Friday evening my garage door broke, called Loyalty that night and got an appointment for the next day. Next day comes, my tech notified me 20 minutes prior to arriving, very quickly and professionally explained my issue and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and quality work for a great price, I don't think you could ask for more. Would absolutely recommend for any garage door issues! read more

My garage door springs and cable needed to be replaced, and I decided to give Loyalty Garage Doors a call after seeing their great Yelp reviews. What started as a frustrating garage door situation ended on a very positive note thanks to Yuval! Yuval was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly assessed the problem and completed the repair in a timely and professional manner. I especially appreciated that he came out at the last minute, right before the end of his day, and still showed up with a great attitude and positive energy. Excellent service, great communication, and quality work. I highly recommend Yuval and Loyalty Garage Doors! read more

I started my garage door repair services search on good ol yelp after one of my springs broke, and came across Loyalty and the raving reviews they had. Up front, they were all true and my repair was done the next day under 2 hours, all as expected with the professionalism, experience, promptness, and value from them as testified! To expound, Yuval texted me a quote to replace both springs and cables after I sent him pictures of my issue. After I agreed, he had an opening the next day. He texted me again when en-route and arrived a few minutes early. He initially did an assessment of the situation and looked beyond the broken spring to find my garage door itself on it's last legs pointing out previous repairs and structural concerns. Without pressure he simply offered that a full garage door would be more cost effective as that would include matching springs, meaning the replacement springs being installed now should not be transfer over to the new door. I appreciated the offer but sadly I was not prepared to take that on so suddenly, thus we proceeded with the spring replacement as originally planned. Yuval was quick, taking off the old springs and cables with ease and replacing them efficiently. He explained that springs should be replaced in pairs even though one was still intact, as well as the 2 cables - which does all the lifting of the door itself! I have overhead storage racks which I was afraid would hinder the work but it was no issue for him. Afterwards he lubricated all the parts including all the hinges of the door which was a nice touch, leading to our door being the quietest it has ever been. I even observed him tighten other bolts, straighten the tracks, and staple down loose wiring which was outside of the scope of work! He cleaned up after himself, putting back the items that were initially in his way when he started. Small details like this show his attention to detail beyond just being able to do the job. I will certainly be reaching out to Loyalty when it comes time to do a full door replacement. Not only was he knowledgeable with a no-nonsense approach to his recommendations and repair, his prices are very competitive, and has a great warranty; 5-years for the springs. He takes cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card (for a small fee). Overall, it was an great experience and glad I found Yuval and Loyalty Garage Doors! read more

It's hard to find trustworthy service providers like this these days! Honest, experienced and knowledgeable. He encouraged me to do the minimum but informed of better options with pricing that was very competitive. Worked in an unfortunately scorching hot garage but got all the repairs and new install done flawlessly! read more

This was an amazing experience! My garage door had been acting up, and it turned out the belt was about to fail. On top of that, my garage door opener was from 2007, so it was definitely time for an upgrade. I submitted a Yelp project and received several quotes, but none compared to the experience I had with Yuval. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me several replacement options without any pressure. After discussing the pros and cons, I decided on the LiftMaster 6690LM, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. He scheduled the installation just a few days later, arrived right on time, and was ready to get to work. Yuval treated my garage and home as if they were his own. He was professional, meticulous, and made sure everything was installed perfectly. His pricing was also the best value I found, especially considering the quality of the parts, labor, and workmanship. I would hands down recommend Yuval to anyone needing garage door service, and I'll be telling all my friends, family, and neighbors about him. It's rare to find someone this honest, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing quality work. read more

Highly recommended! We needed a new garage opener to replace our old Genie opener. Yuval was quick and quoted me a really good price

The belt on my opener was all chewed up and it was barely working. I called Yuval and made an appointment the next day between 1 and 4. I got a little concerned by 3:30 and no contact, but he called before 4 and told me he was running late. I said that was ok. When he arrived he was apologetic about being past the scheduled time, but it was not an issue. After taking a look he said my options were to replace the belt and rail, or just get a whole new system, since mine was over 20 years old! It's a Lift Master, so no surprise there. There have been lots of tech upgrades since then, and I am all about the high tech, so I went with a new system (high end Lift Master). He had one with him, and replaced the entire system in about an hour, which was awesome. He explained how everything worked, including downloading and setting up the app, wifi, video, events, external keypad, etc. Lots of stuff to play with! The external keypad alone improved my life 3%. He was very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Thumbs up! read more

Yuval replied quickly to my concern about my garage door gaps. He arrived on time and was great with communication. He provided some recommendations on how I can seal the gaps on the side, but ultimately I did not require any replacement parts or installation. Thank you, Yuval for your advice and recommendations! Very helpful and communicative. read more

Second time having Yuval come out. The first was to replace a spring, he mentioned at that time the next would be the motor since it came with the home in 2016. Well it happened, reached out on Sunday and he was here at 9am on Monday and finished at 10:45. Excellent job as always and very courteous. Very competitive price too. Highly recommended! read more

Our garage door spring broke at night, so I went online to Yelp and got 4 quotes for the repair. Yuval was the first one to answer me within minutes including the price and warranty. His price was the best and so was his warranty. No nonsense or needing to come in person for an estimate etc. I got other quotes that said the price depended on this and that. I chose Loyalty Garage Doors and it was the right choice. The next day the new springs were installed, and the garage door was working again. Professionally done and with care and efficiency. When I need a new garage door/opener I know who I'm going to call! read more

Yuval is the real deal. Informed, prepared, prompt, and reasonable rates. I would hire him again!

Our 2 garage doors were tilt up units that were built with our home in1981. In addition to them being somewhat rickety, they were massively heavy, and we feared that in an emergency, and without power, we would no longer be able to open them. We contacted 9 companies and received 7 bids. Yuval's Loyalty Garage Door company had not only a large number of ratings, but an amazing number of 5 star ratings! As the pricing was competitive, we signed a contract. It took a bit of time for the custom color doors to arrive, but when they did, Yuval and his team had all installation of the frames, the 2 doors and opener, and removal of all of the old stuff, in just under 3 hours! You can see the difference. read more

I'm a repeat customer of Loyalty (over several years for different repairs) and would definitely recommend. The first was to replace a spring, which is still working like new after thousands of open/closes. This time was to install a new ORB bracket. The part that he used was more sturdy than the OEM part and looks like it won't break again. Communication was prompt and professional, and he arrived within the 2hr window. Repair work was fast and of high quality. 5 stars read more
