Awesome experience! I appreciated how thorough Lyle was with the estimate process and explained how costs are calculated, what materials they use, and the emphasis on doing what's right for the environment. They were able to schedule the work fairly quickly, and it all got down in time for a key event we were hosting. The newly cleaned/stained deck looked amazing, and I keep thinking the power washed patios are brand new. I highly recommend giving these guys a call! read more

I am very pleased with the deck repair The Deck Dudes did for me. The work was completed on time and looks great! They kept me updated on the progress during the repair and were very easy to reach and communicate with. I would use them again and have already recommended them to some friends. read more

The Deck Dudes team was incredibly professional from start to finish. They were quick to provide an estimate with a very fair price, and the accommodated our modifications. They also completed the job quickly to match our schedule. The communication was exclusively, once the job was in the queue, on email. A phone option would have been a helpful addition. read more

Logan arrived when promised, with all the equipment, tools and manpower necessary to complete the job. After the job was completed, he gave me suggestions on other things that he could do to improve my property, not a hard sell, but just suggestions. I'm looking forward to using The Deck Dudes again. read more

Amazing Company. They are family-owned businesses and do GREAT work!!! They did a fantastic job on my deck!!!! They really know how to take care of tier VETS. read more

The Deck Dudes did an outstanding job of repairing, power washing and re- staining my elevated deck. Their professionalism was exceeded only by their high quality of work. I appreciated the time they took to explain to me what needed to be done to my deck and why. The employees were timely, highly skilled, professional and paid lots of attention to detail. At no time did I feel pressured into having the needed work done. The Deck Dudes completed the work before the anticipated completion date to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend the company to my family, friends and neighbors, and of course would call on them again, read more

I scheduled an appointment with Deck Dudes. They were given all the information about what I was interested in in the phone call. I didn't hear when they arrived. They left their card and I called them. As I was beginning to ask to reschedule the man who answered the phone, Lyle Bush, hung up on me as I was speaking. Two other services came and gave me an estimate without talking to me directly but from my concerns by phone. The customer service at The Deck Dudes is horrible. read more

The Deck Dudes did an excellent job refinishing my home's back porch and shadowbox fence. All of the baseline products that they use exceed strict environmental requirements. As a result, they do not try to up-sell the buyer who wants to do right by their local waterways. That peace of mind comes built-in to the quote. The team that worked on my property was very professional and did a proper clean up at the job's end. read more

The Deck Dudes power washed, replaced boards and stained our deck. They were fantastic to work with and I would highly recommend them. Logan and Lyle and the rest of the crew could not have been nicer. They did what they said, when they said and were wonderful about communicating with me through the entire process. Couldn't decide on stain color and they brought multiple samples to let me choose. Very pleased with their professionalism, reliability and cost. Will use them again! read more

The Deck Dudes stained our deck. They did a good job but I did not realize that the posts of the deck were not included in the estimate (check that in your contract!). I paid them in full for their service but inquired about the posts. They said it wasn't included and sorry I didn't realize that. Then they offered to call me and give me an estimate for how much it would cost which I said I would like (or I said they could just tell me what stain they used so we could do it). But instead of actually calling or following up to talk to me they just totally ghosted me and stopped responding at all even though I emailed a few times to follow up. I was very civil so I was surprised that they would just totally stop responding. I would say be wary if you're doing anything complicated because if anything goes wrong they are more likely to just walk away once they have their money than try to resolve the situation. Very unfortunate because I probably would have done more work with them otherwise. read more

The Deck Dudes just finished cleaning and staining the 12x20' deck I built last year and I'm so glad I chose them for my project. Their quote was significantly less than the two other companies I contacted originally and their customer service is superb. They used environmentally friendly cleaner that didn't kill my grass and power washed on a low setting to prevent damage to my deck. The stain was then meticulously brushed on by hand for an even application, no rollers. Logan, the owner of the company, stopped by after the job was done to personally inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied with the job they did. These guys are passionate about the work they do and I will not hesitate to use them for future deck maintenance or power washing. read more

The Deck Dudes - Cleaned and stained the deck we built last year. Looks great! - Gutter Services Near Me

