It started with iris she as amazing how understanding she was made me feel like she knew me for so long. She was never pushy and never made my phone call fell like a sales pitch every time I called. I had a budget I was in and she made me fell comfortable, she introduced me to Francisco. He came over and showed me the window and explained the entire process. One thing I truly a from him it was he as not a sale man and Fran was not to push me like other company to sign contract the same day. He was very patient with me. I did have a few other company I was going to meet with also. The other company where very push wanting me to sign that same day!!!! after Meeting with the other companies it was very clear who I should go with. I called Francisco back and we re negotiated a new contract and added one more window and a large sliding door! Francisco came over a second time to go over thing again. I signed the contract at that point. A few days later Lazaro come over the project manager. To do a final measurement and he also spend quite some time going over the process and finalizing any questions I still had. very patient with me. Loved the costumer service!!! We scheduled the installation my amazing surprise was the it only took 2 days!!! installer where amazing, polite, very professional, they worked so hard! they remove my security bars also. CGH was just another quote when we set up the appointment to go over blueprints of a house we were building that had over 25 windows to install. That changed as soon as Frank demonstrated how the glass blocks solar, the quality of material used, how they glide to open, and the ease in cleaning. Far superior to the other manufacturers we researched. Several other big selling points for us was that CGH installs the windows, avoiding the argument of who would be at fault if using the warranty were to become necessary.
