My husband and I are super happy with our new Garage Door. Alfredo was very responsive and extremely prompt for the free estimate and on the day of install (to the minute). We ended up not even shopping around as Alfredo's pricing very fair considering the high quality insulated doors he offers with installation and all "extras" included (weather stripping, high clearance tracks, etc). He was honest and upfront about cost, potential stucco damage, wait times and his recommendations. We also appreciated that he was not pushy at all and did not try to upsell us on anything. We were excited to hear that the door was ready in 3 days when Alfredo was thinking it might take 2-3 weeks because of COVID manufacturing delays. My Husband was planning to install a new Side Mounted top-of-the-line Garage Door Opener himself but we ended up paying Alfredo do it to save us on time (well worth the small extra fee he charged). Good thing as it ended up being much more complicated because of clearance and spacing issues. Alfredo being a pro took care of it for us. We ordered and supplied the opener my husband wanted. The installation was quicker than we could have imagined one guy doing while also cleaning up after himself like he did.  The end result was shocking and we wish we would have done it sooner. I called ANR after a car hit my garage door and left a dent. I didn't know if I was going to have to replace the whole thing or if there was a cheaper solution available. Alfredo came out the next day, assessed the situation, gave me a few options and estimates, and after I decided on what to do, he fixed the door right then and there. He did a great job fixing the door for a very reasonable price. A few days later the garage door was making a large thud noise while opening so I reached out again and Alfredo came out again to check it out. Apparently I couldn't recreate the sound again but he made sure to tighten the bolts and reinspected everything to make sure it was all in order. He didn't charge me for the second visit which I appreciated very much. Someone put me in touch with the owner of this company and Ivan came out and gave me a quote that was in my budget for my new door. Nothing was wrong with my old door, but I wanted an upgraded look and a new opener. I chose this door and waited patiently for 45 days for it as it was hard to get in these Covid times. Called on a Sunday and they answered. They probably would've sent someone out if it was an emergency but it wasn't really. I had a cable come off of one side of my garage door causing the garage door to be off-center and jammed. Noe came out at 7 AM the next day and took care of my door at a very decent price.
