They did a very thorough job, I am very satisfied with the results. I will come back when I have further needs.

I was referred by a neighbor for the windows business for my home. At first I was hesitated to call but I did any ways. Miguel is very responsive and knowledgeable in regards. He visited my home did the measurements and answering all the questions I have. With his honesty, he also gave me some great tips for someone knows nothing about windows. Before locking the price, Lots of worries and concerns due to the past experience, but Miguel took his time to explain to me after hearing my concerns. After signing the contract, I was expecting the installation should be in a week, but surprisingly it arrives earlier than expected. Consider quality over time. The team may take longer than any other companies as it told, but it's totally worth the time. ClearVista wants to make sure the installation is precise, accurate, and sturdy. The windows are nice and well designed. I love the auto lock! They did very thorough with clean the premises before leaving. Price just fit right in the pocket. This is my second company for the windows and I highly recommend this one!

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

Frank and his team saved us from the situation by creating and installing a custom Dutch door, converting the office into a room I can easily keep an eye on pup in. They were prompt from the estimate appointment through completion, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job in a timely manner despite some complications with the door's opening. They also did some immaculate painting around the area, and it all blends seamlessly with the rest of the house! We had always wanted the convenience of a screen door for airflow, light and cooling, but have escaped artist pets and still want to feel safe inside. We also have a custom door that didn't have much framing and very little wood to work with. What caught my attention when seeing an ad for Den Defenders is that they specialize in doors that have this issue and can build in a secure mount for your door and make it solid! It is so beautiful too and highlights our glass panel door so nicely! Neighbors are already curious and complimenting how it looks! Thank you Donnie for your expert craftsmanship on the install and security lock, and to Alex for the quote experience and answering our many questions. Give these guys a call, it's worth a consult and every penny for this quality! Attached are lots of photos so you can see how it looks from outside, inside, door open and closed. Enjoy!

Per AI, a mixed bag of good and bad reviews on Google…read more I'll start the good with Darrell who was the salesperson thar I purchased the door through in January. Yes, there may be the same security door out there for much less, but I trusted him. The agreed installation date would take up to 3 months. Two days before the install date, in mid-April, I wondered why there wasn't any reconfirmation. So a call to their "customer service" I learned the door wasn't even ready yet! But was told it would be ready the following week. Then the installer came out and realized the manufacturer had built the wrong door!! After calling Darrell it was determined it was the factory's mistake. Ross (the installer who works out of California) said he would be back within the next month and I would be first on his list to complete the job. As the revised date, in mid-May (3rd date change by now) approached, their dispatch called and put the installation off by another week. I had a trip planned and could not change so was told it would be June. After another call to Darrell he had a manager call who apologized and he would make sure the door would be installed on the agreed upon date. Instead, they came out the week later while I was out of country. Fortunately I had a family member at the house then and the security door was finally installed - four months after the initial meeting. From the pictures Ross sent to me after he installed the door it looked great. But now they wanted payment of the balance I owed (they take 50% upfront as a deposit which is non-refundable by the way). I told them I wasn't going to pay them from an unsecured site I was at and would pay them as soon as I returned - which I did. All in all, the door looks great and I'm very satisfied with the work Ross did. I appreciate the effort Darrell made to get the door installed. BUT, their customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't answer calls back in a timely manner and their lack of good communications is the worse I have encountered with any contractor that I have worked with. The 4 rating is for the door and the installer. Otherwise I would rate Dan Defenders a 1 for lousy communications and a lack of urgency to help the customer.