Very professional and punctual. They removed and replaced some rotten boards, cleaned the deck, sanded down the areas needed and stained my deck and lattice. There were so many colors to choose from and Logan helped me narrow it down to 3 of them that would coordinate well with my house. Just like any other outside project sometimes weather does not cooperate and we had a day that the temperature dropped and rained, so it wasn't ideal for the work to continue. Once the conditions were good Logan and his team were back on my deck working. All along there was communication with me on the status of the project and gave me realistic expectations. I needed the project completed for an event and they were able to meet my deadline. Unfortunately, due to COVID the event was cancelled. But I have a really nice deck that I'm able to enjoy my morning coffee on. Very glad I reached out to The Deck Dudes! read more

Simply put, these guys were amazing to work with! I don't think I've ever worked with a company as dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction as Lyle and Logan. We had Deck Dudes wash our house and deck, and then stain our deck and front porch railing. They washed our shed for free (because they were paying attention and could see it needed it), even though it wasn't part of the original estimate. The house looks so clean another contractor thought that I had new windows installed! Despite a crazy rainy summer, the Deck Dudes were able to get the work done, and all along the way, Lyle and Logan really took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted, particularly with regard to the color of the deck stain. Even after we chose a color, and as they began to apply it, they stopped work to make sure we were OK with the chosen color, which turned out to be not what we wanted. I'm so grateful for their insight and their ability to think about what my wife and I wanted; else we would have had a deck color that wasn't to our liking. Instead, they were able to offer us another option that is much more suitable to us. Logan came out for a final inspection just today and touched up any areas that needed it - I think so many other companies don't go these extra steps or just think about getting a job done and getting paid. It's more than that for these guys, and I'm grateful for it. I hope to have them wash and stain my fence this fall as well once the summer foliage dies back. I highly recommend this company. You might find someone to do the work for less, but I doubt you'll get the same level of quality and attention that you'll get with these guys. Thanks, Lyle, Logan, and team! read more

The customer service I received from The Deck Dudes was amazing, refreshing and awesome. We had a small power washing of our vinyl siding on our house. The results were great and we additionally had our front stoop cleaned! I have mentioned our intentions to build a backyard deck and will definitely use these guys. Thank you so much for being so considerate! read more

Great company with excellent services and a level of integrity rarely seen. We had used them for some power washing and were looking to see if they could salvage some old interior brick. Lyle came to our house, gave me an honest assessment and went over and above what I could have ever expected in terms of ideas for what COULD be done - knowing that we were already working with a contractor (who hadn't suggested or looked at areas that needed attention). I can't recommend them more highly and will absolutely be using them for future projects. I know their work ethic and follow through is extraordinary. read more

Logan and Lyle from the Deck Dudes did an amazing job power washing our house. We had algae or moss growth on our siding that had sprung up over the last year due to the rain. The siding looks brand new. Unfortunately, while moving our deck umbrella, they caused a few scratches in the surface of the deck. Lyle and Logan immediately addressed the issue. They replaced the damaged boards and ensured everything was fixed. We really appreciate their prompt response and desire to rectify the damage. We would definitely use them again due to their excellent customer service and the great job they did. read more

The Deck Dudes power washed, repaired, and stained our two-level deck. They were easy to work with, and the deck looks great.

They did a good job, but they are pricey. I paid double what I am used to paying for gutter cleaning. The dudes did do a good job on my clogged gutters. read more

The Deck Dudes did a great job stripping and restaining our front porch. Lyle and Logan were very easy to work with and also scheduled around some other work we were having done on the house, which was much appreciated. The work took a little longer than expected to complete, but that was because stripping the old stain was more difficult than anticipated, and Lyle and Logan didn't want the old stain to create blotches or other issues with the new stain. We appreciated that commitment to getting the job right. They also powerwashed the front of the house and porch railings. The end product looks great--we would definitely recommend them! read more

Saw a sign for the Deck Dudes on a neighbor's lawn. Our house needed some TLC, so I decided to call them up. Our contact (Lyle) at the company was friendly, professional, and promptly responded to our inquiry. The day of the quote, Lyle explained what our house needed, what our house didn't need (and therefore we could save money on by not doing), and the expected timeline for completion of the work. The quote was reasonable, clear, and we agreed to terms. Soon thereafter the team performed the services as described in the quote. The house looks terrific. We had the team wash the siding, and clean up the deck. The deck cleanup included a touch up re-staining that was badly needed, and the job was very nicely done. The house looks great, and we are very pleased with the results. Overall we had a very positive experience with the Deck Dudes and would recommend them to other people for deck and external house cleaning needs. read more

