Definitely raving about Alex here with his prompt service and turnaround time. I called because I was having gate issues and was shopping around for quotes and once I talked to Alex from Pristine Garage Doors and Gates, I just went ahead and booked them. They were very personable. They first asked what was going on with the gate on the phone and then sent someone out the very next day to come take a look at it in person. They did a thorough inspection and figured out that our gate needed a new chain, wheels and maintenance. Which I'm not surprised about because we haven't replaced those items in years. They scheduled us in and fixed everything in a efficient and timely manner. So glad my gate is fixed and Alex assured me if I had any questions to just call and that they also provide a lwarranty for the parts that were replaced. So glad I came across Pristine Garage and Gate. This is a trustworthy business and I look forward to using them if I ever have any other issues with my gate or garage. read more

Excellent company! I had an originally called them out a few months ago for an emergency garage door repair in the rain. They got it fixed promptly that day, which was amazing. I called them back the other day as a I had an issue with my door. It's in somewhat of a unique configuration due to the height of my vehicle and the height of my garage. Miran arrived quickly and not only fixed the issue under their warranty, but replaced a couple of the sensors that he noticed were bad. Couldn't recommend this company enough, they stand by their work, communicate quickly, and do a high quality job. I'll definitely be using them in the future for work on my front gate. read more

Pristine Garage Doors and Gate Repair - My new garage door - Garage Door Services Near Me

So the most crazy thing Happened to me today, I went to do my laundry cause my washing machine is inside my Garage, then this scary thing happens my garage door came down all of a sudden it just dropped!! The remote was not opening and yes I was freaking out stock, Nightmare! It was so scary!!! I had no idea what to do it was starting to get dark and I got to say I was feeling so hopeless! Luckily my phone was on me and I called a friend of mine telling him I've tried to call 2 companies I found online and no one can come to fix this anytime soon and I couldn't get out of my Garage cause the door dropped and I was inside for a good hour :( My friend gave me this company's phone number and recommended that I try calling them. He used them in the past and told me I should try to call them and see if they can help. So I called them the office was really nice and understanding they were very booked for today but under my current situation they were super helpful and checked how they can help me so I don't stay stuck inside my Garage. They sent out a very nice technician that was very professional His name was Ron, I hope his boss would read my review cause this guy was very caring and professional!!! I asked him how this happened to me so it won't happen again. He had explained to me and showed me that my garage door engine was very old so he had replaced it with a new one. This company did not take advantage of my situation being stock in there, they gave me a fair and affordable price which was nice of them it showed me this is a company that is reliable and I like that about them. I highly recommend them to people who need a service or have any Garage door issues!!! Thank you Ron again for coming in this weather to help me get out of my garage & for resolving this issue for me. Also a great thank you to that sweet office lady that got me a technician so soon I appreciate that very much! Wishing you and everyone at your company Happy Holidays! Thank you read more

Tried them based on their reviews. Just as advertised! Miran was very helpful over the phone in diagnosing our issues, came out as promised, performed the motor repair and helped adjust our door. Had accidentally ran into my garage door from the inside (it had been a long night before). I reached out to Pristine due to a recommendation from a friend at the gym and was really impressed and pleased with their response time, reasonable pricing, and quality of their work. My parents also had an issue with their garage door (although nobody ran into it) and I had Pristine take care of them as well. All around a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

My electric gate stopped working during a particularly rainy day and I had tried everything - resetting breakers, trying to manually move the arms, cleaning the sensor, etc. Nothing worked, the gate wouldn't close. Gave Pristine a call and they arrived within a couple hours, as promised. Unfortunately for me, the rain had stopped at that point and the gate was working fine - I had them make the trip for nothing. They were kind enough to explain the issue with my aging gate sensor and offered to change it if it happened again, and didn't even charge me for the trip out! Incredibly understanding, great and timely service. Highly recommend - I'll be calling back if anything else goes wrong! read more

