Mark Singer, I called him by the wrong name when he first came out, he didn't correct me but gave me his card. I had called another locksmith before him but they didn't have anyone available until the next day. The other one was more expensive also. I am grateful I met Mark because he went the extra mile in that that's what customer service use to be like when I was much younger. Mark re-keyed my old locks and keyed the new ones I had installed myself to all the same key. He lubricated two sticky locks so they worked well after that. He also adjusted two locks that did not line up in the deadbolt holes. Without a doubt or hesitation I would recommend Mark for anything lock related. Mark is a go to guy when you need something done and you want it done right. We called him yesterday evening and explained our front door lock issue. Mark gave us an estimate of what the work we'd requested was going to cost and how long it would take.