Our house needed an exterior rinsing. The Deck Dudes crew made quick and efficient work. They did the prep work of clearing away potted plants, and outdoor furniture. And, wash our roof, siding, windows, gutters, and brickwork. Our home is smiling and so are we. read more

The Deck Dudes washed our deck and vinyl siding, and stained the renewed wood deck. The results were excellent, the price was reasonable, and they were a joy to work with. I will call them first in the future for similar needs. read more

We had The Deck Dudes wash our siding, front steps, and back deck. When Lyle came out to do the estimate, he blew me away with how knowledgeable he was - he didn't just give me a quote, he helped me understand the life of our deck and gave us his honest opinion about how we could clean and re-stain it to add 3-5 more years before replacing it entirely. They did an incredible job on the cleaning, especially with our front steps and the window framing in the front and side of the house. My only downside is that they weren't always the best about communicating, but I find that across the board with contractors and I had such a good experience in person and in the work. read more

This is an excellent, honest company! If you're thinking about refinishing your deck, I definitely recommend that you give them a call.

Company caused damage to our property while working on our next door neighbor's unit, then claimed that their chemicals only removed mold from our wooden steps therefore it must have been strong enough to strip the stain. The owner of the company used profanity with us, threatened to sue us for $25,000 by writing this review. We understand they offered our neighbor a discount in order to write a good review therefore I am not sure you can trust the previous reviews if this is their strategy to build good reviews. They refused to re-stain our steps and asked us to involve our insurance company/lawyers and go a legal route which would invoice our neighbors in lieu of simply send out two laborers to simply re-stain our backyard steps. They offered to charge us to clean the steps which will not bring back the stain color they stripped. NOW WE HAVE TO FILE A SMALL CLAIMS VIOLATION AGAINST THEM AND OUR NEIGHBOR FOR A SIMPLE FIX ONE OF THERE WORKERS COULD HAVE SIMPLY RETURNED TO STAIN AND FIX IN LESS THAN A DAY. HORRIBLE COMPANY! read more

STRONG recommend. We called them on a lark after seeing their sign in on the road. We had put in a deck last spring and were told to wait a year before we had it stained or painted. Wasn't happy with the folks who put it in so we tried them. They came out and gave us really good advice - and OPTIONS. They found and fixed some problems that we hadn't noticed (some panels weren't fully nailed in) as part of the package. They took the time to walk us through the process - and everything was as promised. The work was fantastic - I'm super happy with my deck - it's beautiful. We also used them to power-wash our house and our brick walks as well as paint and repair the doors and ceiling of our screened in porch. These "Dudes" are for us - we will be using them again in the future. read more

Logan came out to do an estimate in February and I asked him if it held for the spring. He said yes. At the end of spring I contacted him to come out to do the work via e-mail and phone call. He never even responded. I called one last time and spoke to his father, who was so kind, who told me Logan would get back to me. Logan never responded. An e-mail response to my email saying that they were too busy for the job would have been better than being ignored. Highly disappointed with their customer service and communication. read more

In July 2018, the property manager for my condo townhome said my patio fence required staining. I left a message at The Deck Dudes website. Lyle called me later that day. We discussed the situation - he was an excellent listener and communicator - and he gave me an estimate for cleaning and staining. I accepted the estimate. The following Wednesday, I received an e-mail from Lyle, stating that my fence would be cleaned that day and stained the following week. Two workers arrived and washed the fence with a cleaning agent. The following Monday, I received a notice from the property manager, stating that the cleaned fence was satisfactory; no staining was necessary. On Tuesday morning, I e-mailed The Deck Dudes, asking them to cancel the staining. I reached Logan via phone later that day. He cancelled the staining and prorated the invoice. I found The Deck Dudes easy to work with - organized, prompt, responsive. The pricing is about average. It's not cut-rate, but neither is the service. I'll be sure to keep them in mind for future fence maintenance needs. read more

Really great guys who went out of their way to do a complete and great job within a time restraint. They arrived and gave me a comprehensive free estimate. They promised and succeeded in finishing the work for a party I was having. And even though the deck required more work and more expensive materials than originally thought, they stuck to the original price and followed through on everything and on time. High five star rating from me! read more