There's some weird business practice going on here that I don't quite understand. Last year we had Avi from Pristine replace our motor for our gate. He was professional and fine, my only qualm was that a few months later I called him about a keypad for the gate but he never showed up for the appointment. Cut to this week, our gate all of a sudden stopped working and I called to see if someone could come take a look. I never got to speak to Avi this time, but got his "business partner". When his business partner showed up, I noticed he was driving a truck that said 'Mirage Garage Door & Gates' on it. Long story short, he helped me figure out what was happening with the gate, which was great - and I asked him about a keypad since he was here. He had one in the truck, programmed it for me, and installed it. He said in total it was $355 for the 30 minutes he spent here. I thought it was steep, but because I had a good experience with Avi, I trusted this guy from Mirage to also be honest. I asked him how much the keypad was and he said $255. Turns out I should not have trusted him, because the keypad is going for $49 online, and $255 is still VERY steep even if it includes labor and a 100% profit on parts. I decided to look up Mirage Garage Doors on Yelp and it all made sense when I saw that his page is filled with negative reviews about his steep prices and insane upcharges. (https://www.yelp.com/biz/mirage-garage-doors-and-gates-encino?osq=mirage+gate&override_cta=Request+a+Quote) I'm not sure why these two companies are linked - but I would urge you all to be smart and know what (or WHO) you are getting to help you with your project. I understand that Mirage helped me figure out what was going on with my gate, and I appreciate the expertise and skill required to do so. However, I'm mad and frustrated that I got swindled into working with a company I did not call in the first place Overall I'm disappointed in Avi, Mirage and myself. read more

I called Pristine Garage Doors because my garage door was not opening. They promptly responded to my message and we set up an appointment for the next morning for a free diagnostic. Other companies did respond to my inquiry as well, but could not schedule an appointment with me for the next day. The technician came to my home and first checked the springs, which are the easier and less costly components to change. He promptly tested them, and saw that at least two of them needed to be replaced. However, after testing the springs, which were working just fine now, he noticed the garage door motor was not working anymore. This seemed reasonable since the garage door system was now over 20 years old. The technician explained in detail what needed to be done and how pricing would be for each aspect of the job. Their prices for the springs were less than the two other companies I contacted. The price for the opener, which has a strong 3/4 HP motor was not as low, but that's because it was one of the best & most durable garage door motors available. If you want a straightforward diagnosis with high quality workmanship, this is the company to call! read more

I called Pristine when my garage door started to peter out on me. They were able to provide assistance the next day. Miran arrived promptly in the morning for the appointment. He was courteous and professional and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He gave me what seemed to be a very reasonable estimate for the repair, and had all of the parts available to fix the issue. I was extremely happy with the service provided by Pristine. I would definitely use them again. read more

Avi and his men put up a very beautiful fence/gate in front of my house. I requested him to build me a custom heavy duty gate and that is exactly what I got from him. We just bought our first house and the movers backed into the gate. Pristine Repair scheduled easily and gave an estimate quickly and professionally. This guy knows gates. The welding was excellent, the hinges aligned to open into our elevated driveway, and they even worked with us to give us a custom pocket door and set up our doorbell. For the next month, my neighbors kept stopping me and asking who did my gate because they wanted one like it. I highly recommend Pristine and would work with them again. read more

Our almost 20 year old swing gate motor was dying. It was a big inconvenience and we needed a new one quickly. Our previous experience with the original installer of the gate had been....meh and very expensive. We did some quick online research and decided to call Pristine. Avi was very responsive and came out to assess way quicker that we had anticipated, so that was already a plus. We had a new system installed (the old one was just not worth repairing, had been discontinued, etc) within a day or two. The only hiccup was some electrical needed updating, which they took care of and was an added expense, but it was the right move and we sort of had that in the back of our minds as something that could possibly need doing in future anyway. He also had his team do a quick welding repair that my husband prepped for them. All-in-all, new gate systems aren't cheap, and we knew that going in, but Avi and his team were responsive, efficient, friendly, and accommodating, so if you have to spend that kind of money at the least you want this kind of service and quality. My hope is that I don't have to deal with gate issue for another 20 years, but if I do I would anticipate Avi being very responsive again. Also, my gate is so much quieter now! read more

My driveway gate stopped working all of a sudden one morning without any sort of warning. Miran was able to come out that same afternoon to take a look at it and had it replaced with a new opener the following morning. Miran even stopped by during the installation to make sure the installer took care of everything we had discussed the day before. The installer was very friendly, timely, and efficient. Miran was also available over the weekend to help me make some adjustments to the timer and remotes. Miran was very professional and responsive. read more

