Called a bunch of places before deciding on SOL, wanted to get an estimate over the phone for a broken garage door spring. Most people I spoke to were pretty vague or wanted to know the length, and diameter (how do I measure that?) of spring. David was definitely the most helpful person I spoke to and was able to quickly give me a firm price. He arrived well within the hour that he stated and actually had to wait for me to return from the bank up the street. Very fast service.