Very glad to find the Deck Dudes. Our above ground pool deck looked really dirty and whatever cleaning and tools they used really did an excellent job. The work was good value for money. The cleaning soap they used leaves a powerful scent but it appears to going away now after a couple of days and some rain. Just be prepared for that. read more

My experience with Deck Dudes was excellent. Lyle came to my house at the agreed time and clearly explained the process that they wouldn't perform for cleaning my recently renovated wood deck. The gentleman that performed the service were very professional and their attention to detail was very impressive. 5 stars and I will refer them to anyone who needs deck services. Thanks Deck Dudes! read more

They were extremely hard to get ahold of. I was finally able to schedule an appointment. Their quote was absurdly high but we didn't have any choice as visitors were coming to town. They promised to wash our deck furniture too but failed to do so despite our multiple requests to return and do this. I received harassing phone calls and text messages for not paying despite their failure to complete the job. They also tacked on extra fees to the bill for paying 2 days "late" even though they failed to complete the job. Do not hire them!! If I could give zero stars I would. read more

These guys were just excellent but I could not find them this summer when I needed them. Please let me know I to get in touch again.

Prompt service, provided an accurate, free estimate. Staff was courteous and efficient. Workmanship was excellent. We had our deck cleaned, repaired, and sealed, and the house powerwashed. All looks good and we are pleased. We had some lawn/plant damage. Said they would order replacement plants. They never did. read more

My daughter went to high school with the owners son so we were excited to support a local company, when my mom needed deck work. The onboarding went very smoothly and we were excited for next steps. Unfortunately, it was all down hill from the moment we signed the contract. My husband reached out with a few questions prior to them starting and the owner acted as if we were a huge inconvenience and how dare we call him on his cell at 6:30pm, when in fact that was the number he shared with us. You do have the option not to answer your phone. This was the first of many red flags. They subsequently sent a crew to power wash and when we returned home after they stained the deck we quickly identified many issues with the quality of work. There were visible posts that had not been painted, sloppy painting in certain areas that are clearly visible. For example, instead of moving small pebble size stones at the bottom of several support posts, they painted unevenly around them. In addition, they painted the floor boards of the small staircase to the deck, but did not stain the inside visible boards. My husband called to inquire and the owner started using profanity stating that this & that was not in the contract. My husbands entire team at work could hear the profanities being dropped as he was in shock and had to hold the phone away from his ear. In addition, he has repeatedly asked about maintenance for the deck and for the left over touch up paint. We still haven't received any correspondence addressing this customer request. They insisted that we tape a check to the glass door on the deck for which we were not comfortable doing for safety reasons and due to the lack of resolution on the unfinished, sloppy staining. We offered the option of picking up the check at my mothers house or mailing a certified check to which the owner sent a nasty gram from his attorney. The next thing we know, our ADT camera picked up the owners son pacing at the front door of our residence, not my mothers for which the job was associated with. Glad we weren't home at the time, scary. We highly recommend doing your due diligence before using this company. read more

We called The Deck Dudes to clean our entire house in May 2019. They were able to schedule us within two weeks. These gentlemen were an absolute pleasure. They came promptly in the morning to begin work and were finished with the entire house, driveway, patio, and our walkways within 3 1/2 hours - an amazing feat! The sides of the house are sparkling and the driveway looks as clean as it did when it was installed 30 years ago. Logan and his crew were clean, competent, and in constant communication with us before they arrived and throughout the process. Their price was more than reasonable for the work they did. I would highly recommend The Deck Dudes again! read more

I had the absolute best experience getting my porches power-washed with The Deck Dudes and highly recommend them! I initially reached out via email and they responded the same day. Both Lyle and Logan were as nice as can be on the phone, and when I told them I had a tight timeline, they made sure they were able to fit me in, and kept me in the loop so I never had to wonder or worry. The quality of the work was outstanding- my porches were immaculate and no damage to the wood railings, which we have experienced in the past. They were very fast as well, and Logan, the owner, personally came by after they were done to inspect the work. This is a great company- they really care about doing a good job and making sure their customers are happy. read more

I love these guys! They did a wonderful job with cleaning and staining our porch and railing.
