I came home from work and the garage door wouldn't open. I needed to have it serviced quickly without sacrificing trustworthiness, reliability and cost. So I went to Yelp, and saw Glory Garage Door - they had high ratings, great reviews and best of all, a verified license! I called and spoke to Denys. He was available the next morning that for my schedule. The appointment call was easy. I was hoping the assessment, quote and work would also be as easy - and guess what - it was! From the moment Denys heard the garbage attempt to open then quickly close, he knew what the problem was! He was able to manually open the door from the outside and confirmed that it was indeed the coils and tension wires. He gave me options of replacement materials - from low cost to more expensive - and allowed me to determine my price. He even showed me his price table. No hidden fees, no upsell, just full transparency! Easy! After I made my choice, he began the work which had challenges since I had something blocking the access to the coils. He found a workaround and the work began while I went into my home office for meetings. He worked to resolve the issue in less than an hour. He even threw the old parts away for me. Now that's service! Easy! All in all, this company is top notch! Very honest and trustworthy and you know he stands behind his company's work! My garage door issue was resolved in less than a day. I'm beyond satisfied that I chose to call them for my issue! read more

This guy Denys upsold me after initially giving low rate first to as get my business. I want to warn people of him as my garage door belt broke and I was desperate. I was rushing to find a repair solution as I could not close my garage door. I messaged him and he was really quick to respond. I then asked him about the price and initially he gave me a low price compared to others. Just to be clear, I asked him to confirm the full price and realized it was the initial price but did not include to make sure the door was working or tune up. He never indicated initial inspection estimate. He was very controlling the conversation. I decided to not proceed with him with the repairs. After I completed this review to alert other consumers of this business. He is now messaging me indicating he never had anything to do with me. See the time line from my post to his response and then his personal messages to me. I am going to inform the BBB and consumer protection as well This is a probably a guy that upsells after initially giving low rate first to consumers as catch fish innocent folks and upset of being exposed. Denys came out right away to fix my stuck garage door. I'm a retired general contractor, but too old at 71 years to do the work myself. Denys (the owner) is experienced and very personable. Door works perfectly now. I HIGHLY recommend his company for anything to do with garage doors. A total class act and operation! read more

Called Denys and within two hours he was at my house! He came to give me a quote and took care of the issue right away. He couldn't had made this issue any easier for me! Will definitely save his number and use him in the future. We need more contractors like him! read more

Very professional. He knew exactly whats the issue and gave me a price before coming out. Fixed it in one trip.

Very trustworthy and honest company! Also loved how quick to respond and informative Denys was - called same day and he was here within an hour. Denys was very knowledgeable and professional - we appreciated that he explained the issue to my husband and I throughly, so that we knew what he was going to do (it was a spring issue and needed replacement). He gave us a few options for the replacement with the price of the springs as well as the cost of labor. He didn't try to upsell us on anything and gave us no pressure in even going with him for the project, which is appreciated. He had the parts with him and was able to complete the repair/replacement within an hour, explaining to us each step of the way. I could tell he really knew his stuff - no fluff, very efficient and had clear explanations. With every project, we try to get a few quotes and Denys was the second company we spoke to. He was not only more knowledgeable and clear, he had a better rate than the first company. Glad we went with him and now have a smooth operating door! read more

Excellent service! I chose to just go ahead and replace my 23+ year-old garage door and motor! They replaced all of it in about 3 hours. It continues to run smoothly almost one month later. Also, the new motor with Wi-Fi has the Amazon Key for secure deliveries. I value how easy it was to work with this business AND they took care of removing the old door and motor from our property. I hope you receive the same quality of care and workmanship that I received. read more

