I wouldn't recommend. I requested a quote and sent pictures of my repair need. They requested an in person to assess and scheduled for next day 9am. I gave them address and asked them to park in my driveway due to limited availability. I sent a message with my number when they were 10 min late. I called the company and was greeted by owner who was polite and called "his guy" for an eta. I got a call back that " his guy" didn't answer. I got an apology but not attempt to reschedule. He said he couldn't get out to the area til 12 since he was a distance away. I wouldn't recommend at all. read more

I have quoted with a few other garage companies and they were all kinda scammy and tried to jack up the price and pressure me to pay them right away but Jessy was not like that at all! Out of all the companies that contacted us through Yelp, Jessy was the only one that actually came to our house and performed a free inspection. AND Jessy's quote for service was by far the lowest, he beat the closest quote by more than a hundred dollars. It was easy picking Jessy because he was responsive, he was fast, and bonus points for helping us on a Saturday morning. He does good work and he's a good dude. Don't take my word for it, if you need some garage door work done, get a few quotes, get some free inspections, and I bet you'll find Jessy to be very fair. I researched and received quotes from other places, but I decided with Jessy Garage Doors. He came out to my property on Saturday and gave me an estimate. Though I felt the cost was somewhat steep since I had been quoted less. I asked for a discount, but he would not consider it. We ended up installing a new garage door opener. He sent another worker not from his company (independent contractor) to install. That worker was great. At the end, Jessy told me he would send me an invoice. I received a Zelle request that is all and I have yet to receive an invoice after requesting it for several days now. I am disappointed as to why he can't send me an invoice. He had mentioned his work has a year warranty. The fact he has yet to send me an invoice, I question it. read more

I ordered the door through them and they installed it the same week. They brought the door over and were able to secure the door very well despite it not being entirely straight forward, as it needed to be mounted to framing. I called a guy to repair a spring for our garage door, but since our door is so heavy it needs double the amount of springs and he couldn't do it. He recommended Jessy, and I am glad he did.
