Thanks to JTec, we now have a Roll Up Garage Door that works fantastic. it's super smooth and very quiet. We called JTec late in the afternoon and they were at our house within a half an hour. They inspected our door and opener and said we needed a new opener. They gave us our options between a chain drive and belt drive unit and we chose a belt drive unit (which they had both types on board their truck).
