I had a roller come out of the track, the door still opened and closed but it was sure tweaked. I looked through my list of favs on Yelp because I had use a company a few years ago and remembered they were great. I called in the morning and they were here by 2 PM the same day. This time the tech was Art. He text me a quote earlier. I agreed to the price and he went above and beyond changing out screws doing some adjustments. He did change a bracket that was cracked and charge $10 for that. He took care of the service I requested and then some. If you are looking to have a replacement or just servicing, these are the go to guys. Don't bother getting a quote from anyone else. Just call Classic Garage Doors . read more

Great prompt service. Provided a free estimate that matched what I needed. Quality doors for a great price.

My garage door spring broke and I had to get it fixed before my move the next day! I found Classic Garage Doors through yelp, they called me shortly after I reached out and had the door fixed by the end of the day! That's great service! read more

Had a good experience with Classic Garage Doors. Converted an old flip up garage door to an automatic roll-up style. Steve and the team had the best prices around and were very communicative. There was a small delay with the door manufacturer that pushed the installation by a week, but nothing too bad. We've now got a new automatic door which is quieter than any other door I've heard so far. read more

Steve is so professional and kind! He did an awesome job converting our existing garage door to automatic. Highly recommend!

I purchased a new roll-up garage door from Classic Garage and I couldn't be happier. Of all the home improvements we've done recently this is the only one that has gone perfectly. Communication was top-notch. My questions were always answered promptly and clearly. Pricing was fair and completely transparent, with no surprises or hidden fees. When I asked about certain components of the system (assuming they might be add-ons), I was told they were already included. That I wasn't charged extra for these is proof of their honesty and integrity. The installation went smoothly and on time, and in a few short hours the new door was up and the old door was being hauled away. My garage was left neat and clean. The door itself is high quality, looks great, and is unbelievably quiet. Steve explained all of the LiftMaster's latest features, which makes the system functional and easy to use. Having WiFi access to the door via the MyQ app provides invaluable peace of mind. Overall, this company was honest, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. If you're looking for a reliable garage door vendor that combines quality products, fair pricing, and excellent service, I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Steve! read more

Fair price, really nice person, prompt service, and great job without upselling. That's all I wanted.

I was very pleased with the excellent and prompt service I received from Classic Garage Doors. When my old garage door opener chain kept coming loose, I called them for repairs. They came out the week before to inspect my garage door and diagnose the issue. At that time, they provided a reasonable estimate for installing a new side mount opener that would fix the problem. On repair day, Steve and Art arrived right on time. They were very friendly and professional throughout the 2 hour installation process. Steve clearly explained each step while replacing my old opener with the quiet, space-saving side mount opener they had recommended. The final price was exactly as estimated, with no hidden fees. I'm thrilled that they took the time to properly diagnose the issue and provided a cost-effective solution. Thanks to their inspection and estimate process, expert service, and quality side mount opener, I can now get in and out of my garage with no problems. I highly recommend Classic Garage Doors for any garage door needs! Their reasonable pricing and top-notch service make them worth every penny. read more

I have a very heavy solid wood garage door. I've had Steve from Classic Garage Doors install and maintain the opener for years now. Every so often the springs need replacement or tensioning. They always come out quickly and fix the issue. This extends the life of my opener, my door, and anyone that dares walk underneath this behemoth of a door. And they do it while having the best prices by far. They're the only company I will ever use for garage door related issues and you should to! read more

One month in and we are pleased with the work Steve and Art performed installing new garage door springs at my parent's house. No issues thus far and the garage door also opens a lot quieter and smoother after some other minor maintenance work. Needed a new garage door. Our old one was falling off the tracks and not closing correctly. We had a few people come out and give us options and quotes. Most of them said we couldn't have a motor due to the clearance we needed for the track to fit. However, Steve and his guy was able to make it work for us. Very competitive as far as pricing and they were able to come out and get the old one removed and new one installed in a few hours. Went with basic garage door with long square panels and tinted windows with black frame. Also garage opener syncs with our Alexa and can open and close the door with our phones which is a neat feature. Also very quite when opening and closing. read more

I found these guys on Yelp and as noted on almost all 5 star reviews, they did a great job keeping me informed of when they were planning to come and would constantly send me updates of what equipment and services they would provide. As promised, my garage door and opener were installed and they started and finished exactly as they promised. On top of all this, they were also the cheapest of the three other garage door companies that I contacted. In the end, we got the garage door and opener at the lowest price we could find. I would definitely recommend these guys for providing really good service, great communication, and they kept everything really clean when they were done. Thanks Art and Steve! read more

I needed a garage replacement. My first choice was to go with Classic Garage Doors because they were referred to us by our neighbor, but they were closed temporarily for vacation, so I reached out to a few other businesses. In that timeframe while I was in contact with other businesses, I did not feel like they deserved my business due to their pricing and poor customer service, so I decided to wait. Classic Garage Doors responded very quickly and communicated with me effectively. They came out as soon as they were open for business and I immediately felt they are honest and run their business with integrity. I agreed to set up an appointment right away for the garage replacement. On the day of, they showed up ten minutes early, which I appreciate. Communication was stellar throughout the quoting price to project completion. Was changing my garage handle when I got locked out. Might as well have the opener installed while they came. Pricing was the best out of all quotes in the area. Lockout price was reduced since it became easy without having to drill holes on the garage door. The opener model was the Chamberlain c273 which had great reviews online and was confirmed to not be cheap equipment. I would refer anyone with a similar need to Steve and co. read more
