortable having these people in your house. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who's interested in security cameras. read more

Anthony and Gabe came out and installed a HD camera system for me and my wife. The response was fast, install was clean and the price was fair. Great company. read more

Our business was the victim of battery thefts from our locked yard. Since we park 6-10 big rigs and 7-8 forklifts in the yard every night and weekend, it was apparent that we needed surveillance cameras to at least identify anyone coming in to the yard after hours. After obtaining two bids, we decided to go with Mr. Security Camera. That was a wise choice. Gabe initially reviewed our needs and together we decided on what type of equipment to install. With a law enforcemento background, I had reviewed many surveillance camera recordings and without fail, 99.99% percent of them did not reveal any good identifying images. I explained to Gabe that we wanted HD, 1080, cameras that included IR and he agreed to our assessment. When all was said and done, we installed six HD cameras, two of which were PTZ's and one IR license plate reader. Gabe and Anthony were awesome, extremely knowledgable and did not quit until I was absolutely satisfied with the installation and quality of the recordings. Needless to say, not only can we read any license plate, day or night that comes in our gate, but we can actually count the pimples on someone's face anywhere in the yard. I cannot recommend Mr. Security Camera enough. read more

thumbs up to the guys for doing a great freaking job! i highly recommend the techs for service!

Although I previously wrote a great review for this company, I now realize they are a second rate organization. A few months ago my "Diamond" DVR simply stopped working. I hired Gabriel from Mr Security Camera to replace it. He told me the previous DVR had "coding" issues, which has since been corrected. I took his word and paid him $347 to replace it with another "Diamond." After a few months, the new Diamond quit working. I actually previously met the owner and/or manager of Diamond, a guy named Michael. During the meeting, Michael told me he has a non-paid position at Diamond and was attempting to get the company up and running in hopes of becoming part owner. That should have been a red flag. Regardless, I made an appointment with Mr Security Camera, under warranty, to fix the newest POS DVR. I took off of work and they never showed. After repeated calls I realized Mr Security Camera DOES NOT HONOR their warranty. I have one year to file a small claims suit, which I intend to do. Their no show cost me work, which cost me $$$, not to mention, the $347 for the NVR. In addition, I hired another company to fix the system, at a cost of $7000. The owner of the company I just hired said he searched a data base for the Diamond DVR as well as the cameras used at my home and found zero result. I assume Diamond is Chinese crap. I will recoup my damages. I suspect Diamond and Mr Security Camera have had equipment issues with numerous customers in the past. Therefore, because I work in the legal field, I will entertain a class action suit if other victims contact me. Remember, the standard of evidence in civil court is preponderance. Simply put, all it takes for a judgement to be awarded is a 51% certainty that the allegations occurred. Other than a monetary award, a judgment will affect a credit rating just like a bankruptcy. If you are a victim of Mr Security Camera, or Diamond, contact me. read more

I had been having trouble with my Security Camera system so I contacted Mr. Camera. They were in and out quickly, the system was fixed and the price was right. I had also been having serious trouble with my telephone and data lines when AT & T switched me from Plain Old Telephone System (POTS) to Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). I had CAT 5 wiring installed throughout the building and had multiple phone lines as well as internet and data of which all worked prior to AT & T switching me over. When AT & T switched me over they screwed up the multiple telephone lines and data systems. After AT & T had tried on at least twelve separate occasions for several hours each time to fix the situation that they created they finally on the last try simply stated that it was my CAT 5 wiring and there was nothing they could do (do I need to remind you that it was working fine before AT & T came in). I then hired Mr. Security Camera to fix the situation. They came in and recognize the mess that AT & T had created and was able to one system at a time undo their mess and get all of my telephone, data and internet systems back in working order and clean up the mess AT & T created. I would highly recommend these guys for your installs and repairs. If they can fix what AT & T messed up, then they can handle anything with telephone and data... Good Job... Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that the price was right... :)~ read more
