So I went to Yelp, and saw Glory Garage Door - they had high ratings, great reviews and best of all, a verified license! I called and spoke to Denys. He was available the next morning that for my schedule. The appointment call was easy. I was hoping the assessment, quote and work would also be as easy - and guess what - it was! From the moment Denys heard the garbage attempt to open then quickly close, he knew what the problem was! He was able to manually open the door from the outside and confirmed that it was indeed the coils and tension wires. He gave me options of replacement materials - from low cost to more expensive - and allowed me to determine my price. He even showed me his price table. No hidden fees, no upsell, just full transparency! Easy! After I made my choice, he began the work which had challenges since I had something blocking the access to the coils. He found a workaround and the work began while I went into my home office for meetings. He worked to resolve the issue in less than an hour. He even threw the old parts away for me. Now that's service! Easy! All in all, this company is top notch! Very honest and trustworthy and you know he stands behind his company's work! My garage door issue was resolved in less than a day. Ever worry your noisy garage door will wake up the neighbors? Are you a DIY'er who is considering…read moreupgrades to your electric garage door? First, DON'T do it yourself because garage door springs are dangerous and require expert training. Call Mesa Garage Doors! Second, the latest tech in openers, belt drive, is far superior in every way to the old screw drive system. Plus, door rollers/wheels are now made of a silent nylon too. The final tweaking for quietest performance is best left to a tech like Anthony at MGD. Anthony didn't leave until my upgrades were as quiet on my old door as possible. As you see here, my door was spray painted to match my home colors, so keeping it was important. Mesa did a great job 20 years ago with the original wood to metal install, but the new belt drive motor and parts upgrade service was even better. Even my neighbor likes it! ~ErgonomicsDr.com

I would strongly caution anyone against using Mesa Garage Doors. Our experience has been nothing…read moreshort of a nightmare, from the quality of their installation to their complete lack of customer service and accountability. Mesa Garage Doors installed our garage door in our brand new home, and when we began having issues, they completely ignored repeated attempts to contact them. For TWO WEEKS, we received no response to text messages, emails, or calls, despite numerous attempts by both us (the homeowners), and our contractor and builder. When we finally had an appointment scheduled, they didn't even bother to show up. With no help from Mesa and a garage door that needed to be repaired, we had no choice but to hire another company who showed up within 24 hours. That company discovered that our garage door had been installed completely incorrectly, with serious safety concerns. The brackets supporting the motor weren't even properly bolted together. One bracket was literally just resting on top of a bolt! On top of that, Mesa had installed the WRONG rails for a garage door of this weight. This wasn't a minor installation mistake. These are fundamental issues that raise serious questions about the quality and safety of their work. After ignoring us for two weeks, failing to show up for their scheduled appointment, and leaving us no choice but to hire someone else to correct their mistakes, Mesa is now claiming that our warranty is void because we had another company repair their faulty installation. If you're considering this company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. A garage door is too expensive, and too important to your family's safety, to trust to a company that operates this way.

Sent a mass quote request out and Mazaya immediately responded with a flat rate price whereas everyone else wanted to send someone out first. I didn't want to waste time having people come and go quoting me various prices as I needed to get this fixed ASAP so I responded to Mazaya. Ibrahim was able to come on a Saturday and was able to accommodate an earlier timeframe than normally offered. Ibrahim texted me when he was coming and arrived within the timeframe and he got the job done under 30 mins. He also noticed the rollers were very worn and advised me to be careful without being pushy to get them replaced. I ended up having him replace them anyways while he was there as he offered me a fair price. He also finished that job under 15 mins. Absolutely amazing experience with Ibrahim and definitely won't hesitate to reach out to him again for any garage door needs! Thanks again Ibrahim!

Up front, they were all true and my repair was done the next day under 2 hours, all as expected with the professionalism, experience, promptness, and value from them as testified! To expound, Yuval texted me a quote to replace both springs and cables after I sent him pictures of my issue. After I agreed, he had an opening the next day. He texted me again when en-route and arrived a few minutes early. He initially did an assessment of the situation and looked beyond the broken spring to find my garage door itself on it's last legs pointing out previous repairs and structural concerns. Without pressure he simply offered that a full garage door would be more cost effective as that would include matching springs, meaning the replacement springs being installed now should not be transfer over to the new door. I appreciated the offer but sadly I was not prepared to take that on so suddenly, thus we proceeded with the spring replacement as originally planned. Yuval was quick, taking off the old springs and cables with ease and replacing them efficiently. He explained that springs should be replaced in pairs even though one was still intact, as well as the 2 cables - which does all the lifting of the door itself! I have overhead storage racks which I was afraid would hinder the work but it was no issue for him. Afterwards he lubricated all the parts including all the hinges of the door which was a nice touch, leading to our door being the quietest it has ever been. I even observed him tighten other bolts, straighten the tracks, and staple down loose wiring which was outside of the scope of work! He cleaned up after himself, putting back the items that were initially in his way when he started. Small details like this show his attention to detail beyond just being able to do the job. I will certainly be reaching out to Loyalty when it comes time to do a full door replacement. Not only was he knowledgeable with a no-nonsense approach to his recommendations and repair, his prices are very competitive, and has a great warranty; 5-years for the springs. He takes cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card (for a small fee). Overall, it was an great experience and glad I found Yuval and Loyalty Garage Doors!
