All communications - details, appointment confirmation/reminder, arrival - were communicated clearly and timely basis via Yelp and text. Susana inquired if there were any specific cleaning products I liked, and used those I requested for the floors and stainless steel. On cleaning day they arrived equipped with all tools and supplies. Their crew of 4 total spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning my house. There was a kitchen specialist and a bathroom specialist, with the other two going room-by-room to the other areas of the house. The outcome was wonderful. It felt as if the bathrooms were detailed by hand and the kitchen feels brand new! All other areas of the home were detailed as well, with all surfaces being cleaned. Also, the house smelled great. It was a treat to have this team do in a day what I usually do over many weeks! I can't recommend this team enough. I am hoping Helane reads this and understands it as constructive criticism. I have never hired a house cleaning service before, but as I get older, I can't get on my knees and scrub my bathroom anymore :( My initial request via Yelp projects was just for that one service. I received a few replies, some two days later (!) but Helane at Maid 4 You answered right away. After some back and forth via Yelp, we began to text. By far the easiest! She told me her minimum fee was $100 and asked what else could they clean to make it right. Long story short, it was by far the best quote I received so I booked for today. The two people who cleaned went above and beyond (I think, more later). My bathroom and the one on the main floor as well as the one on the third floor are sparkling! Just to add a tip here: they don't give a "window" appointment, so when the cleaning crew finished another job early, Helane texted to ask if they could come but it was an hour and 15 minutes earlier. We weren't ready! We had so. much. stuff. The clutter struggle is real. Here is one more, very important tip: the "lead" cleaner spoke a little English but the other one I think none. It was delightful to listen to them speaking Portuguese! But if I was doing this again from scratch, I would ask the boss to come to the house so we could be very clear what was and wasn't to be done. I honestly don't know what they were told, but if it was their normal cleaning routine it was beyond excellent!! I just didn't know - having never hired anyone for this before - what to expect or how to direct them. Will we have them back? You bet. However, when the new tenant moved in, they found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned at all. My tenant had to delay her move-in because they came to clean my carpet without the proper equipment. CCS said the machine would not be ready until the following Tuesday, July 7, which I had to inform my tenant of the delay. I messaged as to when they would come on July 7, and they stated they were waiting to hear from the technician. At this point, I had already given my tenant $100 off her rent because of their bad business practice, therefore I said just forget it and found another great carpet cleaning company that came with the appropriate equipment and did an amazing job. Message me and I will provide their information. A company taking a job just to take one's money and being unprepared for any level of carpet cleaning as a carpet cleaning company is bad business.

Prior to scheduling, I check their options online, I called and spoke with Lekia because I had some questions about their services and I wanted to make sure I was selecting the correct one. This is for a condo (rental unit/lock box for key on site) where previous tenants had made a huge mess. I wanted the cleaning company to clean under the washer/dryer, refrigerator and stove. I explained that there was quite a lot of work to do. I noticed they had two options, Deep Cleaning and Move Out. So my questions where, do you clean under the appliances and which service should I select to make sure I maximize my results, if both services are required, I'm ok with that as well. Lekia informed that only one service was required, Move out. This was to allow for everything to be done. I went back online booked my service and provided tip. The service was not available until Wednesday I believe but I included a note requesting for earlier cleaning if available. I received an email confirmation, they moved it to Monday. So far costumer service was ok. I get a call on Monday, letting me know that the cleaning was done but that they had left the key in the unit by accident. They asked if a copy was available, if not, they offered to replace the lock. Which was the right thing to do, except my rental management company was on their way to show the unit. So this was a problem. I told them, my mother who stays 5 mins away has a key and I needed that key to be back in the lock box within the next 15 minutes. I didn't anything for the next 20 minutes so I assumed the key was placed back. WRONG! I get a call from my rental management company looking for the key. They had to wait for Lekia to come back and open the door with the extra key. These should've being a warning for me. In the afternoon I get a call from my rental management asking me to go check the unit because it didn't look like it was clean. I stop by on Wednesday and yes, they didn't do a very job at all. I send them an email, Lekia called and as I was explaining my frustration, she started speaking over me, cutting me off, raising her voice, and decided to blame the management company. I told her that I couldn't continue and to please send me an email with her explanation, she did. I'm going to try to include copies of our email exchange but I think Yelp limits the amount of pictures. We exchanged several emails, my last one was requesting to be contacted by the owner and/or manager. I'm still waiting to heard back. I will include this review in Google Review as well.
