My review of YOZZA is long overdue and I sincerely apologize for not writing sooner. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are ever in need for a garage door motor repair or replacement. I have three people moving out and the place is a mess, with junk and boxes everywhere. To make the situation worst, the water heater needs replacement, so the main line had to be shutoff. At the exact time, we had a major power outage which caused a short on the garage motor. I don't like bidding wars so I decided to scroll and read reviews when I stumbled on YOZZA I called to explain the situation and Jose provided a same day visit; explaining it can be one of two problems. We decided to proceed with a new unit and made an appointment for the following week. YOZZA was not only on time, but early. Having a damaged garage door was much more stressful than I thought. The garage was bent in such a way I couldn't get the gate to close completely. Needless to say,, speed is of the essence. We felt like we couldn't leave the house unattended in such a state. Jose was super responsive. I described the situation and was even able to send a couple photos so he can assess the situation before arriving. Even though he overpromised in the moment (he promised to arrive the same evening but ended up rescheduling to the next morning), he and his partner did quickly get the gate back to perfect condition. It's been almost a month and I have no complaints about the garage door. Very communicative, however major communication slip up. Trying to get door fixed on my parents house. I moved to Vegas and is coming back into town specifically for this task and in the morning too. Called them a week before to schedule repair. very nice guys and communicative. They said they will come and measure first and then I send photos of inside at a later point since I don't live at the location. Day of repair comes, they come and stated they are only measuring and cannot install until later. Guy specifically said he would come last week to measure and install be on Tuesday. Our 30-yr old wooden garage door finally broke down. The side hinges that support the springs and door gave out due to stripped screw from old wood. I've contacted Jose, Chris, and their team in the evening and had a next day service trip in the morning. They repaired the hinge so the door may close again (completed in about 1hr); however, we then requested for a full door replacement from the wood to the modern roll-up doors. The full door replacement job (including old door disposal and new door installation) was about 4hr job.
