When looking for replacement vinyl windows, I noticed CGH Solutions has a small headquarters near our home. We got a couple of other window quotes, then called CGH and met the salesman, Frank. All 3 quotes came within 10% of each other. My decision was based mostly on previous reviews and the labor-and-materials warranty. We got quoted for the entire home, about 19 windows in all. We did the front side now, and the backside will be done early next year. Frank worked with us... and our budget. Made things easier for all of us. We gave Frank 10% of the total cost to start the ball rolling. Laz came shortly after, finalized some details, did the final measure, received 40% of project cost, and ordered the windows. Windows were ready when promised, and the installers brought them on Monday, and by Tuesday afternoon, the project was completed. Leo and his team were total professionals. They made everything go together seamlessly, and the windows look like they came with the house. Leo and crew got the final 50% of project cost. Our house is 80 years old, and was the original ranch home when the area was nothing but citrus trees. Our old double hung and casement windows were beyond needing help and my wife and I weren't sure how everything would look when finished. We are both pleasantly surprised at the results and we're only sorry we didn't do this decades ago. We could actually escape a fire now that our windows are no longer painted shut with 80 years worth of paint. Our new Anlin windows look great and function great! As expected there were areas, outside, that needed paint touchup to protect exposed bare wood. There were some minor issues with the blinds on a couple windows, but again, all minor issues. So customer service was not the best. My experience with the installation supervisor was horrible, he raised his voice at me in my house when discussing the repair. The consultation was very thorough, ultimately we went with CGH because of the quality of the product offered and the pricing was more reasonable than other quotes we received.
