We are so grateful for the emergency service provided to our home. Our garage door went off the rails (literally) and they were there within a few hours. Our service technician was able to get the door to go up so we could get our vehicles out, and then go back down to keep our storage secure. This alone merits an excellent review. I believe they did not charge an emergency fee, but even if they did it was EXTREMELY reasonable and not at all an upcharge. However, they left our door inoperable, stating it could not be fixed without a laundry list of expensive items, and needed a full replacement. I do believe our garage could have been put in working order (with no extra costly items) based on the following information: We called another business for a quote the next day, to do due diligence, and that business stated a replacement was not warranted, and put our garage door in working order (in less than 10 minutes with no extra items or fees) for a fraction of the cost of the emergency repair.
