We had to accommodate a unique roofline and Eric helped figure it out, though it seems that the materials are best suited for a straight-forward, plug-and-play installation with minimal customization. The pricing was competitive. We opted to have six can lights, a ceiling fan (the fan was provided by us and they installed it), and two outlets installed. After signing the contract, the installation occurred roughly 4-6 weeks out due to their full installation schedule, so plan accordingly and book as soon as you feel comfortable if you know you want to go with them. The installation team (five workers total, led by Jesus) was quick, efficient, and respectful. They installed the cover in one day and left the area clean prior to departing. Here are a couple of minor "issues" we encountered... one post is not completely square/perpendicular to the nearby patio edge, so this is a bit more obvious to see, but not terrible. The covered outlets they installed were standard indoor style. I chose to replace them with GFCI outlets (cost me $40 total at Home Depot) since they are outdoors and one has a fountain plugged into it. I would recommend Paradise Patio Covers to friends and neighbors and would definitely use them again.

I'm the general manager of a large scale HOA, and we had 10 wooden patio covers and trellises that needed work. They helped us get rid of two, and they replaced the other eight with Elitewood Ultra. Several of these were large, curved covers and one was a large gazebo with a gabled roof, which required replacement of the asphalt singled roof as well. Dave did the initial estimation for me, and Louie mostly took over from there, but everyone at Take Cover was knowledgeable and easy to work with. They got the permits for our project with relative ease, and the communication and scheduling were great throughout the completion of the project. I'm so looking forward to not having to repaint them every 4-6 years or worry about any termites like our old wooden covers! It's been several months now, and they are performing and looking great. They worked efficiently and completed everything in just one day, which honestly exceeded our expectations. What I appreciated most was how easy it was to communicate with both Juan and Raul. However, the way this company has handled a clear mistake is extremely disappointing. During installation, their team drilled into the tile on our second-floor balcony and failed to seal the holes. When it rained shortly after, water came through those openings and caused damage to the ceiling in our dining room below. This was entirely preventable and directly tied to the installation. What's more concerning is what happened next. I've spent weeks trying to get this resolved. I've been in contact with their employee (Elizabeth), who acknowledged the issue and repeatedly said it would be taken care of. Despite those assurances, there has been zero follow-through. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and more recently I've been completely ignored. At this point, the issue is no longer just the damage; it's the lack of accountability. Mistakes happen. Ignoring a customer after causing property damage is a much bigger problem. If you're considering this company, just be aware: the install may go well, but if something goes wrong, you may be on your own. I'm still hoping they step up and resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would proceed with caution.

We got a couple of other window quotes, then called CGH and met the salesman, Frank. All 3 quotes came within 10% of each other. My decision was based mostly on previous reviews and the labor-and-materials warranty. We got quoted for the entire home, about 19 windows in all. We did the front side now, and the backside will be done early next year. Frank worked with us... and our budget. Made things easier for all of us. We gave Frank 10% of the total cost to start the ball rolling. Laz came shortly after, finalized some details, did the final measure, received 40% of project cost, and ordered the windows. Windows were ready when promised, and the installers brought them on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, the project was completed. Leo and his team were total professionals. They made everything go together seamlessly, and the windows look like they came with the house. Leo and crew got the final 50% of project cost. Our house is 80 years old, and was the original ranch home when the area was nothing but citrus trees. Our old double hung and casement windows were beyond needing help and my wife and I weren't sure how everything would look when finished. We are both pleasantly surprised at the results and we're only sorry we didn't do this decades ago. We could actually escape a fire now that our windows are no longer painted shut with 80 years worth of paint. Our new Anlin windows look great and function great! As expected there were areas, outside, that needed paint touchup to protect exposed bare wood. There were some minor issues with the blinds on a couple windows, but again, all minor issues. We could actually escape a fire now that our windows are no longer painted shut with 80 years worth of paint. Our new Anlin windows look great and function great! As expected there were areas, outside, that needed paint touchup to protect exposed bare wood. There were some minor issues with the blinds on a couple windows, but again, all minor issues. We waited 2 weeks for a simple screen replacement for our sliding screen door. When it was…read moredelivered it was all dirty along the edges of the frame and I realized the screen lock which is also the handle which was broken has not been replaced. They put in the new screen on a broken handle and dirty frame. I should have at least been asked if I wanted to purchase a new handle I would have paid for it. On top of that it took so long for them to finish this small job. I had to keep calling for updates to make sure I would be home for them to deliver it. Looking for a new place to do this kind of business in the future .Terrible customer service, and no pride is taken in their work.

Our project to replace a 2nd story sliding glass door met a slight issue with damage beyond what could be originally assessed. Josh, Homero and the team were able to fix and continue their work. We also went with a company that would not shy away from new construction windows since we knew we had termite damage around one of the windows. They did a great job and the extra cost for new construction was well worth it. The window company they use is located in Anaheim and has a showroom and is very comparable with Milgard and Anlin windows. Communication with Josh was super easy and fast through text and I'd highly recommend him.