Was looking to replace my worn torsion springs and sent a message to them through Yelp. Denys quickly responded asking me to call to discuss, and when I gave him a call, he was able to give me a quote by taking a look at my door and existing springs. I can't say enough good things about Glory Garage Door Service. At an unfortunate time, my garage door suddenly failed, and Glory was at my house within 10 minutes. They quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly laid out all of my options. This is where they truly stand out. In a time when it seems like many companies are looking for ways to nickel-and-dime customers, Glory did the exact opposite. Their pricing was honest and upfront, with no hidden fees, no pressure, and no surprises. The repair was completed quickly, and they were finished and on their way in about 35 minutes. The service was professional, efficient, and refreshingly honest from start to finish. If you're looking for a company that values integrity, quality work, and customer service, I highly recommend Glory. 10/10 experience. read more

Decided to give this company a try and it was well worth it! Much more affordable prices compared to competitors and the work done was professional! I would highly recommend Denys to anyone who is looking for someone to help install or repair their garage door! I called in the afternoon to request someone to stop by to give me a quote on a garage installation. Denys stopped by around 4pm and said he can immediately do on the spot and quoted me far less than what other competitors were asking. He did an amazing job installing everything and explained everything thoroughly on what needed to be done. He finished in a couple of hours too! Really appreciate the work you did Denys! read more

Denys was super quick and responsive. Called at 7:30am and was at my place by 11:30am. He was able to fix the broken spring and a lock mechanism in an hour and was very helpful in explaining the difference and showing us the parts. Also had all the parts on hand which is useful. The cost of everything was less than $650 for spring and lock change, and lubrication and balance and labor. For me it's about speed in getting this resolved and it felt like a reasonable price. He also brought up the cost of items on Amazon to share that it's fair market value. 5-star recommendation!! read more

Highly recommend this company! Called on a Thursday late afternoon after my garage door wouldn't open. Most places couldn't have anyone come out that night even though they were listed open until late. I was able to get someone on the phone and at my doorstep within 1 hour! I had the opportunity to work with George who diagnosed the problem. He was efficient and comparing overall quotes he was within the ballpark of what we were willing to pay. read more

We are so grateful for the emergency service provided to our home. Our garage door went off the rails (literally) and they were there within a few hours. Our service technician was able to get the door to go up so we could get our vehicles out, and then go back down to keep our storage secure. This alone merits an excellent review. I believe they did not charge an emergency fee, but even if they did it was EXTREMELY reasonable and not at all an upcharge. However, they left our door inoperable, stating it could not be fixed without a laundry list of expensive items, and needed a full replacement. I do believe our garage could have been put in working order (with no extra costly items) based on the following information: We called another business for a quote the next day, to do due diligence, and that business stated a replacement was not warranted, and put our garage door in working order (in less than 10 minutes with no extra items or fees) for a fraction of the cost of the emergency repair. Do with that information what you will. read more

Called and he was able to come by in less than an hour. Explained everything well to me and was up front with cost and options. Appreciate the fast and efficient service read more

Great service, on time, responsive, friendly, very knowledgeable, fairly priced. Has to have springs replaced and door re-balanced. Door springs last about 10-years and this was the second time to replace in 20-years. Makes sense. Will keep their card; you should, too. Thank you, Dennis (Glory Garage tech)! read more

I had a good experience with Deny. He was quick to respond and was able to help me with my garage door a few hours after I called him. His prices are reasonable and he gives honest advice. I called him out to fix a broken spring and he was done within the hour. He even fixed a broken steel wire for me for free because he hadn't caught it before the diagnosis and repair. I also asked him to replace my garage door with a different model I had bought from home depot. He responded that my current garage door opener (older chamberlain model) is better and will last longer than the new unit (genie), even though it is much louder. I definitely appreciate the honesty. I will be using him again in the future. read more

George provided exception service! Needed to replace broken garage springs and lift motor. They were extremely prompt and arrived within 30mins, right at the top of the arrival window they provided. George diagnosed the issue right away and was thorough in providing my options. I also mentioned potential future garage ADU plans, and he was very insightful and talked about future considerations. I received very clear and fair pricing options, and within a few hours I had a nice new garage motor and springs. I opted for a jack shaft opener which enabled me to get rid of the rail and chain that occupied the middle of my garage ceiling. Now it's a clear space and future proofed for an ADU ceiling down the line. If you are in need of garage repair or replacement, highly recommend their services read more