We are so happy we chose Avi to help design, create and install our gate. From beginning to end, Avi was friendly, professional and responsive to our thoughts and concerns and provided valuable feedback based on his considerable experience. He patiently worked with us on getting the rendering just right so we could visualize the gate before we committed to the project and he brought samples of the wood and metal based on our color choices to make sure we were happy with the real product before installation. The end product was more beautiful and impeccably installed than we had anticipated. The entire project, from rendering to final touch ups, was completed in less than 4 weeks that we were initially quoted. We are so happy with our gate and would recommend Avi and his team to anyone! read more

Highly recommended company. It was a pleasure meeting Avi who came for a same day gate repair service. I saw an ad offering 10% discount to veterans and senior citizens and my father is a veteran! They certainly did very quick job. Apparently (as Avi explained it to me while was there) it was a sensor problem all along. Therefore, it was a quick and easy fix. Approximately after 5 min he finished and didn't charge me anything but the service call! Amazing service! Thank you very much, Avi! I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone who ask. read more

After a long @ss day at work, I was ready for a nice glass of Chardonnay with my chicken stir fry ... but no ... that was not to be my evening. Instead, the garage door decided to jump off its tracks and almost took off my head. In a panic, we called multiple "24-hour service" door repair companies without reaching a single soul ... until Avi picked up the phone at Pristine. Given it was after 6PM, he had to check with his team to see who was available. Avi called us back, saying no one was available (I was about to lose it at that very moment) ... but instead, he said that he will personally be at our house at 8PM (Wow!!)! Avi arrived right at 8PM, was friendly, and within an hour ... fixed our garage door. However, he was not satisfied with the tracks and how it was attached to the beams. So he took the time to help us secure the tracks and made sure that the door would open and close smoothly. He then adjusted how high the door opened so that our SUV could clear with plenty of room (all the little touches and care did not go unnoticed). At the end, Avi even gave us a discount because we helped him (a little) during the repair process! Given the price was more than fair and reasonable, the discount was just a bonus. I looked at the other reviews and saw that Avi and Pristine also does gates! We're definitely going to be calling Avi back for our other projects. Thanks Avi! Now ... back to my Chardonnay ... read more

We found Avi and his team through yelp as they have very good reviews. We called him and left a message. He was very responsive and called us back right away. These guys are great. They stopped by to check out my gate situation and give me a quote within like 20 minutes of contacting them. I wanted to replace part of my system and add some safety features and other improvements, and we walked through all sorts of options, while Avi gave really helpful suggestions. I had contacted other companies to make similar inquiries, but hadn't nearly as good of an experience. The quote came in reasonable, and they did a great job on a very reasonable turnaround time. I just used Pristine to repair my gate which had come off its track due to a car hitting my gate. They are excellent! It is the 3rd time they have come over to fix various issues with my 5 feet high gate the last couple of years. The owner is very good at diagnosing the problem. Other people I have used would often give me the wrong information and then never do the repairs properly which is frustrating. Thank you for your good work! read more

Pristine responded quickly but boy they're not reasonably priced. I think the tech was here for about 20 minutes, no parts replaced and the bill was $475.00. My advice, get multiple quotes. read more

Non wonder this place gets so many good reviews. I needed a gate to pass our new swimming pool inspection. After calling 3 places and getting ridiculous quotes, I found Pristine and gave them a call. Alex showed up the next day, took measurements thoroughly, discussed design options with me, then he was able to give me a reasonable quote right on the spot. I was pleased with his professionalism and price, I ordered the garage door from him on the same day he quoted me the gate. The gate was installed 2 weeks after, and we love it. Alex came back a few times to install the keypad and painted the bolt tabs to match the powder coat color, making sure everything worked out well. Few weeks later the new garage door showed up and installed. Alex came back the same day to install the motor himself and helped me programmed the app on smart devices. I have dealt with many construction companies and installers because of my profession and the backyard renovations we've been doing, I have to say Alex from Pristine had been one of the best. I have another project to finish off my backyard, I will be calling Alex again soon since he told me they could do pavers, decks, cabanas, etc. If you are looking for gate, garage door or any other construction work, your search can end here. Give them a call and be sure to ask for Alex. I highly recommend. read more
