Seeing and hearing his assessment I felt comfortable with his diagnosis and his solution. When he returned in a couple of days with the parts, he quickly implemented his solution, and thoroughly tested his fix to the extent where I felt very comfortable. This included identifying existing remote gate controllers that were coded incorrectly. And he held true to his verbal cost estimate from the other day. First time using this company and I won't use any other gate company for repair ever again. My lift master gate arm went bad. Havi came out assessed it and replaced it the following day. He was professional, friendly, punctual, quick and efficient. He replaced the arm under an hour and my gate was up and working again. He doesn't charge an arm and a leg for repair. I was doing some homework for an auatomatic gate design and installation, and I stumbled accross Am Pm. Havi was responsive to all questions from the beginning. He was quick to schedule an estimate meeting, and that was very helpful. We discussed our priority and exactly what we wanted. Havi gave us all our options, and even quoted us for each. After consulting with various contractors, we decided on Am pm as Havi was the most confident our idea would work, his price was the most competitive, and his reviews were great. Unfortunately, the rain interrupted the installation plans, which ended up being a blessing in disguise because it shed light to drip marks from the welding points. After calling a number of companies who wanted to charge $200 just to come out, I was lucky enough to get ahold of Avi at AM PM. He said he would be at the house within a couple of hours to give me a free quote. When he arrived he told me what the problem was and what it would cost... Extremely disappointed with this company. They installed a brand-new gate for me in December, and it hasn't even been a year. The gate suddenly stopped working and began beeping continuously. I reached out for service, but they tried to delay the repair until Monday. When I called on Sunday, I was told they don't work that day, which I understood. However, they scheduled me for an appointment between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Monday -- I waited the entire time, called, and texted multiple times with no response. Now, all calls go straight to voicemail, and my texts appear to be ignored. I ended up having to hire another company to fix the issue just to get my car out, as the gate wouldn't open even after resetting the power. This was my first and only service call, and they completely failed to follow through or honor their warranty. I spent $3,600 on this gate and expected at least reliable service. I strongly recommend going elsewhere -- choose a company that stands behind their work and values their customers. read more

Incredibly honest, incredibly great with communications. Avi, that is - the owner of the company who personally came out within 30 mins of my reaching out to them for an estimate. My driveway mechanical gate was having issues, sporadically stopping at random intervals and just all around acting up. Avi was punctual and friendly, taking apart my motor housing, inspecting the linkages, testing the sensors...and all the while I was expecting (and ready) to pay for a repair or replacement. Instead, Avi simply told me that the chain needed a good ol' oiling. So he lubricated the entire chain and suddenly - fixed. I felt silly that the solution was really that simple, and not a broken mechanism. I was so grateful that he told me the truth and didn't "manufacture" an issue just so he could charge me.
